    @CryptoGenio_ If the 1.5k is your first week earnings and he takes all not still bad na..as long as you are not paying him first till you start earning..do you know life changing opportunity that is..I have been on Telus over a year now going to two years..do you know how helpful the money is?

    @TyDaneGonzalez Yeah same. I thankfully realized earlier today so I was able to get my buddy’s Telus login. So stupid though.

    @johnston_phil @TELUS @TELUSsupport I've had this happen multiple times. I have had multiple techs come in to assess. For you, the next step will be TELUS telling you they will send a tech at cost of $140. It's all a way for them to leverage poor equipment to then upcharge in other ways. Look for another provider.

    @TELUSsupport @TELUS Loyal for 15 years. Tried calling 611 with no luck, but finally got a callback after 3 days—agent had a child crying nearby, then she hung up and never called back. This is not acceptable. Escalate to a manager or retention team, or I will consider switching

    @raygaurca as much as Id like to believe this... i don't think so. Telus has burned me over and over again the past 5 years... I think Canadian telcos are going down the drain.. its unbelievable how a monopoly can be run so poorly

    @FidoSolutions The phone should work I’ve lost data in half the places it used to be decent in. There is zero customer support. Fido is a joke I’m moving to telus

    @TELUSsupport Hi, I don't what's the problem with Telus because the customer service is very terrible you can't even present your problem. I switched to another provider on the 24th of February cus of increasing monthly bills which I have tried to resolve but to no avail.
