@koodo @TELUS this all has to be a joke right? This has been going on since the spring. And nobody can fix this? I have been given empty promises over the phone. Im tired of this, ruining ny credit and costing me money. Expect a lawsuit in the comming weeks. Im done with asking

@TELUS came to Telus and requested my number to be ported. It's been more than 4 hours my number has still not been ported and has gone out of service on old carrier. While the temp number Telus have doesn't for texts msgs???

@Saruhyoung @TELUSsupport I've been with Telus for 18 years and have experienced many connectivity issues with them. Both my phone personally and with outages. Outages are area based. Just because you haven't had one doesn't mean another area has not.

@ursarman If you are using an Apple device throw it on Airplane mode for a minute and try again. There were some network issues on Telus and Shaw international nodes today that threw the DNS cache out of sync, that should fix it. I checked the server log and it showed no errors.

@TELUSsupport Telus is terrible. Here in BC channel 800 CBC sound breaks up constantly Un watchable They won't fix it
