@kirst_alyssa @TELUS I switched to Shaw in February, definitely saves me money, the only thing I will say though is their coverage isn’t great. You lose service in places driving to Edmonton.

@TELUS It’s great you recycle and upcycle customers old stuff…what about fixing up YOUR old stuff? We switched to Telus…every 3 months we have to get you to fix the outside power box to ACTUALLY work as our service dies. We’re certain our neighbourhood has setups from the ‘70s still.

@RogersHelps I'm not a riggers customer but i am an interac user, and i needed to make 3 different etransfers. What is Rogers gonna compensate me??? I rely on Telus, i have never had this experience with them, but they also don't make guarantees that they have the "most reliable service"

@TELUS Your Telus Assist is ridiculously stupid. It cannot switch me to an actual customer service assistant when they cannot answer my question

@TELUSsupport Went camping in ON and was charged a $70 roaming fee due to there being a US tower across the lake - I had no idea my Roaming was on. I called Telus to ask for a credit, they refused. I can't believe they are making me pay the charge! Very bad customer service!

@kirst_alyssa @TELUS I was a loyal Telus customer for 20+ yrs but left them about 5 yrs ago as they refused to match any deals from the other companies. Since then, I buy my phone outright, go with the best deal and keep an eye out for even better deals.

@TELUSsupport 🤬 because @TELUS @TELUSsupport is the worst service provider possible. Been without internet for almost a week and not a sign of the tech that was promised to us multiple different days. Unfuckingbelieveable.

@kirst_alyssa @TELUS If you are with Telus and want to save a few bucks then you need to look into Koodo. You won't get super fast speeds but I don't find that to be a problem at all. Perhaps you live stream often and require 5G though? I changed 2 years ago - no problems.
