    I know once I’ve used my monthly data, it slows down until it resets for the month. But damn guys I didn’t know “slowed down” meant virtually unusable for 5 days🥴 not sure I would’ve switched to Telus had I known this. @TELUSsupport

    @TELUS I’ve spoken with numerous agents from different departments and even managers whom I thought could help us were basically telling me to just pay for it. It’s not fair. They caused the problem in the first place and they won’t take responsibility for it.

    We are sending staff home, at least they'll have internet at home.. probably. This is our third major outage since Dec 23rd. This is completely unacceptable @Telus

    @steeletalk @TELUS The other problem is Safeway pharmacy. Their automated call to say prescriptions are ready can’t get through. The # isn’t the same as pharmacy number or I’d them to safe list.
