  • DuchesssWJ Warda Jahazi (@DuchesssWJ) reported

@TELUSsupport What support really? Just got off the worst call you can imagine. Overcharged on my bill and when the rep couldn’t explain it, put me on hold and transferred knowing the office is already closed. Such a disappointment with you Telus

  • fanCRTCProfling Commissioner Miner (@fanCRTCProfling) reported

The #Telus reply to the 911 service outage in Calgary was due yesterday at the #CRTC. Nothing is online.

  • Rootbrian_ Rootbrian's updates, rational thoughts & opinions (@Rootbrian_) reported

@donny_motz @MobileSyrup @telusmobility There's Wi-Fi calling to solve it until it does get fixed. Also, telus can't do bollocks if you've got tin-foil hatters as neighbours using those signal jamming devices (which explains why signal is absent - LTE and 5G, not just 3G). If I'm correct.

  • MathesonJMT Matheson Tuck (@MathesonJMT) reported

@TELUS I’ve called 4 times. Each time they are unable to fix the problem. The problem is your app does not work with iOS.

  • CaffeineCalico Ms Calico (@CaffeineCalico) reported

Does saying "no" mean nothing to these people? Lol **** off already @TELUS your former customers are FORMER for a reason! Stop calling us!

  • Rootbrian_ Rootbrian's updates, rational thoughts & opinions (@Rootbrian_) reported

@AbrahamZreik @MobileSyrup Fyi, koodo is telus-owned. Virgin is bell-owned. Also, the "app" just loads the website inside a container. Much prefer just bookmarking the member's area in the browser vs downloading a clunky container that never updates on it's own.

  • ironbow Debbie ᑳᑫᓯᒧᑐᑕᐁ (@ironbow) reported

@JaniceLalibert2 I just told her about the Telus phones for at risk Indigenous women and she had to hang up so she said she will check. I told her to stay in touch with us and let us know she is okay or needs help. She seemed so rushed.

  • John1MD John MD (@John1MD) reported

2...How is it, on multiple occasions, when I phone a nursing home the Telus auto-voice tells me the phone number is no longer in service. But, if I switch to a phone that you aren't aware of me using, I can get through to the nursing home immediately.

  • twinworld Shaun (@twinworld) reported

@Fongo_Mobile I've had your Mobile app since it was Dell Voice. I also have your Home Phone. Love your service! I see you now have a data-only plan for cell phones. Who's network do you use (Bell/Telus/Rogers)? Also, any plans for e-sim support? 1/2
