    @TELUS all I want to do is cancel. Can’t do it in store. Call and wait 30 minute to be told it’s closed now. Can’t wait to never go back

    @TELUS Don't get involved with this company. They are the worst for customer service. They have apps that don't work and if you ask for a paper bill you get zero information on it. Then you try to leave them and they harass you and charge you hundreds of dollars. Think illegal

    @MPelletierCIO @TELUS is so badly run. I went months dealing with them installing fiber to my door and when it was finally time to light it up, a rep came to the door asking for my ID to run a hard credit check. Hard pass on that for a monthly subscription. So I am not a Telus customer.

    @BoomerDivvies @TELUS They're a nightmare. Say this as a previously frustrated client and shareholder. Hours to get through only for them to spew lies claiming it's smart devices slowing down my Internet and making the TV freeze. 4th repairman told to go to Rogers.

    @FrankP9915 @JohnRustad4BC This isn't true. Canada has similar problems as US healthcare does post Covid. Private telecoms have the worst service. Sasktel at least has far superior service and prices to that of Bell, Telus, etc.

    Smart TVs also can be turned on remotely, including the Alexa microphone in your remote control. It can also hack your wifi network and all devices on it. China did it for years in the USA. My FireTV when connected to the computer was changing settings on my PC, when connected via an HDMI cable, BUT NOT TURNED ON. I could tell because my PC screen would change as if a new monitor was turned on and found out it was the TV doing it. So a TV not turned on was still interfacing with my computer without my permission. I also noticed my TV was doing updates despite the fact my TV was not connected to my wifi network. Instead it was doing the updates without my permission, using the 4K Telus digital box it was connected to.

    @JustMeJamie64 @Rogers Telus union isn't even allowed to say out loud the number of employees they still have in Canada, it's lower each contract negotiation even though number of errors by offshore reps is significantly higher

    Hey #yyc #Alberta - do you want to be lied to consistently? Have your home internet suddenly cut-off or throttled?? Then #Telus is the service for you!! This once great company as AGT - is no longer, now PATHETIC sub, sub par - 3rd world customer service @TELUS @TELUSsupport
