  • KevinSMcArthur Kevin McArthur (@KevinSMcArthur) reported

@jwsthomson Used to roam onto the US towers all the time... never got a bill... and you get a bunch of texts telling you it happened. Telus has the option to turn the whole thing off though and if you live where this happens, you should turn it off at the carrier.

@Sh3v Telus used to market ******** outta the world edition...Holy smokes. When that dropped I was rotating phones. Berry, iPhone and Nokia N series

@TELUSsupport Cancelled account almost a year ago for this lack of communication and horrendous customer service. Over an hour and a half on hold only to be met with rudeness. Reminded me why I'll never be a Telus customer again.

Are you Canadian? Do you use #Telus ? Do you like @oneplus ? Bad news your new Nord 10 5G won't work. And so far with about 5 hrs of tech support with Telus and One plus. I have come to the same conclusion. It is neither Telus or one plus problem. But there's a problem

  • soopolallie Soopolallie (@soopolallie) reported

@jwsthomson ‘Welcome to USA’ always comes up when I am at Dallas Rd but have never noticed roaming charges on bill (Telus). I am sure they are very aware of it, just give them a call. Or perhaps, I should double check ...

  • ProfLalonde Patrick C. Lalonde (@ProfLalonde) reported from New Westminster, British Columbia

@reporteremma Telus, Bell, and Rogers played these games in Windsor, Ontario (where I formerly lived) for years. The only solution I found was them adding a note / rule on my account that I wasn’t liable for roaming in Michigan. But it’s annoying having to call to back out charges. Frustrating

  • Timeneverwasted Chris Noel (@Timeneverwasted) reported

@reporteremma @TELUS @CapitalDailyVic Having worked with a few of the telco’s there should be no problem reversing the charges and setting it up to not happen again. Just need a CSR who knows what’s up. Big companies can’t always have the regional knowledge transferred to all employees.
