@TELUSsupport @TELUS called in to customer support, told wait time could be up to 20 mins… it’s been 1 hour 10 mins now, are you out of staff too? Are you going to use people shortage and Covid as excuse too?

  • TELUSsupport TELUS Support (@TELUSsupport) reported

@erimegsmom Hey Kathleen, to avoid roaming notifications, you can set up the Network Mode to Manual - TELUS, from the settings of the phone and keep the data roaming off.

@TELUS you greedy little turds. I hope the pre authorized payments cancellations send your accounts payable and bad debt to the moon! 🚀🌛

@brantjaysfan420 @gollywog1963 @theJagmeetSingh I take it you’re not very knowledgeable in finances, economics etc. If you were, you would know that smart investors can make lots of money. PP has always been a hard worker. As a child had a paper route. Telus as a teen, had his own company. But hey U hate PP so he’s bad right?

@_marty_k @TELUS It's... shockingly bad form. Telus is usually better than this.

  • douglasr Douglas Robertson (@douglasr) reported

@JonDurnin @TELUS Like the Easy Roam fees, which have somehow magically gone up from $5/day for USA to $12/day while the cost to get a local SIM card from a US provider like @Mintmobile has gone down over that same time period? Yeah, poor TELUS indeed.

  • tcolahan Admiral Saproling (@tcolahan) reported

...and don't think I don't notice at my job across town. Or at least I did till our POS was moved to a Telus connection and the connectivity issues magically stopped.

@chrisonhismac @TELUS @TELUSsupport The only problem with this is whomever you switch to will be doing the exact same thing.

  • VanIsleVeggie Terra 😷 (@VanIsleVeggie) reported

@MobileSyrup Called #telus to inquire about cancelling my service. The agent was unaware of the new policy and flabbergast. In a strange turn of events, the call ended with me apologizing to her for the headaches of customer calls ahead. In her words, “you can leave Telus but I need my job.”

@MizzJackson @TELUS Boo. :( I've had crappy service from Telus too, which is why I quit them years ago. If you're looking to switch, I've had awesome experiences w/ Fido for phone and decent ones with Teksavvy for internet (a few minor issues but they're cheap).
