    @KempfFred @TELUS I ordered a phone, they said I would have it in 5-7 days. Then they changed it to 2-3 weeks. Then 5-6 weeks. So I’m still waiting. Customer service is rude. They offer zero assistance. Wait times are horrible.

    i just wanna know @TELUS hiring process for their online agents bc this man just wasted a hour of my time, just to tell me he can’t fix my original problem that i was inquiring about bc theres already a request for it. WHY DIDNT WE START WITH THAT???
