2/ Dad calls Telus using his cell phone. After 30 minutes on hold, opts for the "Call Back Service". 2 hours later, he receives a call from the Telus call centre. In the Philippines.

@TELUS I have Telus Rural internet and I can't even play a podcast. No point calling tech support and waiting a hour to be told there's nothing they can do...

@MarkBourrie If you think Telus is the answer, think again . I got a better deal through my union. Cancelled Bell. Telus set me up with 2 accounts, one phone and started sending me past due notices on the 2nd account . That took weeks to fix.

@Kailaxvx Telus bought me off Bell, like legit head hunted me basically. Someone hit me up from Telus and offered me 20 gigs of data and unlimited everything for $210 for both my lines. Service is good, everything is good!

@scotchrules @erinotoole Since neither Telus, Rogers, nor Bell will use Huawei's components (Motorola and Ericsson) to build their 5 G networks, what is it, exactly, that O'Toole expects from the Prime Minister?
