Hey @telus @TELUSsupport your call centres have messed up our account for 8 months, and now they’ve cancelled our service or locked us out. A million years ago I worked for you guys while I was in school. What happened that your service got so bad?

@TELUS I NEED someone to call me ASAP!!! If I don’t get a call this evening, I will forever more cancel and never use your ridiculous company for any future business!!! I’m not joking around! Call 236-785-3672

@coldacid @ChibiReviews I get what you are trying to say, but as a customer I've signed on with Crunchyroll, not Telus. It is on Crunchyroll to vet their business partners and if one of them causes a breach it is on Crunchyroll to warn their customers ASAP about it.

@Hunny_diva @RogersHelps @Rogers Every time someone has a concern they direct ppl to Rogers Support as if that’s not their job. This Roger’s Help channel seems pretty pointless to me if they can’t actually help & give false info about something important like Pin#’s and Account Security. Glad I’m with #Telus

@TELUS @TELUSsupport So you don’t have customer service people working there today? Waiting for my 5 minute call back from 7:30 this morning. Just tried to call a tech about my camera and got ads for 18 minutes. No people. Just ads. Waste of time.

@TELUS why doesn’t your service actually work and why is it that when I have a problem I am talking to someone from a different country who doesn’t seem to know what’s going on 99% of the time?

@TELUSsupport @TELUS Your phone support sucks. I’ve been on hold for over an hour and a half after asking to be transferred to the loyalty dept. been a customer for over 20 years….and I just wanted to talk to someone about my account. The call centre overseas was so loud…

@TELUS can go straight to hell. 20 years, an hour on hold, and still nothing. I hate them. Going to @PatriotMobile I would rather pay a bit more then a support @telus who offshores CANADIAN JOBS for PROFIT
