    @TELUSsupport I was trying for 3 hrs and 2 agents to get my Optik TV back and no luck and then had to dinner & then zoom meeting. Then tried manual set up and still no luck. I'm at my wits end and Telus takes forever to get help when you're deaf and need to use chat! Grrr/sigh!

    @HotWot Looks like a B.C. area code. Yep, TELUS customer, Landline in Burns Lake, BC With only 1,779, wouldn't be that hard to figure out who it is.

    @TELUSsupport So ive been in a battle between telus and freedom for about a year now, i had my number transferred form freedom to telus, with no issues in the beginning. but all of a sudden i got people calling me all the trying to call "my" number and when i pick up they are

    @TELUS @TELUSBusiness your customer service agents have become an absolute joke. Putting me on hold without notice, singing on the call, trying to prolong the call for no reason. Do better.

    Just had a call from @telus to sell me a security system, and I felt bad when I had to tell the guy I lived in an apartment BC his pitch was sooo good lol.

    @Simon818 @bmoore123 @featherbear15 yeah Simon, it is, Telus, was on freedom for many years, (basically since Wind started) but it got stupid, customer service is a nightmare, I witnessed very very illegal **** happen with them. I got out, switched to Telus, Nov of 2020.

    Somehow Telus wifi is both stronger and faster than a wired connection, which is a huge issue because my computer doesn't have a wifi chip.
