@felix34957067 @garncarlos @TELUSsupport Not sure what to add. I don’t have Telus so don’t know their set up. You’ll hopefully get that assistance from their support.

Was just reminded @TELUS started harvesting 1.5% from all credit card transactions, pretending the cost wasn’t already built into the price. So I’ve dropped a bunch of channels. 👏🏼👏🏼to the genius who came up with that plan. $2 bad faith price increase just cost you $30 a month.

@paratrooperFYMM @AnthonyLacavera I found Shaw more expensive than Telus so switched and the service is actually better but I totally agree Canada needs to allow more competition, not less and get these prices down - why do Canadians always pay so much more than other countries?

@MrWickDoe @CPComm @alexposadzki "Spectrum Stacking" means that if Bell and Telus each own licenses for 100Mhz of channel width, their customer devices benefit from 200Mhz of spectrum. They also split the capex and operating costs along East-West boundaries. (1/2)

@Drgameing1337 @CompBureau Not the same. Rogers still competes with Telus, Bell and smaller providers. It's never been easier to switch your cable or cellular provider. Or simply say you're switching and get a lower price.

@TELUSsupport how do I get Telus Home Security to stop shutting off my furnace every time it thinks the door is open. Even if it is, I’ll turn it off and on myself. Unless you are paying for burst pipes and water damage…

@HarryFischer15 @stephen_taylor And that’s just the whackadoo stuff. It doesn’t even touch on the very real issue of things like Private or profit healthcare (like Telus Health) popping up all over the country
