  I can't report you to @ccts_cprst because they don't accept telemarketing reports. And I can't escalate my complaint within @TELUS because your website form just sends me back to a 24/7 chatbot or calling... no need to call - I can talk to people - you simply don't listen

  @CKCapitalxx I know a big problem for ast/bell/telus in canada will be that everyone has a starlink mini for their car now that lives rurally. Already bought and less monthly than paying for a family of added sat service. It will hurt them a bit in the short term here.

  Canada's privacy regulator cannot fine anyone for cyber attacks, data leaks, and systemic security negligence. ----------------------- The OPC found Loblaw was faking data deletion. They continue to keep your purchase history, IP addresses, and browsing data after you asked them to delete your account. Five days later, Loblaw disclosed a data breach. The penalty? A letter asking them to do better within 12 months. ----------------------- Telus Digital lost 1 petabyte of data. CIRO - the body that regulates your investment dealer, exposed 750,000 investors' SINs. PowerSchool exposed 2.77 million children's records. The hacker was a 19-year-old with stolen credentials. Total federal fines issued across all four breaches: $0. ----------------------- Bill C-27 would have introduced fines up to 3% of global revenue. It died in January 2025.   @TELUS i cancelled my home service three months ago I am still receiving bills. After receiving negative bill and three months i received a bill of 101 today, is there any service you have been providing me that I don’t know? Do you have a system in place at all?

  @DHurleu @ChibiReviews For Crunchyroll? Not at all. Telus was hacked, not Crunchyroll. Crunchyroll's mistake is the same mistake every company has made: Outsourcing to **** hole countries to save money and not disclosing what happened quickly. It's common, not unique.

  @TELUSsupport Hi Telus, yes, as indicated on my reply I did eventually get the issue resolved. Most support employees were lovely to talk to, there was lots of passing my issue to other people, re-explaining the issue over many hours. All good

  this **** is so funny bc like… what is the argument here? that loblaws and telus and ******* bmo have done such a good job of it that we simply cannot conceive of any reason why we should stop giving the private sector unlimited reign to ruin everything?

  Worst marketing too from Telus. The cute little animals are old now. Main marketer for the Whitecaps and really lame promos nothing to interest fans. Everyone knows they have **** service. Phone network doesn't even work in South Surrey
