I have been a @TELUS customer for 15 years. Why?! I am paying too much monthly. I suppose if you can never get through to them, you can never end your contract.

  • CallOnIceStands Jocelyn (@CallOnIceStands) reported

Dear @Sportsnet, @TELUS, and @TELUSsupport : You know what would be REALLY cool? Showing the preseason games on your Oilers blackout station that I pay for, yet never get a game on. Just sayin..... It'd be kinda neat. #LetsGoOilers

I have never taken to social media like this for this before, but I have to say that I received the absolute worst customer service and follow up from @TELUS over the past six months. If anyone is considering switching services I would encourage you to speak to me first!

@TELUS @TELUSsupport @koodo again the in app purchase charge started happening with Koodo plans. Seems like Telus company has a severe security issue because of what this happens every year. This time my number is the victim.

  • mmbrendan Brendan Melanson (@mmbrendan) reported

@TheComicHunter I think Eastlink has the smaller network / resources in PEI, in comparison to Bell/Telus/Rogers and their sub carriers. Out and off will be a part of the restoration process I assume. Hopefully you get it back before long.

  • danielmullen Daniel Mullen (@danielmullen) reported

@NealGillis @koodo Koodo (Telus) roams on Bell, and they did a ‘shortcut’ by putting dozens of miniature repeaters on telephone poles along Longworth Avenue, Brackley Point Road, University Avenue, etc, and all are now AWOL. Great service does not take ‘shortcuts’. #FionaFail #Charlottetown #PEI

@TELUS @FriendlyFuture When do you think cell service will be back?

  • fanCRTCProfling Commissioner Miner (@fanCRTCProfling) reported

@howardknopf @googlenews @CRTCeng All that data collected via Stir-Shaken, huge amount, w/ location data, pooled to Rogers, Bell, Telus, Shaw and Videotron for their own use. And then there is that monster under multi-NDA's, the Bell AI file and I can't talk about that. Yeah, bad look (putting it mildly).
