    @MgtmMoisan @marcedge1 @TELUS And when we actually (rarely) manage to have them restart the modem remotely, think about it. We’re doing half the service call for them, while paying for the service. 🙄

    @TELUS so you think over a hour and a half is acceptable to wait for help? To be shuffled from one to the next and then forgotten on hold. When customers are loyal you are certainly FAR from loyal back, pathetic customer service, terrible to the core. Still on hold FFS.

    @Zone3Garden @Hallay_10 @AB_MD_WarRoom Why is privatization the only solution you can think of? Name me one example of privatizing an essential service that has made it more affordable? Insurance, electricity, Telus. Introducing a profit motive only drives up costs and reduces services.

    @CailinasEirinn @TELUS We have had so much trouble with Telus Optic and in a year we have have 3 teckies here. They have all been great but there's always a problem.

    But my dad was the regional manager for an internet provider for a while, so we always got service upgrades first to test them out. I don’t think getting to use Telus TV first is as helpful as having a foot in the door for a career.

    Anyone else's #Telus internet down? My shop on Tranquille dropped out at 3 and didn't come back up. No outages reported. Rebooted everything as well.

    @TheSamuraiSW @TELUSsupport I know buddy!! This is Joe Marchand lol. I have Telus as well. Was giving you possible scenarios lol. Stupid as it sounds. Do a Network Reset on your phone, see if that helps.

    Telus is literally the worst company
