    TELUS customer service sucks!!!!!!! I cancelled my service and there is a refund. They are not sending it, called them but cannot get anyone and online service doesn’t help either!!!! NEVER Telus again!!!!

    @DriveTeslaca I have the same problem and was told by the service centre that Telus has yet to assign an eSIM to Tesla cars. I was just at the service centre this past week Thursday and was told to patient that it might take a bit of time due to back log from Telus. Got my car mid Oct.

    @elonmusk When will Tesla release a phone with satellite signal? Rogers, Bell & Telus are robbing us #Canadians. Imagine through Tesla cell phone you may call all around the world without costing you extra and having an unlimited internet data. @Rogers & @Bell would be crying.

    @Shawhelp i have been talking to others on shaw who pkay rainbow six siege from BC. They have a ping double what it would be on telus. This is officially a shaw issue. Could someone look into it. @ubisoft will not share server info with regular people. It seems to go through Ont

    Been building these ******* fibre networks for 11 years and have NEVER gotten to use the service. Telus has horrible vendors that don’t do their job and never tell the truth. Makes the company look ****** and customers like me extremely angry.

    @Irish_Intellect @Sportsnet Center ice on Telus Optik works. It's $200 a season. Zero issues. Painful but it works

    @TELUSsupport trying to port a phone number from an EPP to a newly created account in my family plan. No answer when calling yesterday, and now the phone number says Telus customer service is closed today. I have a limited time to get this done!
