Chinese guy out of country? His English was not all that great. But the payment stopped. Just had a scam call on my phone claiming to be TElus, who are with my pone service by not my phone service. I was supposed to contact them about my refun $80. 999 number I deleted it.

I am predicting @TELUS will see the greatest customer share collapse in telecommunications history after deciding to clip customers who pay by credit card with a new fee. I will be in that first group. Been 20 years with the company.

@TELUSsupport LAN2 and LAN3 are disabled on my T3200M modem. I’ve tried restarting the modem, unplugging the modem for 30 seconds, and looked for debris in the ports, and the Ethernet cord. I can’t figure out how to solve it via the my telus app, or admin settings. Please help me

@TELUS so let me get this straight you want yo add a credit card processing fee starting in October, pending CRTC approval to, Canadians that already pay the highest in the world for a phone service that is 2 x cheaper in most places on the planet. Good Job 👏👏👏

//why ******** did the automatic text from Telus have to come in at 4:30 in the morning? Bruh that **** would’ve been sent at 3:30 if I was in my home province smh my head

  • The_Rad_Zone rad ♿ (@The_Rad_Zone) reported from Calgary, Alberta

Telus sighed me up for their internet with a free trial month and sent me a bill two weeks later. I called them and told them nicely to come get their ****.

  • Steelesky3 Andy M (@Steelesky3) reported

I was quoted a price for security system and told them I'm actually stepping out the door to go on holidays for 2 weeks and they said "no problem, call us when you get back and you have our quote" So I called @TELUS @ADT and they said "noooo, sorry, we can't do that" Red flag 😡

  • paul_wb_wtf Paul Barraclough (@paul_wb_wtf) reported from Delta, British Columbia

Hey @TELUS @TELUSsupport Stop billing people for wireless service from the time you ship the SIM cards and then put them in regular mail. I’m not paying for a week of service on 4 lines while Canada Post gets around to delivering them.

  • seanfordyce Sean Fordyce (@seanfordyce) reported

What cell phone company will pick up thousands of customers who will leave @telus over its plans to clip them with a fee to pay via credit card? I assume a smaller one since Rogers and bell are crap too.
