@TELUSsupport can someone explain to me what the hell is going on with support? Telus cut my phone off even after a payment arrangement, then when you try and get chat support, you get to the front of the queue only to be put to the back! What is going on?

@TheTorontoSun He’s a meany. Had him as a customer once. Came in and threw his Clearnet phone at reps (me) once Telus acquired Clearnet. Loved and Miss Clearnet not the actions of this man. He’s greedy and rude person. All about himself not the environment.

PSA: Never, under any circumstances, get stuck with Telus Home Security. Crappy equipment. Very expensive. No support. Endless contract that costs a fortune to escape from. I’m told Arlo is cheaper and better by far.
