I’m having a billing issue with Telus but the service rep has been terrific. Her follow up messages open with “Greetings of Safety and Prosperity” which shld be the service standard everywhere. I’d write her back but her mailbox is full.

@star2assassin @newfylore @TristinHopper I've used Telus Health four times in Ontario and haven't paid a penny to use it. And when I needed to see a dermatologist I was referred to a busy one who saw me within 10 days. Not too pretty bad, I'm thinkin'.

  • JazzlamHazzlam Jason Haslam #CommitCuriosity (@JazzlamHazzlam) reported

So, guy with a Telus lanyard who just came to our door on Good Friday and whose response to me saying we were busy was “really? Oh ****”: legit or no?

  • HeatherBurles Heather Burles, MSc (@HeatherBurles) reported

Internet painfully slow after mandatory upgrade to fibre optic. Speedtest showed 66% of speed I'm paying for. First solution offered was for me to upgrade to faster internet. I suggested I pay 66% of Telus bill. Troubleshooting and speed is back to normal

@TELUS @TELUSsupport 36 hours with no Internet & TV, still no answer. They keep saying we will get a call back from a manager, no manager has reached out to us. @ShawInfo Maybe you can help us out, since Telus as usual isn’t doing much!

@TELUS @TELUSsupport We've been on the phone with 5 different departments (for longer than 80 minutes) with no solution. Is there anything or someone else we could be in contact with? We both work from home and need internet service.
