    Hey @adtcanada @ADT curious to know why you have a 'Contact Us' form on your website? I used it over 2 weeks ago and yet no one has gotten back to me. I won't go into the other bad service I've had since @telus has taken over. #shame

    @TELUSsupport Hi，I called the TELUS Home Services (Chinese support). The agent Jeff perfectly solved my problem. He is a nice guy. I hope you guys have more people like him.

    @LJMW169 I have tried Telus, Koodo, Rogers, Bell, Virgin. They all have horrid customer service and policies. Cell phone companies are a racket!

    @TELUSsupport Telus is based in the Philippines, they are flying their people in to check the problem.

    Went to @TELUS store to replace my 3 yr old phone... after 45 mins of listening to the rep breakdown plans and offers, i’m told my account is too new for any of the offers to be honoured. If it wasn’t for the Canada/US plans I need for work I’d never leave @Fidomobile

    4/4 Who else got sold a bill of goods? This is not a great business strategy, poor customer relations are built, not to mention the time taken by us and them to determine this should never have been sold to us. Yay Telus!
