    @jod60 Thanks. As far as I can tell (helping my FIL navigate over phone), there are no subscriptions added. Still, it’s really bad form that Telus inadequately describes the charge. I need to visit him over the weekend to know for sure if any subscription was recently added.

    @JulieYAli @TELUS Document everything and write a letter (I use snail mail) itemizing all the issues. I find that when they are itemized people read them, because of the expectation. I've had too much misinformation from different agents for certain companies, so I go right to the top.

    Salespeople with @TELUS shirts have been wandering our neighborhood the past two days, offering cell phone deals and *FREE* (🚩) in-home security camera systems. It’s 10:40pm and their car is STILL parked on the street outside our house. There’s no way this is legit. If so, wtf?

    @TELUS So why did my internet go from Fibre to dial up speeds when I moved to Victoria? Price didn’t change, just the quality in service. Getting ready to say bye to Telus.
