@TELUS I’m so disappointed with Telus I have been a customer for 20 years and their loyalty is garbage I will be switching and going to Bell. Telus had so many chances to try to keep me so disappointed

  • otd_lays OnTheDog Lays (@otd_lays) reported

@drunkyotes @hockeyfan1738 @avsskankhunt I have been on the phone with Telus for an hour and they can’t fix this.

  • ohhhhjustsaying JB #JusticeForSidhuMooseWala (@ohhhhjustsaying) reported

@Rogers internet down for 14-16hrs & they get away with a “Sorry for inconvenience” statement. If their customers pay the bill late by even a day, they get slapped with interest. Rogers, Bell and Telus have a monopoly in Ontario and not sure why the govt doesn’t see this.

The worst part about getting my phone stolen is having to deal with Telus

  • homelessdorito Homeless Dorito (@homelessdorito) reported

@PublicMobile hey. Any chance the rewards portal can be fixed soon. It keeps throwing errors when trying to log in and redirects to Telus my account.

  • maritadachsel Marita Dachsel (@maritadachsel) reported

@charlotte_gill @DelBauchery Just spoke with them and she said that I need a doctor for results in case there needs to be follow-up, but that I can register for Telus health as that acts as my doctor if needed. I will get results mailed, too. My old doc said to put her down for this one. @KeriKorteling

@TELUS your latest fail - despite promising to credit the incorrect charge on my last bill onto my current bill, the credit is nowhere to be seen. What does it take for you to do the right thing? #worstproviderever BtW I already know you won't respond b/c you never do.

  • Saybin_Iacere Saybin, the Darp Dragon! (@Saybin_Iacere) reported

Down $500 today cause @TELUS never once told me I had no pre-authrorized set up for I dunno, several months? But make sure to keep charging for mobile (everything looked ok but turns out my business account was never connected, so it just, accrued) Oof.. Not impressed.

@WeAreCanProud Purposely done, to usher in Telus Health as the solution.

I understand Koodo is a budget provider and they don’t offer speeds/plans that compare to their big sister, Telus… but my partner has a 5G @Telus plan and is having the same issues with service/speeds. Switching isn’t a solution if I’m just going to encounter the same issues.
