    @TekSavvyBuzz @FP_Champagne @CRTCeng You are YEARS to late. Having started a business as an ISP selling access in 1995 and knowing and experiencing what Telus and the CRTC did to over 200 independent companies in one summer in BC and Alberta…. You are way to late, their is no fix for this any more.

    I’m always shocked and surprised when I go somewhere with a city’s limit and discover terrible cell reception. Are we not past this crappy coverage in a city issue yet? @TELUS

    @TELUSsupport Just wow!!! 2 hours on hold and kicked around like a dog! And call center in some foreign land when no one cares less! This is so deplorable and still no one to talk to! Just take money and terrible service. Sad. @TELUS

    @nuvguy @PartPhil ✅ not every neighbourhood has fibre. From what I understand Shaw doesn’t bog down, you get constant speed whereas Telus is susceptible to high demand usage. If you pay for 500g speeds on both networks only Telus will bog. But I’m NOT an expert on this topic

    @TELUSsupport @TELUS I wrote a couple of emails and Telus doesn't care to respond. I am a 6 year long loyal customer and that's what I get from Telus. Shame on you Telus, I am not continuing with you anymore.

    @grounder761 @Rogers Not with rogers, but I had this problem with telus for a year until I got a tech you finally figured it out. I had about 5 new TV boxes and 2 new routers.

    @TELUSsupport have been on hold for 45 min not good for a firm that provides security services was much better when I was with ADT. never was put on hold with them now it’s a joke getting through to Telus.

    @TekSavvyBuzz @FP_Champagne @CRTCeng so many of their customers were left out in the dark, from the looks of things Telus pretty much gutted the company, I guess they just wanted their wireless tech. Telus has the "worst" support imaginable, I have so many ******* horror stories!
