.@TELUSsupport hey Telus, pretty disappointed in my service options lately. Been with you for 10 years and the best I could get is $150 a month? Ridiculous. Anyone know any carriers with decent phone plans?

  • DarkLeelan31 James (she/her) (@DarkLeelan31) reported

Oh @TELUS @TELUSsupport trying to rip us off after a year of crap service. First: when we signed up, we were told Fibre would be here soon. Nope. Second; within months we couldn’t watch tv. It would freeze, unfreeze, freeze. Multiple times a minute. Outside box issue. Third:…..

  • braxim99 Brandon (@braxim99) reported

@kirst_alyssa @TELUSsupport We all switched to Bell a couple years ago, and have been really happy with them. We were with Telus for 20 plus years and they could care less when you asked for any help or better rates

  • markjones65 Mark Jones (@markjones65) reported

Still no service from @Shaw, this is getting stupid and no updates on website since 8am! @Shawhelp Telus is looking good right now!

  • Papiliano_Z Papi (@Papiliano_Z) reported

@digitalassetbuy Companies share and sell data all the time. Like telus selling their customer base list to rogers

  • parismarx Paris Marx (@parismarx) reported

@skogsdyr_ this is why even the sask party can’t manage to privatize SaskTel! though it’s sad manitoba and alberta got away with it — and certainly didn’t help their people. MTS is now part of Bell; AGT became Telus when it was privatized, then acquired Ed Tel and merged with BC Tel

  • DarkLeelan31 James (she/her) (@DarkLeelan31) reported

So yeah, Telus. Care to fix this? Because this is getting ridiculous and we regret giving you a try. We are NOT paying $150 for rude service and being told we can fix something it would be ILLEGAL we touched. Hahahahaha. Because, according to tech man, we COULD touch it. LOL.

When @Rogers says they will credit your August account from the outage but they still haven’t. I think it’s time to move to @TELUS

  • teksetNadia Nadia Tekset (@teksetNadia) reported

Why can’t we price match internet and cell service @Bell @Rogers @TELUS ????

  • itssteveeh Steve (@itssteveeh) reported

@Shawhelp Man idk if it’s cause the router you’ve supplied is out dated or whatever but it drops connection out of nowhere pretty regularly and will not come back for hours. Pretty inconsistent service. Really thinking of switching to Telus. This happens far too often.
