@CanadianGuy55 My friend lose service with Telus when a crew doing renos next door cut the wrong cable. It took a month for them to fix it and many more for his comic book store to recover.

  • JayIsPainting JayIsPainting (@JayIsPainting) reported

@AhmedYeg @ericpet @TELUS TBF... That's if you choose to use their WiFi equipment. I have my own & have had pretty much zero problems in ages.

@incognito_nunya @ggreeneyes1975 ****....now I'm glad I have Shaw....no Fox on news. #Telus is the problem.....Fox is cheap "entertainment" surprised they consider it news

  • yegventures Lincoln Ho | Yegventures 🇻🇦🇨🇦🇭🇰 (@yegventures) reported

They've called me over 10 times this week trying to get it working (still no resolution). Apparently forwarding two numbers to my cell phone is really hard to do on new fibreoptic technology. #TELUS #tech

  • ProfXtian Dr. Gideon Christian (@ProfXtian) reported

Hi @Telus, thought setting up a home internet service with you guys was as easy as a phone call. Nope. For days now, been spending hours seeking the “privilege” of speaking with one of your rep to set up a home internet. No luck. @TELUSsupport

  • mac_justin Justin McKenzie (@mac_justin) reported

@darrenscrimes @ComputerChick0 I love the bit where he says he is a phone repair expert and can be trusted, also there are no 5G networks in Canada, I think Rogers Wireless, Bell Mobility, Telus Mobility and Videotron might disagree. He is not going to repair any phone of mine, he is an idiot.

  • persianbaybieee (@persianbaybieee) reported

@TELUS please fix your servers asap

  • rob_bieber Rob Bieber Ⓥ🌈 (@rob_bieber) reported

@TELUSsupport But I'm being told that you've blocked our devices. All your subscribers devices are non Telus devices as you don't rent them out. With BYOD you can't ethically restrict our access to the service and you staff need better training when we choose to sign BYOD deals. Shame.

@cheekster18 @LeafRollin and Telus has the monopoly, charges $85/month for this garbage
