@TELUSsupport Hey Telus, Yes i finally was able to resolve the issue after paying prorated charges for 10 days of service when i didn't even have the sim cards shipped to me, phones, or the numbers ported over. So yes after paying an extra $80+tax, it unfortunately was resolved on the 11th day

@TELUSsupport Um, I think I am in trouble already. I didnt get a invite from telus, that I know of. And my mobile phone is full so I cant download the app you talk about. Is there any way you can migrate our account for us? I am not a tech person.

Hey @TELUS @TELUSsupport I have not received an email notification that my bill is ready for 5 months. Each time tech support assured me the issue is fixed. You don't offer paper bills, and you don't notify me electronically (no email, no SMS). Terrible service!
