@TELUS is literally the WORST home internet provider in Calgary!

  • _aa_k Ali Aydin Karaca (@_aa_k) reported

I spent almost 2 hours on the phone last month and your CSR solved (!) my issue. But today I got another bill which still includes services in my old address! @TELUS @TELUSsupport

  • CoeurRegulus Regulus Coeur (@CoeurRegulus) reported

@scoopercooper Count on it. Re TELUS: claim they have removed 'majority' of Huawei infracture from their 5G network. Dubious. Did TELUS employ Huawei to track Canadians during Covid?

  • rslade Robert Slade (@rslade) reported

Well, @koodo, your sales and support people are just as brain dead as the @TELUSsupport and @TELUS support people.

  • TheNextTrainIs Steve 🇺🇦 (@TheNextTrainIs) reported

@rxstephanie @steeletalk I've only used it in the Vancouver and Eastern Vancouver Island areas. Where it doesn't work well I switch to a Carrier like Telus and it's included in my plan. Also includes 2 gig data when roaming per month.

@TELUSsupport Why do corporations think they can abdicate responsibility by expecting clients to provide constructive feedback. My time is not available to help telus.

  • Freedom4people1 Freedom (@Freedom4people1) reported

@TELUS Hi @TELUSsupport , Internet connection is still unstable in Iran. As a Canadian resident I cannot contact my parents in Iran, would you please extend? @TELUS #مهسا_امینی

  • _aa_k Ali Aydin Karaca (@_aa_k) reported

Hey @TELUS @TELUSsupport ,should I call you every month and wait on the line for one hour to solve my double charged services billing issue? "Move" can be the most complex process in telco according to TMForum but every complex process has a solution as well, right?

  • PoliticalCupid PoliticalCupid for PM (@PoliticalCupid) reported

@LoewenMrB @MondoAlberta Every time my power goes out after a storm, the Shaw box down the street needs to be reset. This can take hours. Working from home, when we are reliant on Internet. My Telus immediately came back on after power was restored. Not Shaw. They have to physically reset it. Stupidity.

@eissyrc It seems like this is a federal issue. Alberta Health Services & Telus are actively blocking people from accessing services, putting business above health. I'd make a complaint to the CRTC & on the federal level.
