    @JFCnotagain I have heard second hand from people in the Victoria area on Reddit who've been having intermittent problems with Telus for the last two or three weeks.

    Is there something I am not doing right? I was accepted as a Search Engine Evaluator (English) with Telus, but I work through UHRS, which seems to be the reason why the pay is **** according to what I've read here. And my demands were very low because I'm mexican

    @TELUSsupport Does Telus even update this site? Both Vancouver and New Westminster have areas with service down for 2 days with 1 update that says investigating. It would be nice to know when my service will be back.

    @GregUtas @maxfawcett Yeah, we've never had a corrupt business take advantage of people. Telus/Bell/Rogers have really been held accountable to their customers while policing themselves.

    Hey do you get your @TELUS bills online? If you need a pdf copy of a bill from over 18 months ago, @TELUS charges you $15 per bill, so if you want to download 12 bills for the previous year past cutoff, they’ll charge you $180. No notice ever given to the customer. 🤔 @CRTCeng

    @buoyantbabe @TELUSsupport Telus told me the credit card is still registered! I took it off twice. Filled a special form through an employee. I had to cancel the credit card. Ridiculous.

    Can someone tell @TELUS that they need a better communication system? Bad enough I’m yelling at my phone, hoping the computer picks it up just so I can get through to the right person 🙄 #frustrated

    @TELUSsupport the new Telus+ tv is terrible...the WORST. Takes forever to load, glitchy, slow, awful!!!!!!!!! Bring back optiktv
