    @TELUSsupport No, I have to phone them back and it takes hours of my time, and I don’t have the time right now. A simple email would be nice so they could solve it without wasting my time. The Chat box is the worst thing Telus has come up with yet.

    @TELUSsupport I have a cottage outside Caledonia, NS and the cell service is almost unusable. I have to go up a hill to send an email. Your coverage map shows saturation there and that’s why I chose Telus with a big 5G data plan. Is there anything you can do?

    @VOCMNEWS letting @TELUS mobile customers in NL know they likely can NOT receive calls from land-lines this morning. Cell to cell service is working and making outbound calls works. 1-866-558-2273 just rings and no answer, so best to call *611 from your Telus phone for tech supt

    @Sportsnet I have the WWE network through Telus but when I log into SNnow via Telus it says my subscription doesn’t included the WWE network how can I get access

    @1loriking That’s why we haven’t cancelled, all the others bought their use of the Telus tower that they took down to renovate a mall. I can’t even call 911 in my living room. Ten blocks from the hospital in our capital city. Neighbours on different providers are the same. @TELUSsupport

    @TELUSsupport How may I find out? I have spoken to Telus support many times but still no definitive answer. If there was a way of getting my address to you outside of social media as well as my phone number, I would.

    @telus @telussupport Does anybody know a contact number for Telus? My internet is down and I've been on their website for 20 mins now trying to find a phone number. The website says they're here to help 24/7 but no phone number. This is stupid.

    Hey @TELUS @TELUSsupport our friends business gets their internet from interbaun and he has had no service since Thurs. Interbaun says it's you guys. Is that correct?

    @TELUS Normal service returned late in the evening. But I should point out that the onscreen Telus program guide has been wonky since the day BC changed to Daylight Saving Time. It can be out of sync anywhere from 30 minutes to 2.5 hours. Needs attention.
