Bob Price (@kammornanchor) reported@jodyvance @TELUS Same issue here. I've complained about slow speed...a crew came (contractors)...I got a huge bill...even though they said there would be no charge...and still the problem persists. Searching for a new provider as well. @TELUSsupport

Canadian Sledge Hammer (@RealityoftheSit) reported@MelissaLMRogers @TELUSsupport first of all the $25 is USD, and you can find plenty of very cheap cellphone plans in Canada. You want to finance an expensive device through your plan and that is why you pay over $100. Telus is known to NOT be a budget provider - they have Koodo and Public Mobile you idiot
-
Charlie Kirk Douglas (@MS_Encarta95) reportedI got 100GB 5G+ unlimited talk/text within US/Canada/Mexico for $55 through my work plan on Telus I thought I was getting a deal damn

CryptoNova (@realcryptonova) reported@MelissaLMRogers @TELUSsupport I’m paying 25$ a month for 100 GB and unlimited calls, in Canada. Ditch Telus, that’s your solution.

Bear Anger (@BearangerYT) reported@TELUS I love paying for a service that doesn't get provided. Internet is so slow I can't do anything, figure it out

AI datafactories are detrimental to our health and the environment and are not worth it. This AI boom will fail leaving people and the earth sick

glazier (@glazier788739) reported@MelissaLMRogers @TELUSsupport Yes we are getting screwed for sure. We have been with Telus for ever but lately are having a problem with them because they raise the price for no apparent reason. Their customer service is horrible and they don,t speak very good english and hard to understand.
