Blacktop Cowboy (@Blacktop_Cowboy) reported@UberJumper @Rogers Honestly Rogers and Telus are such a **** show, I'm just gonna get starlink, and if they ever make a phone I'll get that too
-
DividendBoomer (@BoomerDivvies) reported@TELUS $T.TO I hate your company. Truly. Been a business customer for decades just to be treated like ****. Dealing with an issue, a serious mistake on YOUR part, has been gruelling and terrible. The incompetence from your side is inexcusable. Your departments don’t talk to each other leading me to coordinate everything. Hopefully I’ll be able to file a complaint against you with regulators. And you also have a cell tower on our site for which you’re currently asking for a lease extension. That’s gonna cost you big time.

Peggy Blair (@peggy_blair) reported@OILanatude @Rogers @telusmobility Yes. And I literally just got a lower-priced deal from them 6 months ago because I was threatening to leave to go to Telus after a series of issues with Rogers that saw me file a complaint with the CCTS. $5 increase 6 months later.

BillM (@BillMah017) reported@DouglasTodd @TELUS I would argue that the immigration drove down prices. 10 years ago, I was paying 70 dollars for 1 line with a few GB of data. Today, I have two lines and 150 GB of shared data for 70 dollars.

Bubba the Dog. (@eltigrethetiger) reported@NickPenaAlvarez @Rogers @TELUS Don't do it! Trust me. This was a criminal act. Telus has even worse service
-
Tierneymisu (@the_ref14) reported@huddy306 @PirasanRotiHead And it's the flanker brands of the big 3...like I'm on public mobile. $35/100gb Canada/us/Mexico...it's the Telus network. Like shopping at no frills Instead of loblaws

ZuluTrucker (@zulutruckeryyc) reportedHey #yyc #Alberta - do you want to be lied to consistently? Have your home internet suddenly cut-off or throttled?? Then #Telus is the service for you!! This once great company as AGT - is no longer, now PATHETIC sub, sub par - 3rd world customer service @TELUS @TELUSsupport

Frustrated HCW 🇨🇦 (@stormymarie13) reported@TELUS Thankfully the person I did finally get through to was able to help get everything fixed. Still think there’s some serious lapses in customer service though, even something as simple as a “hey, your 2 year agreement is coming to an end” email would have prevented this mess…

Bala Chandar (@chandar) reported@TELUSsupport I returned my telus equipment at Canada post a few minutes back after cancelling my internet service. I was told that it may take upto several weeks as they have heavy backlog at Canada post. Pls. Share the Cust.service email to share the Canada post receipt.
