Hey @adriandix shutting down Telus health is cool and all…but have you ever tried to find a walk in clinic on a Saturday? Seems impossible, nowhere has their walk in open, even for online. Off to clog up the ER I guess? #bcpoli #healthcare

@TELUSsupport @TELUS As a long time mobility customer, I have come to expect better service than what I just received. Never have I been treated so rudely as a customer. I'm honestly flabbergasted by what just occured.

  • DerenUnder Invictus (@DerenUnder) reported

@shawinfo Shaw/Rogers has to be the worst company I have ever had to deal with. I have spent hours on hold waiting for customer service, hours dealing with customer service and my bill is still screwed up. I tell everyone I know, as bad as Telus is, Shaw/Rogers 10x worse.

@TELUSsupport I have been deceived by a sales agent and the customer service rep I just spoke to told me @TELUS would rather I return the device and cancel service as opposed to honouring the agreement that was offered to me. They actually hung up on me when I requested a manager

@evonthego @Tesla Could be the Telus network

  • Cubby1412 Cubby (@Cubby1412) reported from The Beaches, Ontario

After being a loyal, paying customer at @FreedomMobile for 22 years I'm forced to change carriers. The poor customer service I've received today showed no loyalty. Who is the best? Bell, Fido or Telus? I'm actually unhappy with Freedom for the first time. #freedommoblie #freedom

So apparently @TELUS took over the company that installed a security system at 1 of our properties. When asked to send a technician to resolve an issue, they informed us that they are unable to do so. Isn't this fraud if they accept monthly payments but fail to provide service?

A business in Gibsons is on day 11 with @TELUSsupport , trying to get their static ip addresses back after @TELUSBusiness decided to just change them with no notice. For 11 days with all their remote tunnels broken, @telus offered a $100 credit. Not cool!
