    It's now been 24 hours since requesting a callback from @TELUSsupport . No response, nothing. They text you saying to expect a call within 15 minutes. It's a pure scam. There is NO customer support at all for @TELUS.

    @SoMersVick Rogers was never an option where I lived. If I wanted to package TV, cable & phone I could choose Telus or Shaw. That's it. For me, Telus was never an option.

    And even if I wanted to subject myself to ****** Telus service again, I can't cos my house is only wired for what was once called Cable cos when this house was renovated, Telus wouldn't come to add service without charging a king's ransom I HATE THIS THANKS

    @TELUSsupport @PrasadYEG Also to add to this their Telus ADT Dispatchers don’t have call display so it looks like a scammer from Ontario I heard my case got closed because they called twice with no proper call display. The worst customer service I have ever seen. Thinking of moving over to Telsco.

    @1loriking @TELUSsupport Amazing. Great job responding to praise but not request from 13 year customer. I have starlink and used it sailing to Alaska, our Telus phones worked better in actual middle of remote channels than they do in our capital city.

    @SoMersVick Shaw here too,dont want rogers telus or bell. This is a win for greedy corporations and a huge loss for Canadians.We now have 3providers and no competition. It should have never happened to much power will be corrupted its inevitable.

    Pissed @TELUS and have Telus has one shot to keep me before I cancel everything (Home Phone, Security, TV and Internet) so some one from Customer Retention better reach out to me ASAP. Tomorrow afternoon I start moving everything.

    Some @TELUS Customer service call. Ok so get this... I said my name was Tamara Crystal and I just kind of magically ended up on the phone with the agent. I rambled delusionally & they transferred me to a closed department. Not very professional #Telus . Not very #Capitalism
