Obviously if it comes from you, no issues getting past call screening. It appears this number did not get past it. Thanks for getting back and confirming.

Mike in the Valley (@mikeinthevalley) reported@TELUS @TELUSsupport With more of our population aging and companies moving more stuff to the cloud, these issues will continue to happen but without providing a way for the client to get support for a change they did not request, without paying for it, is pretty irresponsible as a corporation.

Mike Brennan (@MikeBre58407055) reported@MPelletierCIO I cut my Telus bill by 50%, got rid of the cable boxes and all the specialty channels and packages, now I just stream what I want to see on AMZN, APPL, etc. Telus has problems bigger than customer growth, it's guys like me staying with them, but dumping half the services.
