    @chicklets_1999 @peggy_blair I have Telus too. We were sold off to them by MTS. I knew the first time I called customer service and a real person picked it up right away that we were not going to miss MTS. I was right.

    It's quite likely that if a contest we're to be held for the worst functioning website on earth, Telus would win it in a landslide. That site is painful to try to use. Forget about it if you're on a mobile device, it ain't happening.

    @peggy_blair We live in Ashton too. Reception sucks no matter what company. But Telus/Koodo is the best. Rogers has no bars and Bell goes in and out.

    so this is a quote on the @TELUS website - for faster assistance, got to @TELUSsupport and someone will help you! Isn't that called false advertising - since I have been tweeting you since yesterday? (and I STILL can't get Telus Assist to respond online, btw).

    @telus super bad business move to charge a fee for credit card use. Businesses use CC for pain free tracking of expenses. What Credit cards charge you is your cost of doing business - NOT mine. YOU Will LOSE your customer base. We definitely be moving to @FidoSolutions

    @tracyinkits @Shuggs_YYC @cmcalgary Telus in SE is terrible. Friend has gone back to landline. When she called Telus she was told they have too many users for the amount of tower access they have. Of course they blame 'the guberment'. Shld be false advertising to keep grabbing customers w service they know is poor

    @peggy_blair I was with Telus. Now with KooDoo. Saved a few bucks and happy with the service. I realize that they are a subsidiary of Telus.

    @TELUS customer services are very bad.They confirm & renew our contract over the phone in last 120 days.Never send us email confirmation even upon request.We try reach through various ways but I think we are targeting by @TELUSsupport too.They don’t put notes & charge us a lot.

    @KPalmerGordon @VancouverSun @TELUS I have a strategy! Go to your account online. Choose the help chat bot. Write “I don’t understand” every time the chat bot suggests an answer to your problem. After 3 of these responses, it will ask you if you want to speak to a representative. You say yes & schedule a time
