@TELUSsupport how bad is your support that I cannot find a phone number to call support. Telus assist is a joke and anytime I have gotten into your support queue it has been a joke.

@BCLionsDen @Rogers I switched a couple years ago. Telus coverage is **** compared to Rogers. Be ready for dead spots all around the lower mainland. The drive to Kelowna and back also sucked for service compared to Rogers.

Today was NOT the day to FAIL my TV viewing, again @telus.

@jodyvance @TELUS It's trouble when it's trouble. Customer service requires weeks now somehow.

Already on Telus, never have supported Rogers. Although paying for Sportsnet, t.v., for the Oilers. I don't really watch cable, anymore, I prefer TSN!

@Eggs_and_Jakey Telus is who we use in bc Although their customer service and no paper billing drives me absolutely mad. Seems to be the lesser of the evils imo

@jodyvance @TELUS Don't blame you. We have had a horrible experience with them...over a simple change of address and service. They never showed up to install, and we have to deal with an offshore person to fix it...a LOCAL address change!

@TELUS @TELUSsupport Hey Telus. You guys are now worse than an airline. Your product (internet in this case) is less reliable than checked bags and now you wait longer on hold to resolve issue. And likely an average of 4 phone calls and 2 technician visits to solve the problem.

@Jhammy51 @Rogers @TELUS Telus is the worst company you can change to. They are idiots. You will regret it in no time.

@Darrenthiel2 @jodyvance @TELUS The main issue of course is the Triopoly in Canada (plus Videotron a bit) and the excuse of "expensive to service vast Canadian geography." 50% truth. But the main reason is the lack of sufficient competition.
