@TELUSsupport We spoke with one person at Telus home services who was awesome and one person with your cellular service who was less than impressive. We are still considering our options b/c of the mobility retention specialist.

@mgamble It’s like Telus said… “Hey, we didn’t piss off ppl this year unlike Bell or Rogers…so let’s do it!” So customer get out cheque books and make Telus AR department process the paper? Surely it will cost them more to revert back to processing paper cheque payments… no?

@TELUS You have charged me and my wife hundreds of dollars while our account is on suspension during renovation. After many calls, your team gave credits, only to charge us large amounts again! This is a legal issue that needs looking into as you are stealing money from people.
