  • BailFund_Brawl Relentlessly Upbeat & Hopeful. Still. (@BailFund_Brawl) reported

@RobShaw_BC @VaughnPalmer @TELUS Not building a website to allow online registration was a brutally stupid decision. Kudos to Fraser Health

  • dave_pasin Dave Pasin (@dave_pasin) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia

@casper5803 @richardzussman @TELUS where are they getting these agents so quickly? Great if they actually can, however, the reality remains where are they getting them & why werent they deployed yesterday when it became obvious their ineptitude was creating huge issues?

  • GeraultMichel Michel Gerault (@GeraultMichel) reported

@NEWS1130 SAD! The Govt had MONTHS to plan for this and now, there are literally insufficient circuits on the telecom network to accommodate the calls. POOR PLANNING!! Why not have callers enter their MSP# at the outset of the call to route them to a booking rep? Help!!! @TELUS

  • Madchemist69 MadChemist (@Madchemist69) reported

@riarenouf @NEWS1130 @TELUS How many people called????? How many people were eligible to call????? 🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔 seriously????? Folks blaming the government are the same folks who still can’t read an arrow in a store aisle!!!!! Ah can’t fixed stupid.....sad fact......

  • richardzussman Richard Zussman (@richardzussman) reported

NEW - Telus has issued a new statement about VCH problems. "We know how crucial the vaccine roll-out is for British Columbia, and we are sorry for the frustrations that British Columbians have experienced trying to connect to the call centres." #bcpoli

  • Fromthe6041 Fromthe604 (@Fromthe6041) reported

@richardzussman How come the phone is working now. Yesterday he said Telus sucks. Worst rollout ever

  • robbahd Rob Bahd (@robbahd) reported from Delta, British Columbia

@RobShaw_BC @VaughnPalmer @TELUS So these call center agents are Telus employees? Adding agents to answer over a million calls is not going to solve the problem. A supplementary online system would have helped.

  • OilrGrl Alison Cahill 🇨🇦🏁🐕⚾️ (@OilrGrl) reported

@CHEK_News Fired Telus years ago; will never go back. This is no surprise.

  • richardzussman Richard Zussman (@richardzussman) reported

Premier John Horgan taking questions now. On VCH problems for vaccine call ins, Horgan says other health authorities did well and are disappointed in what happened. Points to the apology Telus just issued. #bcpoli

  • Terryw2017 Terry W (@Terryw2017) reported

@RobShaw_BC @JoePerkinsCHEK @TELUS Good intentions going forward despite bush league planning to date. Now let’s see what they do. Telus now owns this issue along with the Minister.
