My God @Telus is horrible 3 different agents, an hour on the phone, eventually they told me to give-up. The worst part is that I can almost do the purchase online but the website froze when I entered my payment information - I was so close to doing this without talking to them...

Dear @TELUS I’ve been a customer with 2 separate mobile plans for 10 years. After spending 40min on the phone w/ 2 different reps, I am, quite frankly, very insulted by the lack of appreciation for and effort to retain me as a loyal client. #Telus #searchingforanewmobileprovider

@CanadianGuy55 My friend lose service with Telus when a crew doing renos next door cut the wrong cable. It took a month for them to fix it and many more for his comic book store to recover.

@drcarl_vancouvr @Rogers @TELUS Telus is the best among the worst. They are all terrible. I tried Rogers, fido, Bell, and telus. Rogers for sure is the worst of them all.
