    I’ve been a loyal @TELUS customer for a decade..,in the past YEAR I’ve had the Telus guy here every other month. Someone was here last week to replace my box, replaced it with an older version than I had annnd now my @PrimeVideo is gone. I think it’s time to break up Telus.

    @JAnneliese16 @TELUSsupport Rogers gave me a 1 month rebate when they were down. Telus should do the same.

    @TELUS @TELUSsupport over 1,000 channels and only two are playing college football..how/why do i still pay for this garbage

    @jayakerley There was a program to support broadband development in this area some years back (provincial, I think)- there are lots of small wireless companies, but they all want line of sight to towers. Telus has a newer version of the hub I use, need to see if that improves connection.
