@KarinKorchinski @TELUS @TELUSsupport My service has been down since August 6 and they still haven't fixed it

@elonmusk I live in 🇨🇦 and am not able to place a call from my house, Wi-Fi calling is choppy at best. Not to mention I just came off a week on the West Coast Trail with my kids, was treacherous, would have been really nice to have service! Hope Canada gets on board @TELUS @RogersHelps

Dating Coach Darren G (@DarrenDating) reported
@Rogers the most poorly managed dysfunctional company. Too big to fail. You're not even in the same league as Telus, Bell or Shaw. Should be voted Canada's Worst Managed Company.

@apihtawikosisan At Rogers, the highest customer service office to resolve things. I’m sure there’s something similar for Telus

@AnousBirding @TELUS @koodo Yeah, we need to open up the big three to competition to drive down the prices, especially after the recent outages. There’s no incentive for them to improve.

I'll watch this tommorrow. **** if I'm staying here the winter I wonder if they'd let me pay to switch to Telus. I expect this tweet to take up to a minute to actually go through....

@crazygingerlady Someone told me to use Public Mobile? Apparently uses Telus network but is very reasonable. That's all I got, phones are not my expertise in any way

@TELUSsupport Of course they are. We are on a 50/10 fixed wireless service. So bad weather or when we are moving video content to and from YouTube and drive or at peak internet times bandwidth is much lower. Shouldn't you be more worried about our lack of Telus signal?

@profamirattaran @theJagmeetSingh @CandiceBergenMP Can’t trust Canada’s most intermittent network, can’t trust the clowns running Bell’s. Telus, anyone?

@TELUSsupport We contacted Telus by phone twice, once this year and once last year and they said they are “aware of this issue in our area” said they will let the technical team know and will call us/investigate and they never do anything. Do better.
