    @TELUSsupport 2/2 How do I know if there is a downed line or accident? The map intentionally minimizes any outage. Can't believe Telus wasn't vilified for the multiple day long non-hurricane related outages last week due to hardware issues. Rogers didn't get away with it.

    @belanger_dax @TELUSsupport @TELUS It’s by design. People don’t want to wait. They making record profits last few years too. Service has tanked. Fiancé gets dinged every time we head to shirkston. We 45 mins from the boarder and get hit with it. Call every time. Has roaming off too

    They're telling me they cannot cancel my account until the cancellation team calls the deaf man who can't hear on the phone. It's been 40 minutes and Telus is sticking to their anti-deaf, discriminatory bs for "security" reasons.

    @TELUS @Virgin I remember back in 2019 when the same thing happened I finally just picked up my phone and called my family and you guys sent me a 200 CAD bill. I called your customer services and begged for help and your agent insulted me. Maybe that’s the time to help? @VirginPlus
