Hey @TELUSsupport @TELUS does every SmartHub or Wi-Fi box you supply slow right down after a few months use? I can’t even load a god damn video on my phone anymore while I’m connected to the absolute disgrace you guys call internet. Figure. It. Out.

@Myfirstmillion3 I am against this takeover. I own Bell and Telus but not Rogers or Shaw at this point. This merge will screw Canadians even more and make them pay higher than what they already do. Yes, good for investors but bad for millions.

  • NightsWatchAB Aegon Targaryen (@NightsWatchAB) reported

@Lorian_H We are getting lots of emails and texts from Telus advertising this service. I’ll admit I’ve considered it, even though I despise the idea. Our family doc unnecessarily makes us come to visits in-person for silly things like a simple Rx refill. I need a new fam doc 😭

@Bland_Dull_Dont No most definitely it is not. But with a slow vaccination plan which they also blamed Telus (for what?) and easing off restrictions on religious gatherings indoors as well as allowing non-essential travels in and out of this province while Covid variants were shown popping up

  • joannealisonfox Joanne Fox (@joannealisonfox) reported

@TELUSsupport followed the steps on the Telus site, and installed the SpeedTest app - which shows download at only 1.7Mbps. This is not enough to support Zoom teaching that I need to do this evening.

  • SUBlimelySQuare Ben asks if you heard this (@SUBlimelySQuare) reported

@TELUS @TELUSsupport you need to step up your game - at this time i think you are a roaring mouse on your TV commercials only interested in $$$ and not customer well being and security - SHAME

  • RainyFnx Rainy (@RainyFnx) reported

@Dety0 1 ping, 900 download and 900 upload on Telus fiber. Sucks cause im moving next week to a house that doesn’t have fiber and I will be getting 75 download and 75 upload and worst pinf@

8 scam calls this morning from “Service Canada.” How ******** do these jerk offs get my number? Who is selling my number? Telus?

  • rthexton Rachel Thexton (@rthexton) reported

@virginmobilecan @TELUS Infuriating that when you need help, the public kiosks can ONLY SELL but never help once you are a customer. Once you are a customer, you are no longer a priority for in-person service.

After an hour being on hold, Kelly from Fraserhealth told me their internet is down and they can’t book an appt for my mom to get a vaccine. #fraserhealth that outsourced #telus for help and still can’t get their **** together.
