Can we agree that Canada’s 5G implementation sucks? At least that of Telus & Bell. My iPhone 13 Pro Max, with a low 5G signal, wastes time trying to pull data via 5G only to then downgrade to LTE. LTE was fine, can I turn off 5G and just use 4G/LTE?

That, in turn, will have negative effects on cable TV & Internet access markets. The # of large cablecos for rights holders in Eng-language markets will drop from 3 to 2 while Shaw's tendency to offer more attractive Internet service relative to Rogers, Bell & Telus will be lost.

@GailVazOxlade @Manulife I’m grateful the phone, internet, and TV service from @Telus is reliable because any time I’ve had to call, it’s been 30 to 40 minutes on hold… an hour in total by the time I finish talking to someone.

@TELUS A representative has left me on hold for almost 2 HOURS. This is a complete waste of my time. For an issue that should have been solved many hours ago. I’m extremely disappointed.
