@adolwyn my upload speed with Telus is 0.76. absolutely horrible. I may need to switch to shaw.

  • takuarm barb dawson (@takuarm) reported

@TELUS Why are you emailing me an overdue reminder when my balance is 0 !! This is just stupid. You also sent me a notification of a disconnection that was two weeks overdue? What the heck kind of service are you trying to tell me? That you are not able to keep track of records.

  • wiiaax Victarion (@wiiaax) reported

@Rogers Reliable? Service is cut for most Rogers users in this town each time we have hydro issues. Inconvenient, even life threatening, if emergency arises. I’ll switch to Telus when my financing’s up. For half the cycle my phone randomly disconnects from wifi to use data. Funny

  • GornofPlenty Gorn Of Plenty (@GornofPlenty) reported

JFC! #Telus your web interface is beyond GARBAGE! Your PDF docs for voicemail operation are both ridden with blatant TYPOS ... AND ******* hard to read because your moron marketing dept uses a light green colour for text! Are you ******* stupid? HELLO contrast ratio???

  • StephenRLee Stephen Lee (@StephenRLee) reported from Athens, Ontario

So we are now down to not being able to call on weekends or peak times because of over saturation and terrible signal. Neighbour is a nurse and the hospital can’t reach her half the time. Any news on helping out your rural customers? @TELUS @TELUSsupport

  • FungaiJay FungaiJay (@FungaiJay) reported

@mecandan @RogersHelps It’s terrible. I have a Telus phone for work and it works perfectly fine. But my Rogers personal phone and my wife’s FIDO are terrible. Even my wife’s Bell work phone has great network. Sort it out Rogers

@mtlgazette @TELUS Where is rural ON's high speed, or even slow speed, in the dark ages outside of OTTAWA

  • bitofallwrite Karen Durrie (@bitofallwrite) reported

@BACullenyyc @dinnerwithjulie Yeah, I find that weird. I'm with Virgin (Telus) and my data is my data is my data, no matter where in Canada I am. I've never seen a spike in charges/amount used traveling within the borders.

Customer service agent? Shaw, mint mobile, Rogers, Telus, main stream corporations etc…work comfort at home, free money? 🌞

Hey @Shawhelp maybe you can help with service for my move to Nelson, BC. Currently with @Telus @Telussupport with internet 150 and being told to either take 6mbps(?!) or pay a huge $210 disconnection fee. Tried to escalate to mgmt and got a cut and paste nonsensical reply.
