I remember leaving Telus and them telling me I won’t have service outside of the “big cities” if I switch to Shaw… I’m in ******* rural Manitoba on a long weekend and have service with no issues.

My phone has been dying a slow death for months. I finally got a new one. With a data plan. I've been a Telus customer for about 15 years. Telus still charged me a $50 activation fee. That's on top of my plan, which will cost about $80 a month.

@boingo I can’t seem to sign into a Passpoint only location with my Windows 10 laptop. I reinstalled the profile but it still prompts for a username and password to TELUS Passpoint. The same account works on my iPhone 12 mini. Any tips to troubleshoot the connection problem?

@PaulMitchell_AB That's how things function in China. The credit system allows people to access goods and services while preventing those with bad credit from the same. CCTV is used everywhere. In Canada, I often wonder if Telus is heading down that path with all the services they offer.

Hey @Telus we have Pik TV and the sound and video just don’t sync up! This isn’t 1980. What’s the problem? Our TV is only a year old and Netflix and Disney+ don’t have an issue. It’s a distracting problem.

@cristina_CP24 It's almost like covid policies (firing hcws for non-compliance, egregious testing + isolation rules, delaying cancer screenings, shuttering in person care + boosting the crap out of the remaining drs) might not have worked out Worst case scenario, at least we have telus health.

Telus custome service is one of the worst people to deal with

  • jfmezei Jean-François Mezei (@jfmezei) reported

@apukwa @fanCRTCProfling @BenKlass Differential pricing decision prohibits zero rating for internet access, Does not prevent 800 numbers for voice calls. free data for Telus health while outside of Canada should be prohibited because it is still a Telus service going through Telus APN and billed by Telus.

@chester_p_c @BCFC_Media @CJFLnews Half the time the stream goes down too. Your best bet to catch full games without being interrupted is when they upload the games to their bcfc YouTube page or the “game of the week” being shown on channel 1999 if your with Telus.
