    Telus repair update 1 line back up of 2 (bonded pair connection) Tech has to go back to the "hub" to get the second working. Probably could have avoided all this if the help desk person I'd talked to 3 months ago had listened rather than follow their script.

    Despite telus killing all my home services which is a bad choice for sooooo many reasons I hope u staff all have a marry Christmas and safe new year and that I have a new job soon

    @kuda_hove @Fidomobile Fido truly has some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Had to switch to Telus and so far the customer service has been pretty amazing *knock on wood*
