    @TA38720548 @GenevoMundi That is why I will never use anything from telus. Something went wrong with mine. Made an appt three times. The first time he came in a hazmut suit and wouldn't come in the house. Wanted to tell me how to fix it. Didn't show up the other times. And I took vacation days for it.

    I had my S22 ultra, from it's drop day, Feb 22 last yr. I'm a very heavy user, (extremely nerdy about phones too) I was having the following issues. No 4G/LTE (it literally wouldn't stay registered on ANY networks, bell, Rogers, Telus, freedom, lucky, Koodo, were ALL tested,

    @TELUSsupport Yes I’ve tried uninstalling/reinstalling many times. No luck on any iOS device (iPhone, or Apple TV) Old app worked fine. On the Telus neighbourhood forum they said there may be a “back end”problem with the account on the new app. Haven’t heard anything back from support yet…

    @koodo calling support at 866-995-6636 but after confirming phone number, I just get “GOOD BYE.” Called 5x and tried different options… same hang up each time. How do I contact Koodo? Ridiculous. I’m now trying to contact Telus support, but the hold time is over 1 hour!

    I have my new permanent address and will have TELUS set up my internet there on Mar 2. I just want to get 3 months credit for the internet service and extend my contract by 3 months. Then I have fulfilled my 24 mo contract.
