You can tell they are not in Canada so usually I just act like I can’t hear them and hang up. Not like I want to sign up to new service like that.

Obviously if it comes from you, no issues getting past call screening. It appears this number did not get past it. Thanks for getting back and confirming.

JF (@jayfl39) reported@mikeinthevalley @TELUS @TELUSsupport I was 9 1/2hrs on the phone over 2 days with Telus trying to get my mom’s stuff sorted after my dad passed away. Their customer service is the biggest freakin joke. They also missed multiple scheduled callbacks from customer service agents and “managers”. Never again is to soon!

Unacceptable Andrew Scheelar (@andrewscheelar) reported@govt_corrupt Signed up to new internet provider after Rogers made Shaw turn to **** and it was included in the price. They're just giving cable away now (really it's just a Telus locked android box and "cable" and internet are the same physical wire and digital signals now anyway, it's all the same now) But if it cost anything we wouldn't have gotten it.
