Telus Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • tewha Steve 🇺🇦 (@tewha) reported

I’ve seen maybe one “public” @TELUS wifi network in the last five years. (The ones included in a cellular subscription.) I guess that didn’t go anywhere.

  • tctimmeh Strongfish (@tctimmeh) reported

@JaroGiesbrecht @TELUS I swore off @TELUS about 15 years ago over terrible and predatory customer "service". Easily one of the slimiest companies I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with.

  • Heyheydownthes1 Hey, hey, down the street (@Heyheydownthes1) reported

@alf_wilson @BCschoolCovid I don’t think you’re wrong. But I have to say I’ve had good experiences with Telus. They are timely with scrips, referrals etc. just sucks not having a clinic to visit.

  • nobodytoldmeh Bojack Beauregard (@nobodytoldmeh) reported

@SoniaFurstenau @bcndp @TELUS cancelled my appointment 4:00 minutes before the scheduled time. They offered another appointment two weeks later. This is no way to deliver healthcare. They have not responded to my emailed complaint. Treating patients worse than cell phone customers is unacceptable.

  • Kevin37884134 Kevin M Klerks (@Kevin37884134) reported

@jkenney I notice in "reliable high-speed service" they don't say "affordable". Why is Alberta investing in this when the phone companies are doing great gouging Canadians already? Shaw $5.4B revenue Telus $7.9B Bell $24B Lumen $21B Barrett $500M

  • LVDSibley LVD_SOS (@LVDSibley) reported

@TELUS Do not ask for 5G. High levels of microwaves are bad for living beings

  • dougransom Doug Ransom (@dougransom) reported

@timbray In BC Telus provides ip6 addresses to customers- but the customer has to log in to the modem and enable.

  • MaryKatharine MaryKatharine 🇨🇦 🙏 😷 (@MaryKatharine) reported

@ShawInfo Shaw cable went out, again. The mobile service is horrible. After almost 30 years, I think I have to switch to Telus. I'm sick and tired of pulling out furniture and resetting, and resetting.

@akanettypayne Hi Akanettypayne, did you require support with your TELUS services?
