    @John1MD @yesssi This is infuriating. I can’t get a proper cell signal and internet service in central Edmonton. And they can’t understand why I’m pissed about my bill. F-Telus. This has to be the beginning of a backlash against the telcos owning us. #ableg #apoli

    After a long wait on the phone and telus customer service 2 hours and talking to a customer service provider for 32 minutes then getting hung up on followed by another 2 hours wait then they just hang up on every body is an insult to customer service. The crtc should look into it

    @TELUSsupport I can confirm this is happening in #Ottawa area codes starting with K1Y. Please bring this up to management - Telus tech support has already acknowledged the issue and now we’d like to see it resolved. Keep us posted with steps your taking to resolve it.

    @DrRitaMc @BCFamilyDoctors @DoctorsOfBC Thank you for bringing up this issue. Patients like me without GPs have to jump through hoops to get a referral for an appointment already booked. Easier now using Telus Health, but a waste of money. Fix the billing codes or compensation for regular follow ups!
