    @monicarooney Telus is the worst Mobile provider ever. Nothing but trouble. Poor reception, constantly dropping calls. As soon as my contract is done I'm gone.

    if you're canadian never buy telus, always do shaw or someone else. their customer service is **** awful, their prices are bad, and their contracts are gross

    Considering the poor level of service in Ottawa @TELUS @TELUSsupport and the fact that we are in day 3 without power - you can stop with the data usage warnings.

    @TELUS So much for amazing customer service, scheduled a call-back for 6pm CST and when I called back at 6:15pm I was notified the sales team is closed for the day.

    @TELUS Have you ever tried saying "pre authorized payment" to your rubbish *611 bot? It makes that "thinking sound" over and over and over until it hangs up. After about 6 months of making manual payments I just said "representative" over and over to get past your broken bot.
