Telus Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

@BenKlass I confirm that there was no such process; WIND was not struggling, it was EBITDA positive, and had over a million subs. Also not true that we don't have a documented and binding network and spectrum sharing deal with TELUS (subject to us acquiring spectrum to share, of course).

@globeandmail If that is true, the government should look i to Telus and maybe force the company to be broken up.

@TraceCochrane @TELUSsupport You're the most northernly outage point. Previously, it was Kelowna or Kamloops. Frustrating thing: 1/ telus didn't know 2/telus therefore couldn't tell their TECH Support 3/ and us @bchydro sent out twits re their outage, not telus. Many of us spent an hour on fone ...

@AlanYou08042918 @jenniferelle_ @PierrePoilievre You silly little *******. He had his own consulting firm, and he has worked steadily since university. He worked with Telus, and was a journalist. Since he has been an MP since 2004 he obviously is doing something right. 1/2

@BruceTriggs I'm really curious what all these unmasked people will say when there's so much overwhelming evidence that Covid infections and reinfections are causing immune damage, thus sending more and more people crashing into our limping health system - and into the arms of Telus.

  • JanineFalcon Janine Falcon (@JanineFalcon) reported

The @TELUS "surcharge is intended to 'cover the processing costs that credit card payments incur'" – isn't that what business profits are for? For paying business expenses? "Valued customer" is taking on a new meaning.

it's one of those days where Telus Optik TV keeps losing signal only on the channels that I want to watch haha #TelusOptikTV

  • alexposadzki Alexandra Posadzki (@alexposadzki) reported

And we're back. Mr. Lisus is starting his cross-examination. He's asking if Bell regularly meets with Telus to discuss their network sharing agreement. #CTRS #telecom

@TELUSsupport I subscribe to the Paramount Network through Telus TV here in Canada. Why isn’t the new season airing? It should be live now, but it’s just reruns.
