@Mornington1919 is the tower up and ready yet for 5G? Telus service sucks for country folks with it being down

  • CP_CNC IamEliteStuber (@CP_CNC) reported

@cherry_grant @TELUS @TELUSsupport I totally get it. We have to call Telus every 2 years, threaten to leave then we get the better rates again. It's tiresome, but we do get good service. That being said, it will die at 7pm tonight most likely and be out all weekend. I have Shaw business for the shop and is stable

  • rdumaresque Reggie D. (@rdumaresque) reported

@TELUS had me wait on the phone for an hour last night because I got a roaming charge and I haven’t been outside the country. Transferred me to the wrong department only to tell me that I would have to call back again after my next bill for them to fix their mistake.

  • karenkalireigh karen reigh (@karenkalireigh) reported

@TELUSsupport If @telus could actually address issues through DM it would be worth having a Twitter account, but I still end up having to go through the chat or waiting for a call back anyway, so I just went there. Your system is so bloated and redundant, it doesn’t work efficiently. Pls fix!

@TELUS @JayleneTyme @tamarataggart Give me a break. As if Telus cares about any issues except their own profits.

  • JanetVanIsle Janet (@JanetVanIsle) reported

@LilHurricaneo @mssinenomine I switched from Shaw to Telus so I could get Internet for Good. $10/mo for PWDs! It's high speed too. Daughter and I can both stream with no problems at all whatsoever. Have never had to do the modem reset thing due to connectivity issues (knock on wood).

  • HeatherBurles Heather Burles, MSc (@HeatherBurles) reported

Internet painfully slow after mandatory upgrade to fibre optic. Speedtest showed 66% of speed I'm paying for. First solution offered was for me to upgrade to faster internet. I suggested I pay 66% of Telus bill. Troubleshooting and speed is back to normal

  • IsntThisMe Xzq (@IsntThisMe) reported

@TELUSsupport for some reason I can not send or receive calls/txts, all I get is a no network connection. Is there an issue with @Telus and it's network right now?

  • ve6mad Max (@ve6mad) reported

@TELUSsupport @TELUS This was good when we had to connect with family to get them out. Shame you can’t help Ukrainians coming here with internet/phone services 🙁

  • VIMichaelKelly 🏒 Michael Kelly (@VIMichaelKelly) reported

Police estimate $2.5 million dollars in theft to date, due to phone scams in BC alone. The telcos in Canada have to do a better job at blocking scam calls from their networks. Rogers, Telus, Bell and Shaw all making huge profits have to fix this. @CRTCHearings
