    @MobileSyrup Simple, I will never use Telus if they move ahead. The Big 3 telecom in Canada are so spoiled without enough competition, and they think they can do whatever they want. We should wake them up.

    @TELUSsupport @TELUS Hi, I got charged $1000 for pausing my account for a few months(charged till 2051 due to a system glitch) and it took 5 months to refund that amount. Now I'm moving out of service area and after 10hrs of hold,I hear that I'm being charged $121 more! Pls help

    Can anyone recommend an Internet service besides Telus… tried to switch to them today and it was impossible and painful. Eventually gave up and cancelled the switch

    @carlosstelmac @MichelletypoQ @TELUS The billing format is irrelevant. Payment by cheque or E-Transfer is an alternative if you have a No fee chequing account. MTQ was referring to people who have to use a CC because they’re having cash flow issues.
