1/4 Wonderful world of Telus Smart Hub! Three calls to us to sign up for new and improved Wireless internet smart hub in our area, Rosalind Alberta. Ask how they can provide wireless internet, but cell service here is nothing less than deplorable so can’t get rid of landline.

@TELUSsupport Also for home service switch over to @Shawhelp. I’m on Shaw never had an issue tv is the best bluecurve. And I got internet 300 never had an issue or drop. With Telus I always had issues

4/4 Who else got sold a bill of goods? This is not a great business strategy, poor customer relations are built, not to mention the time taken by us and them to determine this should never have been sold to us. Yay Telus!

@TELUS I lost my employment and appartement during this covid B.S. I no longer have cash. Am a single dad, with health issues and legal problems. I live out in the country and don’t have transportation. The cell is my last chance at freedom and I’m about to loose service. F.Y!

@SamsungCanada Hello a senior here on a fixed income, have an S8 and purchased 2 more for parents in their 90s with health issues. Love the phones, never a problem. Telus employee told me to upgrade as soon S8 not supported? Yikes I cannot afford new phones.
