@MikeK_mode I'm a Telus customer. And he knows my real name. You might want to let him know that if he accesses my info for anything other than business reasons I'll have his job so fast it'll make his head spin. Might put a crimp in his budding finance career.

@haggis312 @Bell @TELUS Same here. Must’ve been the same prick. **** these idiots.

My 90 year old grandpa literally goes days at a time without tv because @ShawInfo can’t get their **** together. Can’t wait to get him switched to Telus at the new house

Second time getting someone to fix my internet and he did it in less than an hour. @TELUS if you trained your people correctly I wouldn’t have had a bad 5 1/2 hour install the first time. Thank god for this second guy.

  • haggis312 George Paterson (@haggis312) reported

@Bell I have had one of your staff hang up on me and now been on Hold with another for 30mins. What is going on with the customer service here? Just wondering if I should go back to @TELUS now.

@stevenchase @globeandmail My question stands why is Canada providing financial support for research institutes that support Beijing's positions? Esp. when Telus has yet to remove its (huawei) equipment, which has now been installed on some 80 towers and sites in the national capital region.

  • SighmanCanada Simon (@SighmanCanada) reported from Okotoks, Alberta

@Shawhelp you guys need to get your support, apps and chat features fixed. 2 hours on chat and it just closed... The app crashed. No answer or anyone that seems to be able to help or fix an issue I've had for 5 weeks. Fed up and grumpy....@TELUS wanna buy out my contract?

  • Kris_lings Kris (@Kris_lings) reported

@Fidomobile Now I also have a dent in my credit report for no reason. For an account I'm cancelling only bcoz of #Fido's error. Worried after returning device they will scam me more. WTF was I thinking. Sticking to Telus 🙏. 3/3

@arakwar87 @TekSavvyBuzz @Bell Here in Montreal I have Rogers, Telus and Vidéotron that all supposedly compete for clients. They all mostly have their own network. I can switch from one to the other. Where are the protected regions?
