This email starts "Your password no longer meets our security guidelines." But how... do you know that!? You either: 1. Have an undisclosed security leak. 2. Discovered that you were logging raw login input. 3. Don't encrypt passwords. Either way... WTF @TELUS!?

@TELUS I dislike the word care team or support because I did contact them and they scratched their heads. They don't know what to do. So why am I paying to be harassed by your redirection to connect me to something I am paying not to connect to. You fix it and you don't need my acct.

@TELUS Honestly really disappointed in your guys’ customer service. I’ve never had an issue with you before, I’ve never called, and have been generally happy for the time. I made the mistake of upgrading my phone online, making sure I selected to keep the same number.

@TELUSsupport Hi TELUS. Customer for 25+ years. Finally got Fibre and the experience has been awful. Download less than 20 Mbp/s. Asked for 2 wifi boosters, got 1. Worst part, the technicians left the outside of my home a mess. Have pics. Not happy with the experience/service

@TELUSsupport internet crashing all day speeds as low as 24 and this is suppose to be 300. I reported Telus to CCT.. if your reading this and you are fed up with paying for a service they can't provide report them. Then join a class action lawsuit against them

Moving to @TELUS as a small business client has been anything but smooth. The list of glitches, issues and unnecessary admin hurdles keeps unfortunately growing. Today’s issue of the day: I no longer receive texts from the CRA to log into my account. This is frustrating
