    @jnbella @TELUS Yes, it's exhausting! Everytime my deal ends, I have to call and say I want to cancel, go through a long rigmarole with the agent until they offer me something decent.

    @TELUS you guys need better DB role management on your ticketing systems. Like why don't your support employees just know wtf i told the previous 4 regarding the same issue? Even passing postit notes would work better but I guess your asses are too wide and brains too narrow

    Finally got that bill covered thanks to a good friend. I just hope I’m not too late for the cutoff today at noon. Just on hold with telus. If i go down I’ll be back. I’ll figure something out.

    @MelissaLMRogers @TELUSsupport You're paying for an expensive phone. I pay about $35 before discounts for an unlimited plan with Public mobile. It uses the name Telus network.
