@TELUSsupport He worked on it. Working so far. Just a quick note that the website is useless. I would have had no help if I actually personally know a Telus worker.

Also - years before that they told me that a house phone problem we had with them was my fault because I painted. That call went into @Telus escalation mode, because I was very angry. It turned out to be a cord problem. A 20 year old cord had given out behind a wall. (3)

So I decided never to give my money to @Telus as soon as I could get out of my contract. That was almost 20 yrs ago. I thought they were done messing with my life. I was wrong. Nobody that has a @Telus business line can phone me. Work and doctors and stuff. During Covid. (4?)

@LeoChangLiao @TELUS Did you stay with Telus after that happened? I’d have switched carriers. Not that there’s a whole lot of choice, but carriers take customer loyalty for granted only offering the best deals to NEW subscribers, you have to switch to get better value. Thank the CRTC that’s easy now.

@brianlilley Bell, Telus, Rogers are clinging to sports and news to stay alive. Trying to ruin everything else like we will all suddenly rush back to overpriced cable. Can't you just own us at one thing (phones) and sit ******** back while you make $$$ off us.
