@kirst_alyssa I’ve never had a problem with Telus.

  • chalackd Dan Chalack (@chalackd) reported

@calgaryherald @TELUS Would be nice if they put as much effort into providing consistent coverage everywhere, as they do into bragging about a few token upgrades. From my home to my workplace, @Telus service is but a string of dead spots and barely working coverage, where they swear it should work...

  • sonnycaron sonny caron (@sonnycaron) reported

@telusmobility @TELUSsupport Helen from corporate ( client resolution management team ) said they don’t have to follow Canadian law and they decide what Canadian currency can b paid with !!! Highly illegal Telus #classactionlawsuit

@calgaryherald @TELUS Love that 15-20km out of Red Deer the whole western region near markerville has little to no cell service yet your coverage map shows terrific coverage #bebetter

Hey @TELUS @TELUSsupport I wanna talk with a person when i deal with customer service. Not a robot that sends me in a perpetual loop. Hire some ******* people with all this money you are gouging from your customers #hirepeople #telus

  • DragonBoooty Devyn Zo❤️‍🔥 (@DragonBoooty) reported

@Marcus620FTM @TELUS If they don’t offer service there, they should be able to waive that fee. I had this same experience with a previous provider. But I just kept at them until I got the fair solution I deserved.

  • RisibleVolatile Philippe Lévesque (@RisibleVolatile) reported

@KootenayEV @teslainvernon @TELUS Perhaps, but what I was saying is that last time I had an outage, I was lucky not to have slowdowns on LTE and was able to watch Youtube for free, on a decent screen, instead of using my own cellphone screen and data.
