    Worst customer experience EVER from Telus Mobility. I’ve spent 5+ hours on the phone over the last week and still no resolution. Haven’t experienced the world class service they boast about. Only thing I’ve received is frustration and broken promises. @TELUSsupport #telus

    @TELUSsupport Have called 3 times still not working properly, this has been going on for a few weeks. This happened a few years ago, it was the Huawei hub. When I threatened to cancel, Telus finally replaced it, I suspect it is the same this time. May just switch to explornet instead

    @TELUS Further follow up Telus asked for a DM. I contacted them. They agreed to help but after I sent the info they said they could only help if a added an app that gave them access to my Twitter and email accounts. Horrible invasion of privacy, I'm done, moving on after 30 years.😪

    @TELUS there’s an outage affecting internet and TV in Surrey. I had to wait 45 mins on hold to find this out because it’s not listed as an outage on your website.

    @davingreenwell @Shawhelp @TELUSsupport I’ve had no issues with Telus pure fibre ... aside from a couple of billing issues. The connection has been great, and I live in a multi unit building.
