    @JamesMac_Fit I scrapped my Telus router for Unifi gear. Created a separate WiFi network for the kids' devices, which shuts off a couple of hours before bedtime. Content filters at the router, not on devices. We collected their devices when the network dropped, and I read to them every night.

    @TELUS you guys need better DB role management on your ticketing systems. Like why don't your support employees just know wtf i told the previous 4 regarding the same issue? Even passing postit notes would work better but I guess your asses are too wide and brains too narrow

    @TELUSsupport I also have the pleasure of MANY hours on the phone with Telus, many hours waiting for technicians, taking time off of work, technicians not showing up (the last two appointments in a row) bad product/worse service.
