MedHatRingCrew (@MedHatCrew1) reported@TELUSsupport @TELUS any idea when service is going to be restored to those of us not having internet in Medicine Hat? It’s been down all day. Even an acknowledgement that you know there is a problem would be nice
-
Frank (@lastofthefranks) reportedTrying to move my Telus internet to a new apartment. Customer service quotes some absurd price. Mention I'm looking at their website and it says same service is $70/m for that location. "Thats for new customers". Telus charges more for being an existing customer?!?
-
Canadian Sledge Hammer (@RealityoftheSit) reported@MelissaLMRogers @TELUSsupport first of all the $25 is USD, and you can find plenty of very cheap cellphone plans in Canada. You want to finance an expensive device through your plan and that is why you pay over $100. Telus is known to NOT be a budget provider - they have Koodo and Public Mobile you idiot
-
Forrest (@ForrestHODL) reported@MelissaLMRogers @TELUSsupport Well telus has always been a borderline criminal organization. But yeah it is bad in Canada.
-
Patrick O'Rourke (@Patrick_ORourke) reportedI don’t know why I continue to give Koodo/Telus money when I consistently have 1 bar of service on my neighbourhood. I’m told that’s normal, though 🙄.
-
The Weird Canadian (@Weird_Canadian) reported@BetaKit @EvanLSolomon Then why is Telus building out the data centres? They never release a public bid on them....
-
Fares🇵🇸 (@HazemAlashsy8j) reported@rayp10213 @TELUS I apologize for the inconvenience, my friend, but my family needs your support. Please quote my pinned tweet, retweet it, and comment on it with a period if possible. Donate if you can. 🙏🙏

Colin Regan 🚀 (@engalicorn) reportedHuge Fail #Telus @TELUS @TELUSsupport International Easy Pass doesn't work in the United States. If my wife flew to Peru or Afghanistan she would be covered. She flys to Seattle and incurs $100 dollars in overages minutes after stepping off the plane.

fairwitness8 (@fairwitness8) reported@MelissaLMRogers @TELUSsupport And their customer service is horrendous. I recently quit Telus and joined Koodo for the same plan paying 50%

Albertas Maximus (@WagsDickie74380) reported@MelissaLMRogers @TELUSsupport Telus is garbage virgin get 128GB for $55
