    @TELUSsupport @TELUS I am trying to add a new line to my plan. Going in circles with for days with support. Chat tells me it can't schedule callback. Call centre drops cals and, I get a text saying I will be prioritized next time I call. Then I am in massive wait times again.

    @TELUSsupport Every time a Telus agent says they will call me back, or if I choose a call back option from your “waiting room”, I never receive the call and it just goes straight to my voicemail. My phone doesn’t ring and the call isn’t listed in my log. Why? How can I fix it?

    @TELUS @TELUSsupport making it really hard to reach customer care. You can schedule a sales call instantly but they make you wait hours when trying to reach customer care. Disappointing.
