    On my @TELUS optik TV I now have to watch ads before I am permitted to move on to the programming. This is horrible. I’m the customer. I’m the guy paying the bills. Just stop it, @telus. @telussupport

    @michell62101965 Government assistance is money that originated from the public. Wether it’s given to Air Canada, Telus or a person on disability, it never belongs to the government. If we divided it more equally it wouldn’t be an issue. People first.

    @TELUS well, you won! That’s it we are done! I have NEVER had to work so hard to fix a customer service situation. 10 days in & still NO CONCLUSION for a simple internet. @telus you are absolutely #horrifying You have given us NO OPTION but to switch companies! #ShameOnYou #BOO

    @redjane The booster I bought amplifies the existing signal from cell phone towers owned by Bell, Rogers, Telus, etc. So it's a one time cost up front (about $600 incl. mount and HST) then you use whatever data is included on your cell phone plan.
