@CBCNews People should buy pay-as-you-go SIM cards for use outside of Canada. They are much cheaper and won’t support Canada’s corrupt/greedy mobile providers such as Bell/Telus.

@knitmeg Exactly my situation: I'm also with Freedom and so get service, which I use for internet, but sldjaljdsald the calls I occasionally get vex me. And yes to this not at all being an issue. I have Telus on my work phone so to me it's, like, "oops, guess I can't work rn ¯\_(ツ)_/¯"
