    @WhittyPics @reneritchie Same issue occurred with CDMA networks over a decade ago - Verizon and Sprint in the USA, ClearNet (became Telus), and Bell here in Canada. Nobody cared back then no complaints then.

    @thekevinjake @TELUS @TELUSsupport They keep calling at 19:55 MST and then whenever I need support and I call at like 18:00 MST, they’re closed.

    this is telus' major/only real competitor in this region btw and the fact that they either can't or won't match telus is confusing and bad for consumers

    @TELUSsupport the 7/11 near me has #telus wifi but no one can log on so I typically call telus support and give them my mac ID but havent been able to get thru on the phone lately can you assist me on here?

    @lankylibs Sorry about that! If restarting the phone or resetting the Network Settings doesn't restore service, we recommend visiting the nearest TELUS store or calling our Mobility team directly from another line at 1-866-558-2273 so they can investigate!
