@TELUSsupport @TELUS have called in and have done multiple online chats. Problem always seems solved at the end of those conveys only for nothing to happen. A month seems a little long for 5-7 business days. I’ve been told 5-7 more days 3 times now.

@TELUS @TELUSsupport Good reception with LTE but cannot load any social media apps and your so called highspeed cellular data has been so inconsistent since March and unfortunately your service reps always use COVID as an excuse for slow speeds. Not acceptable!!!!!!!!!!
