@tedcamp I’ll never forget that fact. Reality is, it was all broken before. They just purposely made it worse to introduce a new business model. Virtual healthcare, driven by AI and backed by corporations like Telus (Babylon)

I’m so tired of the horrendous service from @TELUS @TELUSsupport we’ve spent hours on the phone to have something fixed for a couple hours, then the same problem occurs. They can’t send anyone up for over a week. At this point i think switching is out only option.

@ThinWhiteDork @Bell I inherited my phone and my contract from work when I left, so I ended up with Telus. That wouldn't have been my choice, but they've been quite good to the point where I haven't switched. The in-person service I've received has been very good.

@VancityReynolds Bell, Telus and Rogers own Canada's cell tower network. Even if they allow Mint Mobile to use the network, will they charge Mint Mobile so much that your company can't offer a better price than the big three? If only you could piggyback off of Starlink?

@joshuahind @IshatReza And Telus wants to charge customers who use a credit card. A trifecta of telecom customer appreciation.
