    @FP_Champagne @CompBureau Neither Telus nor Bell have nationwide spectrum, yet, they network share nationally. Efficient investment by not duplicating networks unnecessarily. Precedent is set to allow Freedom to serve full provinces even if spectrum only in some cities.

    I am giving @TELUS @TELUSsupport the boot today and falling into the sweet, reasonably priced, waiting arms of Shaw. imagine being charged $30/month for ages for a channel package you never ordered? and never getting proper help to iron it out? yeah, byeeeee.

    @TELUS had me wait on the phone for an hour last night because I got a roaming charge and I haven’t been outside the country. Transferred me to the wrong department only to tell me that I would have to call back again after my next bill for them to fix their mistake.

    Guess who has to call Telus in the morning to ask what ******** is going on? I returned my old phone for a rebate & apparently they lost it. FML that money was supposed to buy bus tickets & a few more groceries. I got confirmation that they received it last Friday. So WTF!

You doubled my elderly mother's bill and called her a liar when she pointed out the contract she has with you....just hoping she wouldn't notice?!? You are the worst human scum out there; training your employees to be equally as scummy!

    @TELUSsupport for some reason I can not send or receive calls/txts, all I get is a no network connection. Is there an issue with @Telus and it's network right now?

    @TELUS Had one of your reps come to the door. Wasn’t interested, he didn’t want to leave. Closed the door & he took it upon himself to walk down the side of the house. Got real rude when I asked him about it. Not cool. 😡

    @TELUS extremely disappointed in the customer service (if you can even call it that) that I just received speaking to some one regarding my deceased parent's account. Unhelpful and zero compassion.

    @Bell @TELUS @TELUSsupport I have zero cell service today whatsoever, and next to none for the past month. What does it take to get it fixed?! This isn’t fair or acceptable since we pay our cell phone bill every month. Please stop telling us there isn’t an issue!!!!
