    @TELUS Really? Perhaps put some of that 100 million into more customer service!! A total of 3.5 +hours over two days and I still don’t have a phone!!!!

    @telussupport your repair service is worse than usual. And usual is terrible. Hours on hold by phone, no callbacks, misrouted calls. After three days, finally booked an appointment. The repair guy was a no show. No call. Nothing. I'd be embarrassed to work for @telus.

    @CJW_101 This happens to me everyday. Sometimes up to 8 or 9 times at its worst. I called telus and they "fixed" it on there end. I was on the phone for 3 hrs with them. 2 and a half were on hold mind you. Guy sent me an email and said if it happens again to email him directly. Same ****.

    So what’s the deal @TELUS? I need to return my #bringitback phone but you don’t have a new one for me. Making me buy the old one it is not good customer service. Others have the #iPhone12ProMax...why not me? Hey @Bell..any thoughts?

    @TELUS I spend over $500/month on Telus services and can’t get reliable internet coverage. Many in our neighbourhood have the same complaint. Maybe it’s time to go to Bell.

    @TELUS If I want to buy junk that will last 1 yr buy #Samsung. If i want something to last 5yrs buy #apple. Same goes for support. Samsung = sadSong.

    @WolfInCorgnito @Sir_Boops The problem here, is I'm in a connected townhouse complex. So Telus has to work with the building management company to get things approved, and all the paperwork.
