  • cozymystery1 The Cozy Mystery Journal (@cozymystery1) reported

I went to @TELUS at the mall today to get a new Yellow! iPhone, and they told me I shouldn’t get one because the rates are so high right now. Been a customer for 10 years, with 4 iPhones under my account, and they’re telling me “don’t upgrade”! #crazy

  • petersmithca Just Peter (@petersmithca) reported

@robertsnell Weird . Not working on my Bell internet, works on my Telus if I disconnect wifi. Who are you with?

  • maej43 Michelle “Bring Back The Masks” Jones (@maej43) reported

I am convinced that Telus has to be the worst run company I have ever encountered. My God. Useless. Five days in and I still can’t get a hold of someone. Smdh.

  • yeosmyth Steve Smyth (@yeosmyth) reported

@masconbytelus , your service in Chase is ridiculously bad, unreliable and unstable. When is @TELUS going to do something to support their customers

  • Benjam1nLane Benjamin the Blasphemous (@Benjam1nLane) reported

@M_OldNormalBack Hes never complained of them. However I am maybe 200m from him and I just use the telus hub.

  • sarcortesm Sarah Cortes (@sarcortesm) reported

Hey @TELUS - tell me how this makes sense - A customer of 16 years wants to renew their plan for 2 years. The only option you're willing to offer is for me to pay $40 more per month for 4G service (I have 5G currently) or pay . Planning to move to Bell. #Telus #badservice

  • joseph_cobbold Joseph Cobbold (@joseph_cobbold) reported

Company. 9yrs never got email from telus what a joke, after 9yrs now this collection company want $190.37 which I don’t mind paying but surprise how telus can ruin my credit over $21.50 wow

  • StrategicResrch Strategic Research Analyst (@StrategicResrch) reported

@TELUS While we're at it, could you also ask your privacy dept to follow up on their accidental merging of my home account with a total stranger's account & remove their service visit charge from my bill please? I've been trying conventional channels to get this done for several weeks.

  • Reforma92950774 Reformation (@Reforma92950774) reported

It also makes it C$5/month for every Canadian, which is 2.5% of what I pay TELUS for internet access & basic TV service. When I turn on TV sports section I often see messages on more channels I cannot see or must pay to view, than are on my basic package.
