    @LatarianOrwell @Hannah_Bananaz The problem isn’t downloading , it’s the P2P downloading. Once you have some of the file , your software then makes it available for others to download, and that’s how they get your IP. But that’s all they have. YouTube/twitter are not beholden to CDN law, Bell/Telus/Rodgers is.

    Anyone out there know how to cancel a Telus account without wanting to beat on something. @TELUS Being billed for an account I have no had for 2 years.

    Does anyone else experience issues with thier devices, reconnecting to @TELUS internet following a power outage? Every time, I'm forced to reassign a new SSID and password and completely reset everything. I don't get it, but it's frustrating to say the least @TELUSsupport

    @TELUS put in a request for a bucket truck, but with the storm issues, earliest availability is tomorrow, but they're not responsible for cutting the tree, just making sure the wire is clear. Apparently the property managers are responsible for cutting the tree 🌲

    @kelownagurl It posted! Where in Kelowna are you? South Pandosy has power for now. And Telus is likely selling service to Bell/Rogers so you should get wifi/cell most of the time.

    @Freedom84956865 @TELUSsupport @Bell I believe bell is on telus lines, so if bell is down telus would be down and vice versa

    @PeeJayAitch I believe it was the summer of 2007. I remember banks, telus building etc with plastic and sandbags. I recall having emergency gear stored at my old place that was on the 3rd floor, and kept everything high on my ground floor apt.

    @TELUS @TELUSsupport Business support is an absolute nightmare to deal with. It takes multiples calls in just to get the right person on the line. Once you have them on the line they hang up on you. We are making simple requests and they struggle! #telus
