Hey @TELUS @TELUSsupport what is going on with your fiber optics technology. Since switching over our internet (in fact all home services) have gone downhill. We have the worst internet connection and in the past 3 weeks we have lost home phone line, cable, &internet 3X....

@adriandix PLEASE do not make Telus richer. For profit health care is bad for the people. BC Docs MUST be reimbursed more, but this blended contract with UPPC rules is deleterious to the family physicians.

@TELUS & @TELUSsupport - I've been in contact with your customer support since May. Can you hold your subcontractors accountable to fix the poor installation job they did? #CustomerService #Accountability

@telus tried to speak to a mobility agent today. When an agent answered, they with home service, even though I asked for mobility in your VR system. Got transferred, waited over 25 minutes, no answer. Trying to verify my mobility plans for an upgrade #Frustration #mobiliy

@TELUSsupport Unfortunately @TELUS and @TELUSsupport lacks 'will' to resolve the issue and there is no escalation matrix policy. Since 5 months, its repetitive excercise to call, HOLD the phone for hours, promise and forget. Such bad experience with TELUS. Its really awful customer service!!

Update: apparently some amount was reduced off my bill but I won't know how much until next bill is received. The Telus "Loyalty Team" did a terrible job and ensuring my loyalty.

.@PublicMobile I don't need a robot for customer service. @TELUSsupport what's going on? You own Public mobile yet can't afford customer service. @TELUS wake up. I need reimbursement for 7 months charged on my cc without a sim card. #fraud

@Fiddleheads @JeffRybak Spying on Canadians without cause. Telus was paid 200k for data without informing it customers. This was so they could see who was complying. The emergency act with out hearing the concerns of the protesters. I get he was afraid but it could have been done in a safe way.
