    @TELUS After learning you sold me out literally to Canada public health . When my contracts come do , I will look to go a another supplier. You are terrible to customers to do this ,

    @th3seventhson We are sorry for the people impacted by this outage, but we cannot offer credits because another company experienced an outage. We offered a great deal for the customers that wanted to join TELUS, as our network was working fine, because we care.

    @Patrick_ORourke @Rogers poor network change mgmt. & incident mgmt. procedures failed them. @telus consistently ranks #1 in network performance due in part to robust change & incident management and a relentless focus on the customer experience. That's not "something that could happen to anyone."

    @Cazzy I pay $35 on Public Mobile (Telus) for better service than I got on Rogers at $75.

    Been a @Fidomobile customer for 7 years now. All I get is 1gb internet. This is how they treat their loyal customers, also charging a high price at the same time 😳. No where else on earth customers are cheated like this. I’m looking to switch. What’s good? Telus or bell?

    @TELUSsupport Reboot was successful, thank you. Now if I could fix the 502 Bad Gateway message on my tablet when I try to access my Telus account on my Samsung tablet, I would be happy. (no problem with my iMac)

    @TELUSsupport it was so easy to tie my wallet to Telus and so complicated to go out and end a relationship, now I owe a little more than $500 and my credit record is threatened, when calling customer service it takes a long time to answer, and from so many numbers to call.
