    @TELUSsupport Beyond frustrated with Telus. I am lifelong customer and trying in desperation to cancel a smart hub I did not order. I have 2 I do not use. Telus you have gone to hell. Your customer service is horrendous. I have many telus accounts do I need to cancel them

    @TELUS @smac2310 Wait 4 years for a World Cup and can’t watch because it b/c your telustvplus not working and no support available for hours by which time game will be finished. Ridiculous paying $200 a month for this 💩

    @TELUS not sure how you've been getting away with charging people while they wait for their sim card to arrive. Found out today while waiting for my new sim card to arrive I was getting billed even though I can't even use any of my features or service.

    Yet I was going to apply that credit of the bring it back and return towards my bill. But I’m still lost about my bill. After bringing out a iPhone 14 pro max @TELUSsupport @TELUS this really sucks. Service no good.

    @theJagmeetSingh Truly the one thing that Bell, Telus and Rogers have going for them. Is that they are experts in laying off their staff. They are better at that than even providing their service.
