@TELUSsupport I was in a Telus store last week. 4 employees all looking down at their devices, no customers. The 1 person who dealt with me had no time for me and I quickly left, no purchases made no questions answered.

@TELUSsupport A consistent connection & one where my computer can successfully complete a simple software update would be novel. On top of that the new telus tv+ does not permit me to login & watch tv outside of Canada. Tell me why I should I stay with Telus?

@TELUSsupport @cibc please let me know how to get a refund on a @TELUS phone that I ordered over the internet but never arrived. I am in New Brunswick. I used my Nova Scotia driver's license as ID but have not lived in Nova Scotia for three years because I was in transitional housing in PEI.

@Ray_Misuto @tjt427 @Avi_Bueno Correct, this is what happened during the recent Canada wide Rogers outage. It lasted about a day and a half and left 13 million people without internet or phone service. Anyone who had Bell or Telus or any of the small carriers that don’t piggyback on Rogers towers not affected
