@StephenPunwasi @kellyma_michael But as you said, if you break your leg Telus health isn’t going to help.

  • aprilknunchucks Raging in the Plague Age (@aprilknunchucks) reported

@toughage I’ve had issues with both Telus and bell in the past but we’re talking nearly 20 years ago now. At this point they’ve all give me various headaches

  • JayPhagura Jay (@JayPhagura) reported

@TELUS @TELUSsupport - your customer service is garbage. From mobility to home services, I’ve had to call in a half dozen times each since June for more than 4 hours of my time to correct billing to be told “we don’t credit for your time”. Y’all give no ***** about consumers.

  • HanksMommy2015 Heather (@HanksMommy2015) reported

@TELUS That's a load of crap I have more outages with Telus then I do with Rogers.

@dockevinmcleod If this is true, & I’m wrong then I’m sorry, but your actions & words enable it to happen. I’m hearing of people waiting hours with badly broken bones & children in pain or struggling to breathe. What do you think will happen when people are desperate & Telus or Cerner comes in?

  • egert_ethan Ethan Egert (He/Him) 🇵🇸🇺🇦 (@egert_ethan) reported

@HaruunYEG @TELUS Its commission. It sucks. Worked landscaping at the start of this summer at 7% commission per job — ended up doing many unpaid jobs discounts given by the bosses. Commission work in this province is poorly protected and regulated.

@mikeinthevalley @GlobalBC Telus My Health is a mobile app. Not all seniors are internet savvy. Telus My Health in a rural area is not an option for many where internet service is a joke. So good for you but have a little compassion for others.

  • Rin_Cathy Catherine (CathyRin) (@Rin_Cathy) reported

@TELUS @TELUSsupport I/we pay a lot of money every month. I’ll even admit I’m on a payment plan, which I follow cuz Covid meant I can’t seem to find F/T employment. Now how are you going to help me before I tell all of Twitter how badly you treat customers for your screw ups?

  • kitkatkkkot kot (@kitkatkkkot) reported

TELUS is so ******* **** man. $30 a mo/ for 2mb upload and download speed + outages for 2+ hrs. how tf is our telecom still functional?

  • MattIlich Matt Ilich (@MattIlich) reported

@Averyflash @typronyk The BC govt paid for my doctor visit - just as if I went to a physical office. All doctor offices are private enterprises. Maybe Telus takes a fee for connecting docs with patient? Not sure…all I know is I saw a doctor quickly and govt paid for the service.
