    @TELUS @ExcellenceCan I spend at least an hour with customer service monthly. Yesterday I spent 1.5 hours and logged on today to see that the billing and service errors have not been corrected yet. Telus decided to cancel a service because as the rep said "to be honest you were not paying enough".

    @TELUS YOU shipped iPhone I ordered Jan 5/23 to WRONG ADDRESS. have spent >6 hrs now dealing with your mistakes and cumbersome systems. scheduled callbacks not happening. escalation will take 3-5 MORE business days ?? UNACCEPTABLE!!! please fix YOUR mistake NOW

    @DFisman I think this trend towards Telus and Bell inventing tele-health arms is a worrysome signal. And if you listen to the insurance actuaries, it't even more disturbing. Could covid and long covid break the bank in terms of medicare? I hope not!

    Did the brothers select the location at random and or discover the lack of cell service and use it to their advantage? Cell customers and residents have complained for months since Telus took down a tower in the area, and Bell uses Telus network so many without cell service.

    @edmontonjournal I have Telus stone-age internet 50 mbps speed when I asked I don’t want that slow internet Telus told me I have to pay $2000 for cancel the contract, and as always contract is a documented robbery.
