@TELUS @TELUSsupport I am getting fed up with your auto-calls calling my number and there is no dam answer. It disconnects. That is harassment. If it continues I'll be calling the @crtc and putting in a complaint.

@CRTCeng is there way to fight for @TELUS to have service in our area? I called 911 today and they couldn’t hear me, standing on a busy road ten minutes from downtown Victoria. They know about the issue and haven’t done anything. Been bad for two+ years, steadily worse in 2022.

@arun_cpa @TELUS She must not be operating in BC’s capital because there are giant dead spots with no connectivity where #Telus took down a tower with no plans to replace it. The same location as a deadly bank shootout this summer. In my home I have 2 bars of service. #FutureExpensive

@TELUSsupport My Telus connect has not been working 2 days. Cannot unblock paused items. Redownloaded, rebooted phone. Also when working couldnt see boosters as it stated not on home network but I was!!

@TELUS @TELUSsupport Got an email saying you support Canadians, Community and the Planet. Maybe start with offering more affordable phone plans to the community and I will buy into what your saying! I just switched to @Bell_Support, they offered a far more affordable option!

@cbcnewsbc Is that what #Telus was doing while I waited on hold for 8 hours this week trying to resolve the issue of them charging my credit card twice on consecutive days? An issue which remains unresolved? They aught to focus on being a telecom and competing with Fido, not fixing Fido.
