@sportsfan_ian @y3khan @globeandmail Who cares about where the head office is? I rather have the best service/price/innovation regardless of location of HO. What did Shaw bring go YYC? nothing. Bell isn’t factually montreal but Toronto. Vidéotron is mtl, Rogers Toronto and Telus Vancouver. Shaw dug its own graves.

What the hell! It’s 2nd time in the last 1/2 hour that my tv and laptop shutdown. Is it a Canmore problem or a Telus problem? 😠

So, @TELUS, you're a phone company that I can't pick up the phone and call. What's up with that? The only way to reach you is through this app of yours that doesn't work? What kind of service is that anyway, scheduling a time to call me that is convenient for YOU? WTF?

@jasondunn I love the idea of eSim but I don’t think it’s ready for prime time. In Canada, only the big carriers support eSim and, even then, it’s inconsistent. Ex: Bell has a self-serve and free option to swap eSims between phones. Telus requires a visit to a shop and charges you for it.

I know we all like to complain about rogers after the outage, but my Telus phone consistently has a 15 min delay (texts, emergency alerts etc) regardless of location when compared to rogers.

@TorontoStar You should probably say this how it is. Bell/Telus have agreed to let their network get overloaded with Rogers clients when Rogers has network wide issues from poor design decisions and bad CTOs. Even phones with no SIM cards can dial emergency services on any provider.

@TELUSsupport My wife got a call supposedly from your support number offering a ‘special promotion’ only available through the Telus office in Ont to switch from Sasktel to Telus. Talk & text as well as 60 Gb of data for $35/phone. Wanted two pieces of ID, divers licence, SIN or credit card
