@pinchrunn3r77 @pewpewpew You may want to skip Freedom mobile entirely. My experience with fiends and family switching to Freedom is of all of them, every single one of them, using their friends, Rogers, Bell and Telus phones an awful lot. Do you have Koodoo as a low cost option in Ontario?

@brittlestar Have you ever had to deal with Telus or Loblaws I'm in my 7th decade on this rock and I can say that Telus are 1 of a very few companies that I will never deal with as their business model is IMHO 1 of Bullying their "customers"

  • Scoobiesshorts BC🇨🇦 (@Scoobiesshorts) reported

@So_damntired I see it's mainly the wealthy that can afford the Telus b.s. I never thought I'd see the day when a left leaning BC party were letting healthcare lapse into this mess. No better than the Con Provinces.

  • traceylorenson Tracey Lee Lorenson (@traceylorenson) reported

@masconbytelus Hard pass. It’s at least an outage a week for us and since TELUS bought Mascon the service and customer support is atrocious @masconbytelus #mascon

  • 64gifts 64gifts (@64gifts) reported

@TELUS But you cut off service to my palliative, elderly client while he was in hospital b/c he couldn’t pay his bill. B/c he was in hospital. His phone is his lifeline. Now my nursing colleagues spending hours on hold trying to reinstate.

  • InTheMeatrix Stuck In The Meatrix (@InTheMeatrix) reported

@TELUS @TELUSsupport please get your head out of your asses. Funding honey bee exploitation is not "caring for the environment" it is part of the problem!! We are losing native species' becuase of it and a "critical part of the global economy"? So was slavery. Just stop.

  • seanfordyce Sean Fordyce (@seanfordyce) reported

What cell phone company will pick up thousands of customers who will leave @telus over its plans to clip them with a fee to pay via credit card? I assume a smaller one since Rogers and bell are crap too.

  • Demons_Home Demon's Delite (@Demons_Home) reported

damn I can't wait until 2030 when I can pay Telus remote healthcare $500 to place me in a punishment cube

  • BarryKiefl Barry Kiefl (@BarryKiefl) reported

@SuzeMorrison @peternowak @TELUS Bell does not charge for credit card payment but Enbridge and many other utilities do. Telus billing is a mess. They recently threatened to cancel my home alarm because they sent the bill to an address that doesn’t accept mail?

  • adaml968 Adam (@adaml968) reported

@TELUS happy to cancel your service and save you the credit card processing fee. Hope the 1.5% saved was worth the loss of business.
