So a 12 year old had a phone that kept charging $28 multiple times per day every time they used their phone outside of home. Shouldn't there be some shared responsibility? Shouldn't @TELUS have some checks in their system to protect the customer from errors like this?

@RogersHelps That's law. The Samsung app is no better than what you're required to provide. Why am I paying Rogers the same price as Telus/Bell who provide the call control service I'm looking for?

@Leenerrr We live in St. Albert and have had telus fibre optic for few months now. We’ve had telus for internet and tv for years, and I wouldn’t recommend switching from SHAW. We have significant wifi issues and customer support is a hellish experience!

@mssinenomine Not giving consent to the installation was not really a clear option. I did “agree“ to them coming into my apartment and installing something. However, I’ve never switched to Telus and that wasn’t seemingly required, despite there being pamphlets in the lobby about the new rate.

@TELUSsupport Day 2 of trying to get this billing issue resolved for my office landline and no one cares at Telus to resolve this issue. It doesn’t help that business solutions closes on the weekend. I called yesterday right when they opened no one got back to me about my issue

The gaslighting from the supervisor is unreal. Absolutely refused to send a new Vox, Not until I mentioned our house burning down from the box getting so hot all of a sudden he could send a new box. Great training Telus.

@CraigK2020 @StockTrades_CA It is but Telus uses other providers mostly. For example, Ring Central runs Telus VoIP and the underlying service for Telus Conference / Meet is Zoom. It is also the exact same front-end without the word "Zoom". I also tried Telus network cybersecurity which was with a 3rd party
