Telus Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • SpaceMutiny Laharl 'Furious Metals' Styles (@SpaceMutiny) reported

    >It's amazing how our government says that they foster competition >Yet, they make it toxic for anyone trying to compete with these giant monopolies Case in point when Verizon wanted to set up shop in Canada and build out their own mobile network even Rogers, Telus & Bell...

  • PeterVogel Peter Vogel (@PeterVogel) reported

@SrushtiGangdev Telus won't like that! They will be pushed down to number three if this deal is approved. Some have not yet realized this also applies to cable TV and home internet service. It does not apply to Corus Ent. and stations like CKNW. Not sure about Global TV.

  • PDiespecker Peter Diespecker (@PDiespecker) reported

@steeletalk @CKNW Bad news overall. Happy I’m a TELUS customer at this time.

  • aaronhoyland Aaron Hoyland (@aaronhoyland) reported

@NathanDorval My guess? Because they're still competing with two other major national players in Telus and Bell for national cell service, and they'd still be competing with Telus for regional home services.

  • GaylinChev Gaylin Chev (@GaylinChev) reported

@PatBulmer1 A few months before my mom died, she switched from Shaw back to Telus. She was 79 and had bad eyesight. She needed help to understand the new remote and where her channels were. Simple, right? Nope, their service dept were total jerks to her, more than once.

  • EhEhRon85 Papa John Misty (@EhEhRon85) reported

@Pagmenzies @alexposadzki @globeandmail Telus attempted a hostile takeover of Bell a few years back that got shot down by regulators. Hopefully this happens to Rogers, too. Not holding my breath on that.

  • mcmounce Mark Mounce (@mcmounce) reported

@steeletalk @CKNW Bad news if you own Telus shares. They've significantly dropped in price today

  • ArloCalhoun Uncle Arlo (@ArloCalhoun) reported

@TELUS Tell them about the part that if they drop it and damage it they’re screwed.

  • wirelesswebs Chris Jakubowski (@wirelesswebs) reported

@Rogers You guys really need to fire your PR. Increased competition and choice? You just have such a low opinion of people. Also, Rogers ******* sucks. Your customers service is rotten, and I will go to Telus in a second if this gets approved.

  • MarkShaw24 Mark Shaw (Wear a Mask!) (@MarkShaw24) reported

Is anyone else having trouble with the email migration by @TELUS ? Spending 30 minutes on hold. Thanks for nothing, @TELUS !
