Never forget, TELUS is the worst. The absolute worst.

@TheRealElaschuk @dstiddypop43 Start using smoke signals, or Morse code by banging pots together. Telus was charging me $100/month, and bell was charging my wife $90/month. The price came with no loss of service, just have to plan any trips to enable the roam packages.

Kudos to Mark @TELUSsupport for internet problems. Best customer service experience I’ve had with Telus 🫶

For Kevin to call 📞 yah - It’s now past 13 hours. Being told I can’t have service until late October doesn’t work!!! #telus is the worst!

  • Jonavin Jonavin (@Jonavin) reported

The way @telus deals with ESIM is just bizarre and inefficient. I dare anyone in the world to give me of a worst example of ESIM handling.

  • EmmaLazarus9 Emma Lazarus (@EmmaLazarus9) reported

@JimSenko Crushed that @telus became shady enough to Bait&Switch working families with door to door sales. Agreed to a great price on setup only to be told at bill time deals start 3 months later? Paying for service while SIM cards are in the mail? #feelingscammed @cbcgopublic

  • FigueContre figuec (@FigueContre) reported

@koodo @TELUS I bought a phone that was supposed to arrive on Thursday as a gift. It is Saturday and I still do not have the phone in my possession. NO ONE is answering the phone, it's just an answering machine. How is it possible that they can have this bad service?

  • Ernieiceman Ernie Iceman (@Ernieiceman) reported

I am paying a trade to deal with Telus to solve an issue. It is utterly painful, pass me a tissue. From person to person we go, help will we find will we find, nobody knows. What are certain off is this will cost me. Will I actually get problem solved, we will see.

  • TerrencePaul5 Terrence Paul (@TerrencePaul5) reported

@NurseShark4 @rhtunstall That's exactly what they want you to say... enough times so they can jump back in a say, "we have a solution"... "telus privatization"
