  • disco_hits Hillary 🇺🇦 (@disco_hits) reported

    WOW - My contract is up with my current provider and not wanting to be part Rogers or Bell, @Telus was my #1 option for a new provider... damn. Not anymore. You can afford the 1.5% if I choose to pay by credit card. Can you imagine if all retailers charged this?

  • LindsBunny_ Lindsay Almeida (@LindsBunny_) reported

    @AndreaLibman That’s awful. I’m happy I’m not with Telus but I am sure other companies will follow suit. I wish we had better options for cell phone/internet/tv carriers and providers.

  • MrBlank1989 Mr. Blank (@MrBlank1989) reported

    @JasonCraigBrown @CTVNews "Telus CEO Darren Entwistle, received $19.82-million in total compensation in 2021" Globe and Mail. Leave the poor guy alone. He's living from paycheque to paycheque.

  • BCReality BC Reality (@BCReality) reported

    @tomjbrenner I ditched Telus a number of years ago, when they threatened to charge me for a service call to investigate a poor quality phone line. Not once, not twice, but three times. It was their equipment, dumped them.

  • TheFalconer Don (@TheFalconer) reported

    @KarinEvolve @TELUS I absolutely support it for non profits. For companies that make hundreds of millions in profits every quarter, I sure do not. I hope more shareholders feel the same way!

  • M_S_Fricker Mike Fricker 🇨🇦 Christian Priest ASD C-PTSD🖖☯️ (@M_S_Fricker) reported

    @Pepperfire Freedom encourages payment by credit card. So they have no excuse to even ask for this. Telus sucks. Always has. No surprise they want to milk their customers for every cent to increase profit while abusing the source of it.

  • FaridaS03 Farida (@FaridaS03) reported

    @CTVNews What? That’s outrageous! Not that I’m a Telus customer but it’s crazy! #Telus

  • SuburbCatWoman Mubina (@SuburbCatWoman) reported

    @CTVNews This is outrageous. I’m glad I left my cell phone contract with @TELUS. What a horrible company.

  • Sockboy_ Sockboy Must H@ng (@Sockboy_) reported

    @CTVNews Death by 1000 cuts. It's the corporate way! Just cancel your account and move on. @TELUS will lose far more in cancellations than they make on this scam.

  • KarinEvolve Karin. (@KarinEvolve) reported

    @TheFalconer @TELUS It is a tone deaf move absolutely. Non-profits are adding the fee to donations now which makes sense. Not sure why the very profitable Telus thought this was a good idea but it easily falls into the "not good customer service" column.I intend to protest this as a shareholder.
