@jbeda @CenturyLink Main reason I had to switch back to cable internet. When I had fiber issues it takes Telus a few days to send a tech. when the tech sees it’s related to the actual wire, they schedule a specialist. This takes two weeks every time. Not good for WFH life.

@TELUSsupport Update - Telus Twitter support promises me a callback 48 business hours - practically after new year after taking into account holidays. Called customer service again which accepted mistake and said internet will be restored but did nothing. It's a complete shitshow @Tonygeheran

  • stephjgentile Stephanie Gentile (@stephjgentile) reported

@TELUSsupport Sorry we could not retrieve your Telus tv service information, please try again later

@Clearwest Koodo/Telus nothing but problems, customer service not even from North America

  • nealjennings Neal Jennings (@nealjennings) reported

So I finally got my Telus internet installed and operating this week, and after *months* of Lightspeed insisting my DNS problems were not their DNS problems, magically the DNS problems are all gone.

  • DR_Ravenstein Mike Raven (@DR_Ravenstein) reported

@Shawhelp Yes. More than one person has mentioned in passing that Shaw was getting out of handling email service like Telus did. I found that odd since I have never received any notice by Shaw myself. I am trying to find the source of this rumour.

@WillyWally19 Good to know. Will continue to dump my Telus accounts completely next year as they eagerly supported this crap.

  • JeffMcNeil04 Jeff McNeil (@JeffMcNeil04) reported

All I want for Christmas is for @TELUS @TELUSsupport to fix the network issues me and others had in Cape Breton for over 3.5 mths. Ever since @Bell did 5 g upgrades. Telus still has no eta on fixing issue. Numerous complaints issued no repair no eta.

  • PetkerFarm Dan Petker (@PetkerFarm) reported

@woody_VA Rogers/Bell/Telus are all too spendy. Fido/Virgin/Koodo are where you should be shopping your service plans (even tho owned by the Big3): cheaper, for the same ****. We've gone from Bell to Virgin to Rogers and now on Fido. They all have ****** coverage spots.

  • michaelvalli77 michael (@michaelvalli77) reported

@WinterhawkMom @koodo Koodo is not the co. They used to be, pre-telus, where you had trained, knowledgeable and friendly customer service agents to help Now your cust service isn't even based in North America.
