Been a @Fidomobile customer for 7 years now. All I get is 1gb internet. This is how they treat their loyal customers, also charging a high price at the same time 😳. No where else on earth customers are cheated like this. I’m looking to switch. What’s good? Telus or bell?

    telus sucks my god.

@Patrick_ORourke @Rogers poor network change mgmt. & incident mgmt. procedures failed them. @telus consistently ranks #1 in network performance due in part to robust change & incident management and a relentless focus on the customer experience. That's not "something that could happen to anyone."

@TELUS @TELUSsupport hello? Waiting for a explanation for the atrociously slow data speeds I'm receiving since moving to Osoyoos BC. Look for new carrier now as #telus doesn't seemed to be concerned with customer retention. Telus is trash. Thanks for nothing.

@David_Moscrop 2. I roamed via TELUS. Only problem is my family in the same city here in 🇨🇦are calling me in Honolulu. They call. I don’t answer and call them back. Zero other problems. I don’t have another phone, but planning to get a cheap 🇨🇦 one. 2/3
