    Unless Telus does the right thing and takes some ownership of the mistakes made here, I will be closing all accounts I have with Telus, taking this case to the media to let them know about how you treat long time customers, and complaining to the CRTC.

    @TELUSsupport The new web app telus tv+ doesn’t sync with subscriptions probably. The web app is telling me I am not subscribed to channels I can access on my tv or phone app. I tried calling support 2 hours and no help. Hoping you can help

    @TELUSsupport I an on the verge of closing all my Telus accounts after being a client for several years with Telus. The following is an account of worst customer service I have ever had from a cell phone service provider.

    @TELUS Alls they need to do is buy electric vechiles. It’s not like people are running around the telephone lines and air to get you service

    but its ok if they quickly erode the credit history that you have built up your entire life. I have until now had an unblemished credit history, never having missed any payments on anything. Unless Telus fixes this mistake, this will subject me to higher

    There were no attempts at contact from Telus to the customer to let them know that account was past due From June - October and resolve this issue (due I believe to the small amount), but in the meantime, Telus reported derogatory information to the credit

    The situation appeared to have been fixed, but then I checked my credit bureau and over $120, Telus reported that I was 30/60/90 days late. It gave my otherwise unblemished credit history a 200 point hit. I called thinking that this would be a simple fix.
