Hello @TELUS @TELUSsupport why am I able to buy Purefibre service but I can't upgrade to Purefibre??? How does that make any sense? I would like this resolved ASAP as clearly you don't have a wife and kids who watch hours of Bachelorette, and Paw Patrol affecting my remote work

Feeling better today, but having my first week of 'doing my best' start by getting a small injury in the gym and then getting my cell phone I sent to be repaired coming back unrepaired, with a new repair price of double what I was originally quoted at Telus sucks. Vent tweet over

I just received a bogus call. I know it was a bogus call because i'm not 4 years old. I told them to F off. I didn't need the #crtc, Bell, Telus or the gov blocking calls for me or telling me who I can hang up on. I did it all by myself like a big person.

@TELUSsupport having a horrible experience with Telus. They set up a new iPhone on the wrong number then couldn’t correct their mistake so I had to buy another new phone and send the first new phone back for a refund. Now I can’t get the refund back!

@TekSavvyCSR I just got off the phone with "Kurt" and he was of zero help. No timeline, no answers. If the Telus website wasn't such a dumpster fire, I would have booked with them by now.

@CTVNews A filter is at your isp already with shaw and telus. If they make a law to allow them to check user content also, it would be terrible.

Question: #CRTC Would you buy a Facebook owned VPN? Would you buy a Bell Canada owned VPN? Would you buy a Telus owned VPN? Would you buy a NordVPN (can be another other brand) owned VPN service?
