@Shawhelp My 2 year internet600 plan is ending soon and I’m looking to start a new contract. My options are I stick with Shaw, pay a minimum of $40/month more to get the same internet I have now, upgrade to 750 for $35/month more or switch to Telus for $4/month more. Wtf Shaw
Lol, I don't know if it's sad or funny but I finally got 50 Telus points so I can apply it to my next month bill & now I'll finally have the money to get new runner. I don't think these will last another month. Juggling money is skill when you've been poor all your life.
I just watched a Telus ad that was showing retail workers in masks serving folks set to like uplifting music and it was depressing and disgusting just ******* pay people to stay home so nobody else has to die **** off

@TELUS @TELUSsupport technician showed up for installation with no PPE and left the place and assured us for tomorrow installation at the same time! he insisted no need to call 4 reschedule! but @telus refused to reschedule tomorrow!! worst customer services in this industry!
@TELUS why does it take 12 days after an appointment to get our internet installed. When we had an appointment set up 2 and a half weeks in advance, and your costing my family money. Why does anyone use you as a provider again? Is it your horrible customer service, I guess so.
@CherylZiola @OldNavyCA Cheryl, my wife and I are brand new Telus customers starting Sunday. It's been an absolutely horrible experience. Totalling up the hours we've spent on hold with them since then is ... 9!
So arborist was supposed to come, but someone at telus closed the file and claimed that the damage was pre existing. WTF @telus
@ABSeedman Mobile plans are much cheaper there. Can get a new phone and plan there, or jailbreak current phone (this will void your warranty /service plan) and use a cheap SIM purchased there. Maybe call to Telus to ask if they have reciprocal agreement NLD carriers.
