@TELUSsupport Wow, not getting much help from #TELUS. My bill has been incorrect for two months in a row. Spoke with a manager both times. Was promised a lower bill both times for a renewed contract but instead getting a bill almost double what was promised.

@PaulDoroshenko I think Canada has either Bell or Telus as backbone networks. I am unaware that Rogers also has a backbone. Maybe it does. In Germany it is Deutsche Telekom. But the US has multiple carriers thanks to the breakup of AT&T. Monopoly is crap.

  • 58etown Glenn Quon (@58etown) reported

Rogers Outage4- I keep calling from my home landline (Telus) to Rogers customer service but put on hold over 45 minutes. Worse than Canada Revenue Agency.

@thctherapy @RogersHelps I switched to Telus last year and never had an issue since

  • upinthaclouds7 Christ (@upinthaclouds7) reported

@TELUS yo, looking for customer service or a human who can help a customer. I ******* pay enough and can't get any help

  • Jinxsa Jinxsa (@Jinxsa) reported

Alberta Blue Cross (Private insurance) and AHS (public health authority keep tell me to subscribe to Telus apps after all their questionable moral issues, multiple security failures, numerous privacy law violations and clearly suspicious business practices and I am NOt having it.

  • paul6969 Paul Carriere (@paul6969) reported

@Shawhelp why does your internet service suck so bad in Sherwood Park? Constant packet loss at home, constant packet loss at work. Good god, Telus Fibre can't come here fast enough.

  • love_Aquarius13 gb🇨🇦 (@love_Aquarius13) reported

@FrankCaputoKTC It isn’t just Barriere - we are 30 k north of Kamloops at Vinsulla & the service is expensive & totally unreliable. Everyone in the North Thompson needs to start phoning Telus & complain. We are expected to do so much online & the service does not meet demand.

  • gnu666 David Shrimpton (@gnu666) reported

@EricaTsi @StolleryKids Sending happy thoughts. It's one more reason I signed up for payroll Deduction I support of Stollery which my employer Telus matches

  • iservice Ian Service (@iservice) reported

@twodimes @googlenews @TELUS Yep, and Bell took all their low end spectrum and threw it at rural residential internet service. Calls drop, HSPA is missing, you better not get in an accident or actually need the service you're paying for.
