    @beatsdj77 @sachardonnay I hear ya. We had problems with the world juniors on Shaw, very choppy. It worked itself out. Telus is installing fibre optic in our neighborhood next summer, will probably make the switch.

    Imagine paying rent and your landlord just locked you out for an hour or days at a time intermittently and you had no recourse or discount for your trouble? Why do Rogers, Bell, Telus etc. get away with this? We pay them regardless but if we are late, they charge us extra.

    @TELUS I have been on hold for 45 minutes after being told by a representative that they would have a technical service rep ready to speak with me in a couple of minutes. I don't have internet and am depending on a cell signal via a booster. Please do better.

    So @TELUS @TELUSsupport charged me a $350 as an early renewal fee in store and then charged me the same $350 fee again on my bill. After a few hours on the phone they told me they couldn't help me. #Telus

    Just got off the phone with a Telus manager regarding yesterday’s mass outage. It didn’t go too well for him. He’s getting another manager to call me back.

    So it looks like I can’t text my mother or anyone else for some reason. There are apparently problems at bell and telus.

    @sachardonnay Im having major issues with Shaw Cable here in Edmonton. Was contemplating going back to Telus. Must be Covid. It has infected the Cable and Internet as well.
