Loyal Samsung customer for 10 years. Bought S22 last year, due to cold weather and air travel. Huge problem on the S22 phone every time. Discussed with Telus and Samsung, wasted multiple hours, no solution given by anyone. Horrible experience. Be careful people ! @SamsungCanada

@StephenPunwasi Telus treat their employees in their Manila call centres very well. So the CSRs tell me. They even import Africans to work there rather than pay for French-speaking Canadians.

@frozen @matpVI I'm convinced they are. After all- if their deliberate, unmitigated incompetence causes the healthcare system to collapse it's much easier to convince people that selling it to Telus is the solution. Then they can all get jobs at Telus...

@MareadelPortill Still not following. I have an eye infection. I can go see a family doctor (after a long wait) who fixes me & bills gov’t. Or I can pay Telus $4000/yr subscription. See a family doctor right away. Dr fixes me and bills gov’t. How is that not providing an insured service?

@theJagmeetSingh Then stop propping him up. This should be the line he CANNOT cross to keep your support. Doug Ford is a corrupt, morally bankrupt thug. He “LOST” 4.1 BILLION and has orchestrated ON’s healthcare collapse. All so Telus and Galen can make more $.
