    @bava_batra @TELUSsupport @TELUS I hate to tell you, but I am not! Have a Rogers account for my personal wireless, Bell for my internet and TV and Telus for my business wireless. Of all my service providers, this rep was the only one who took the time to call me. BTW, I initiated due to billing error

    @Shawhelp No thank you. Short of a time machine, I don't think you can help me. Happy to let @BrowntoBure and anyone else looking for a recommendation know how poorly I was treated by Shaw and how happy I am with @TELUS. Shaw had multiple chances to let me down before I moved my account.

    Wow so after 3.5 hours trying to help my parents switch to @ShawInfo and having a tech come out to their house, but they didn’t, and talking to the loyalty team @Shawhelp, they will be going back to Telus, haven’t seen service like this ever, and time for me to switch as well 👎

    @TELUS our family is needing competent help. We live 50km from the USA and while skiing in our home town of in BC, we were charged over $100 in roaming fees. Obviously we have not left Canada and need the charges cleared.We tried contacting Telus support but were hung up on.
