Can one of you please create an app that makes reporting to CRTC (and presumably cell provider) more efficient by pulling data from recent calls and having saveable default required form responses. dave316 (@dave316) reportedWhat is with @TELUS & @TELUSsupport. I have been trying to get my landline fixed for a week. They sent a tech out who installed fibre optic cable but didn't get the phone working. Now I get an email saying they are cancelling the service?

Mohamed Asni (@AsniMohamed) reported@KloepperJ @Bell @TELUS Not even an existing customer, just trying to transfer my number and they couldn't do that. Just signed up for their internet. Cancelling it after 1 day because of the horrible customer service. Don't know how you lasted 10 years.

I just spent 1 hour and 42 minutes on hold only to be cut off because they are closed for the day. I am thinking it might be worth my while to check the competition to see what they have to offer.
