    @ProvoGal01 @TELUS @TELUSsupport The most absurd thing is these calls are terrible, laggy quality and representing a phone company. I bet these calls hurt Telus more than helps them.

    @MaretJaks We are doing the same now, not answering the door unless it is a neighbor. Random rail-thin black and brown men in their early twenties are knocking on our door claiming Unicef, Rogers, Telus, etc, i broken English. They look sketchy AF.

    @markmandel007 @WestJet They can't even price q plane ticket ask them questions about pricing and they won't know what to say, Telus has trainers and quality agents who have never touched a plane 😢, while Canada has staff with several years of exp who do not rely on scripts

    @Shawhelp Thanks. I have been trying to use the chat since 9AM. The auto log out feature every 10 minutes is brutal when you have to hold for support for at least hours. The only reason I stayed with Shaw is because you have had better support than Telus, historically.

    Been without any internet since 2pm yesterday. Crashed on Friday & Saturday as well. @TELUS @TELUSsupport are you going to fix this next year? Im also looking for compensation. Are you going to pay for my cellular data usage? #Telus #Outage #TelusSucks I may switch providers
