@GlobalBC As a member of Telus Life Plus, I am jumping no queues. All medical procedures I receive are outside of Telus & are in the MSP “lottery” to receive health care. I don’t have a family Doctor so how can keeping me out of visiting emergency or walk in clinics hurt the system?

Dear @TELUS @TELUSsupport thanks for encouraging me to leave after fifteen years and become a @Rogers customer. Maybe they won't shut off my service for mischarging my mobility bills or spell my name Garred on my internet bill.

@TheJenRollins @TELUSsupport @TELUS has really fallen off on customer service, which was the best of the bunch not so long ago. Good luck

@TheJenRollins @TELUS Telus customer service is absolutely atrocious. I’ve been working with a company for six months and I’ve spent hours trying to figure out their overbilling issue. I never get the same answer twice and it’s always our fault.

@TheJenRollins @telusmobility I've found @Shawhelp was the best of the 3 major Cdn internet/phone providers because I could phone, quickly get a human who had the knowledge and was empowered to help. Actual internet service quickly became too $$$ & less reliable so–>Telus but phoning in is a 1.5 hr nightmare.

I wish Canada had anti monopoly legislation like the US so I didn’t have to deal with the trash company that is @TELUS. Been trying for weeks to get my mobility plan sorted and they’re so bad at resolution. Been on the phone for 4 hours. Was in the store for 3 hours. Super joke.

Counsel now talking about Shaw Mobile. It served a different purpose. Was designed for wireline customer retention, to prevent loss to Telus. Launched in pandemic, with aggressive pricing. Initially successful and then success declined. This occurred before merger talks w/ Rogers
