@sportsjunkie007 We're in the same boat. Only switched to Telus because their regular internet was garbage now and Fiber isn't an option yet where we are... But Shaw TV quality is horrendous!! Holding out for Telus to get Fiber in my area... Lol!

@TELUS @TELUSsupport all of want is to upgrade my phone because you dictate a deadline. You charge $50 more to go to a local store and support local. You have no phones in stock locally. So I go online & it throws a fit. Waiting an hour+ for a call back. Been with you 2007-2023

If the @abndpcaucus manage to get back in in the 2024 election, they need to promise to cancel that contracts Alberta Health has with Telus and Dynalife.

@steeletalk If you are on telus or koodo they have a call screen feature you can turn on. Numbers that you haven’t allowlisted get sent to a “press # to continue”. My wife has this and it’s been great except for when she wants a callback from something with an auto dialer (eg support)

Has anyone ever won anything when you redeem points with @TELUS ? I’ve entered many contests. Never won anything. I’ve also never heard of anyone winning anything. No communications. No winners announcements. Is this just a good scam they have?

@telus #telus 1 hour and 45 min!! And then they had to transfer me to Support group ensuring me it wouldn’t be a wait and 20 min later I’m waiting!! And there’s NOTHING I can do.

@cathy_fillion @TELUS I did have a brief glitch last night, but it came back quickly. When I’ve had issues like yours in the past a couple of times errors were reset remotely and that fixed things. The online chat actually works well(!) in my experience.
