@sportsfan_ian @y3khan @globeandmail Who cares about where the head office is? I rather have the best service/price/innovation regardless of location of HO. What did Shaw bring go YYC? nothing. Bell isn’t factually montreal but Toronto. Vidéotron is mtl, Rogers Toronto and Telus Vancouver. Shaw dug its own graves.

I just spent 1.5 hours waiting for a customer service assistant on the phone for @TELUS @TELUSsupport AND THEN, when I got someone, they disconnected the call within 5 minutes of answering it. WTF.

@TELUS I called telus yesterday at 13:13. I got off the phone at 18:30. Issues not resolved and made even worse! How can I speak to an actual manager? I don’t want more people apologising but not able to fix the issue. How can I speak to a manager????
