    @TELUSsupport I have been on hold for 1hr53mins as I type this tweet. This is an unacceptable amount of time to wait for someone to take a call. Completely disrespectful. Never ending issues with Telus! Skynet looking better every day.

    @bunny_smash @Bell_Support There’s a very widespread Telus outage in BC/AB. Telus and Bell share a significant amount of wireless infrastructure.

    Some of you might be aware of widespread mobile outages today (at least Telus & affiliates). I was able to get online and verify this from Telus. I was outside a mall a few minutes later and an older fellow with a very beat up phone sheepishly asked if I could help him...

    @Freddi @TELUS Had the same issue with Virgin and couldn't get through to customer service. Small panic set in. Googled furiously for answers. Then I couldn't call anyone. Finally got the emergency alert. Now it's working. #Shitshow

    @CodyHarrison29 @TELUSsupport Because the failure is affecting this message system - the web server is down. That why we all got notifications (a very short message) via the cell towers (still working) that some computers have failed at Telus - the one running the phone call,data service and the web service.

    @DublleD @TELUSsupport Ok, calm down. I’m down too… same with a bazillion other ppl who are all likely trying to call Telus at the same time. It sucks. Bitching about it isn’t going to make it go any faster.
