    @TELUSsupport Could someone please help me resolve this end to end? On the phone call in December the Telus representative told me he was going to supervise the process with Asurion and that he would check in and contact me. I’ve received no contact from this representative.

    @ThymelessC @TELUSsupport Make sure you demand a refund..what utter BS. We've always been with SHAW for internet/TV & cancelled Telus over 20yrs ago for phone service to bundle a plan w/ SHAW

    @TELUSsupport When I tried to file a claim with Asurion they told me my claim had expired on December 15, 2022. I phoned Telus and was told the new policy was accidentally not added for my new device but that the issue would be resolved in the New Year.

    update time: Theres been problems with the internet. Telus keeps saying everything should be ready to be set up but they keep just not coming to get things done. I'm not sure when they will actually stick to their word, so I'm not sure when I can stream again. I miss y'all

    It's actually been messing with my blood sugars too, since I have to be out of the house all day now to work. I work remotely so that I can take better care of my diabetes. Can't work from home without internet. I'm so exhausted and really wish Telus would get their **** together
