    @Ardyjt @Novusnow If you think Telus & Shaw are any better then go find out it's not the case. Novus staff and technicians are the best and most responsive I have ever dealt with. I have had Shaw & Telus and Novus is the best service provider because they actually have something called service.

    Hey @telus, exactly how many outages are you guys planning on having this year? After almost missing the call that my dad died because someone cut a line somewhere they shouldn't have, and now today, I'm getting pretty ******* tired of your service.

    @Shawhelp I live in the Sundance community of Calgary. Telus is currently installing Fibre optic cable. Is Telus impacting the performance & reliability of my Shaw internet & Wi-fi service? OR perhaps I should change my service to Telus.

    @Dartmouth_Diva @CrazyAbHick All of them are pretty bad. I am happy with my plan on Telus but to get a new phone would need to change to a more expensive one and also pay monthly for the damn phone which is BS.

    @ColumbiaBugle One of our providers (Telus) in Canada tried to go woke , many customers & Business's called to cancel, they apologized within a week on the news after losing many customers.

    @TELUSsupport Hi Telus Support, my isolated senior parent in YEG has lost phone service & your agent declined to assist her. She is alone without family nearby to help & has no phone service in case of an emergency, this is a pandemic. Her account is paid in full. @Telus @AmarjeetSohiYEG

    @TELUSsupport this outage in Calgary NE is now 13 hours long and still no ETTR, this is so frustrating and definitely not Telus standard.

    Hey @Telus thanks for cancelling my install literally 24 hours before. You won’t be seeing a dime out of me until you feel like making up for me sitting in the dark for the next at least 2 weeks. Go **** yourselves.

    @CraveHelp I subscribe to Crave via Telus (Crave Theme Pack) and now I can no longer watch Crave on my LG TV. I'm on phone with Telus but they don't understand what happened. Please provide support.
