@KkfromAB @Rogers koodo is 1/2 of telus same service i know owned by telus but better!

  • shipwrek1 shipwrek 🇨🇦 (he/him) (@shipwrek1) reported

@Altavistagoogle It doesn't but they gave me that box and pik tv and a bunch of other stuff for free. Telus does that all the time if you've been a customer long enough. Never used the pik service because the major networks are usually free here and really only good for news anyways.

  • FeralChristineB Double vaxxed and still feral (@FeralChristineB) reported

@candaceshaw Does your provider use a shared line in your neighbourhood? We had that problem with Shaw coax service, had to share it with the whole block. Switched to Telus fibre with dedicated lines to each house and never have a problem.

@KkfromAB @donahugh216 @Rogers They are all the same. Have been with Telus since Clearnet and they still use the same damn cgi animal commercials. Lately I stick with the devil I know.

@TheHarshFacts @bowmancanada @jimmyofflagstaf It's devious to train front line workers to tell customers things will improve, when management KNOWS the status quo will remain/decline. Moving to CGY, Telus sales ppl repeatedly told us falsehoods - or hung up - when challenged about their actual service available to our area

  • TynaMcNair Tyna - this is fine 🔥 (@TynaMcNair) reported

@TELUSsupport It wasn't sent to me + I'm not a Telus customer. But you should ensure your customers, especially elderly know to not click on anything nor at will they be asked to update banking info.

@KkfromAB @Rogers Don’t do @TELUS they are terrible as well!

  • chezlamere Trina (@chezlamere) reported

@bowmancanada I would NEVER combine cell & TV. I've been with Rogers for cell for 15yrs+ and Shaw for Internet TV forever. A streaming box & service. Telus sucks... Call centers are NOT in Canada language barriers (I know many that are stuck with it). & I've had to get tech services for them

  • Anazangel87 Anazangel_87 (@Anazangel87) reported

@KkfromAB @Rogers I’m with Telus, and pay 80.00 for 30gb of data, and get a 7.50 discount off that, service is pretty good

  • WalterWhiteAB WalterTheWhite_AB (@WalterWhiteAB) reported

@jeffHinesyyc @KkfromAB @Rogers I just switched from Shaw to Telus. It's cheap, yes, but you have to switch to roaming to get service outside of the city (or even at the edge of it). And the service can be iffy, but if you never leave a city it's fine.
