JT (@8jerry8jerry8) reported@TELUS @TELUSsupport Day 2. 8 broken callbacks. My 15yo stranded in Miami due to @Koodo botched port. Billing errors. Wasted store trip on false promise. Jordan M., Management Escalations Team, didn't call back as promised. I need someone with authority to call me tonight. JT

Right Winged CDN (@DKNExCDN) reported@ProvoGal01 @TELUS @TELUSsupport Call centres throughout Canada are also crap. I know someone who works at one -- third party supplier to Loblaws, Shoppers Drug, etc. The call centre employees don't care at all about the customer or the company, and laugh that they give misleading information such as, "Yes, that product was prepared in Canada." By that they don't mean that it was MADE IN CANADA. They mean that it arrived in a shipment from China and was put into a Canadian package. They laugh about it. I believe that one store was fined for their BS about products being Canadian.

JimmyJames (@jimmyjamesmm1) reported from Amherstburg, Ontario@ProvoGal01 @TELUS @TELUSsupport I ended up reporting the conversation and canceled all my bell subscriptions immediately. They called me telling me I could save money on my account and asked who I currently used as a phone and internet service provider. Wtf, how did they not know I was with bell for 15 years?

John Doe (@JohnDoe20782787) reported@SzaboSzivi @MelissaLMRogers The irony is people here will support bell/telus even though Roger’s was majority Canadian employees.. even their call centres. But as long as that person is saving a buck it’s worth it

Derek Braid (@Royal_Arse) reportedRogers took ~$82M via Canada Emergency Wage Subsidy program, with top three telcos (Rogers, Bell, Telus) receiving >$240M while paying billions in dividends. Individuals receiving CERB had to repay over-payments, white collar welfare industry did not. Now mass layoffs.
