    @ChuckCallesto @TheoFleury14 So. What’s the surprise? Telus has been tracking Canadians phones as requested by govt - for years during the “emergency” without people knowing. Then the House of Commons was asked this year if they could keep doing it.

    @ImaBudtender @TELUS **** That And Legit Scammers

    But my dad was the regional manager for an internet provider for a while, so we always got service upgrades first to test them out. I don’t think getting to use Telus TV first is as helpful as having a foot in the door for a career.

    @MgtmMoisan @marcedge1 @TELUS And when we actually (rarely) manage to have them restart the modem remotely, think about it. We’re doing half the service call for them, while paying for the service. 🙄

  • MgtmMoisan Mari - Reports bots and abusive behavior. 🌻🤔🌈 (@MgtmMoisan) reported

    @CailinasEirinn @TELUS THIS is why I, and thousands of others, call them if restarting the modem doesn't fix the problem. I'll hold for the requisite 1.5 hours in order to speak to a person.

  • tammysaulnier Tammy Saulnier- Kinsella (@tammysaulnier) reported

    @TELUS Well it's too late now because my bring it back is over the return date and I'm being charged the $145 plus tax... Super disappointed in the service lately :(

  • steelerfanation Joe (@steelerfanation) reported

    @TheSamuraiSW @TELUSsupport I know buddy!! This is Joe Marchand lol. I have Telus as well. Was giving you possible scenarios lol. Stupid as it sounds. Do a Network Reset on your phone, see if that helps.

  • ekiledjian Edward Kiledjian (@ekiledjian) reported

    Hey @TELUS can I use a Nokia 3310 on your network? Would love to have a phone that is virtually inbreakable and can last for a week on a single charge

  • momerath86 Sarah Mae (@momerath86) reported

    @TELUSsupport I’ve been a Telus mobility customer for almost 20 years, and have never had an issue with reception until I moved to the Half Moon Bay area of Barrhaven, Ottawa, ON this summer. It’s brutal, and I’m tempted to buy out my contract and switch providers. Any insight?
