So bell and telus are robbing and pillaging Canadian clients with wild abandon, then making poor decisions by investing in huawei tech. Now, they would like those same clients they’ve been stealing from to cover the cost of their stupidity. Time for govt to say f… off.

Ouch. We switched to a @TELUS cell plan in which data costs 5 cents per MB. Got our first bill yesterday...charged $50 per MB. Not sure what hurts most, the charge or the thought of having to call Telus customer support to fix the problem.

Lost my connection to the Telus Network on one of my computer for almost 10 minutes after that last post as a warning from the church goers in the military just now.

@TELUS Telus charged me for a 2nd number on a contract, which I called and tried to cancel. They kept saying they wouldn’t do it…”BUT they could cancel my current line at no cost (which is a business phone number). This was a 2 year contract @ 80/month. Essentially Telus cost me $1920.

@Hannah_Bananaz They knew this would be a problem but did it anyway. I left Telus because of this. Let them pay for their mistakes and open Canada up to US competition.

@AltaDragonHeart @BACullenyyc @TELUS Exactly. That's what we wanted. That said, a big thanks to Telus support, which is handling the issue. We'll see if it gets resolved.

@Hannah_Bananaz Bell and Telus can head to Nantucket and **** it. They knew the risks. Why should tax payer bail them out

Rant time! Massive Telus charge even with easy roam. Seeking explanation. Over 1 hour phone wait……no online ‘live’ help. Don’t even get cell signal at home. Very frustrated! Need a new cell phone provider. Telus, I’m done!!!

Pretty disappointed in @TELUS @TELUSsupport … we have been a customer for a number of years and one of my slimline remotes has stopped working and they’re expecting me to buy a new remote when my remote for this box has never been used because this box was never hooked 1/2
