Do not choose #telus #telussupport if you want actual support when your internet goes out. They schedule appointments with you, you take time off work and they don't show. This is the third day of no internet #telus

@TELUSsupport …… the Credit Team has up to ten days to respond!! Ten days! I’m using data because I can’t have Telus internet hooked up until this is resolved. Telecommunications company fail.

@deonandan Yes, I think it's about $10 extra. I'd have to switch to Telus as Rogers doesn't support anything other than the fruit-flavoured kind of watches. Inertia is my issue.

@TELUS what horrific service. Booked over a week ago for my move, and now being told 12 hrs before I am moving a tech is required. would not have found this out if the tech who was at my current location installing the next tenants service and disconnecting mine didnt let me know

I've about had it with @Bell . Dumped our phones for Telus but still have Bell Fibe internet. Unstable connection all the time. To make it worse... TSN app is terrible. Garbage company. Absolute trash. Spent thousands per year for 20+ yrs on Bell. Can't wait to be done w/ them.

So, for no interst at all, Telus inflated their asset sheet by not $.04 to $0.06 per early paying customer, they inflated their asset sheet by $100 to $100000 per early paying customer.
