    @TELUSsupport SUCKS. The people do their best but the wait times are outrageous. Total of 2.5 hours of waiting so far today (3 calls) as I try to sort out a tech problem. Worst, I have to listen to smug self-satisfied @Telus messages as I wait.

    So thanks to Telus cancelling my tv and internet package all in one blow when I only wanted to cancel the internet and charging me extra for it, I have no way to watch the final and can’t even find a ****** stream.

    @TELUS @TELUSsupport You were supposed to install internet at my new apartment on Dec 7. You have now cancelled my appointment for the THIRD time. I’m a student. I need internet. I am so frustrated with your terrible customer service.
