Caller id is fundamentally broken. And no carrier seems to care. When I maintained a phone system with 250+ direct dial numbers, @TELUS allowed us to present any of those numbers for caller id, but we couldn't use our toll free numbers because they weren't on the PRI.

We’ve talked to 7 or 8 different agents, & no one has fixed this mess. #Telus this is a huge fail. I am likely no longer going to remain a customer.

@cruise_peter I bought an iPhone 5S for $150 a few years ago, just after the flip phone got canceled. I have a plan with Telus for $30 a month that has everything unlimited but no data. I have never needed data while out and about, and if needed, can always access wifi in a restaurant or pub.

Getting someone who can frigging provide web support is impossible ! @TELUS @TELUSBusiness thinks I have time to spend hours on phone chatting with them, going out and "Getting" code ... Shake your head ! Look up the word DELEGATION !

ima have to call telus and get **** clarified bc why am I paying for internet 20 when im suppose to have fibre optic..... and why is my bill $89 when i was told it would be $73

@TELUSsupport Someone from the tech team called to solve my problem, said they would look into it and call me back, but then they didn’t call back. Why does Telus try so hard to get rid of customers?

@TELUSsupport disney+ is not working on Telus, please fix. I get a message I get a message I am traveling in a different region and the service is not available. Tried on vpn and it works fine.

@TAKUMlCULT LOL im also on telus network. do you have wifi boosters?? telus sent them to all their customers at one point for free! not sure why. but now that i think about it i WAS experiencing slow af internet at that exact time 🧐🤔. but havent had internet problems since setting them up
