I rather have the best service/price/innovation regardless of location of HO. What did Shaw bring go YYC? nothing. Bell isn’t factually montreal but Toronto. Vidéotron is mtl, Rogers Toronto and Telus Vancouver. Shaw dug its own graves.

Rogers, Telus and Bell sell iPhones, which is made by an American company call Apple. Metro, Sobeys and Loblaws sell American produce and other products that are American. It was very frustrating & felt like an invasion of privacy to answer all the questions + agent transfers simply to cancel an account that was at the end of its term. Every other utility allows you to do this online & it saves a lot of time, why not Telus?
