  @TELUS @TELUSsupport has to be the worst company around. Trying yo setup a new digital box for my 84 yr old mom. Get to the end and get an error, which looks like the backend is not synced with the login. OK-go to chat, put in number, says they will call in 15 mins. Yeah right

  @big_fan2019 Are you connected to your home Wi-Fi when looking? If you're currently off your home Wi-Fi (on mobile data or another network), those live channels automatically hide in the app lineup. Due to content provider broadcast restrictions, live NFL Sunday Ticket channels (1501-1516) on the TELUS TV+ app are strictly locked to your TELUS Home Internet connection.

  @TELUS Wow! Where was this over a year ago. I lost a number and you guys got to share a three dollar donut. No Dms in person meeting I can go to Prince George. I wasted 3 + hrs on the phone and lose my number because of Telus. Roger never received it basically from Telus and money lost.

  @TELUSsupport Why is it so impossible to contact telus? Every time I try report errors in my billing I just get sent to numerous pages to sign in with no help

  @govt_corrupt Signed up to new internet provider after Rogers made Shaw turn to **** and it was included in the price. They're just giving cable away now (really it's just a Telus locked android box and "cable" and internet are the same physical wire and digital signals now anyway, it's all the same now) But if it cost anything we wouldn't have gotten it.

  @TELUS $T.TO I hate your company. Truly. Been a business customer for decades just to be treated like ****. Dealing with an issue, a serious mistake on YOUR part, has been gruelling and terrible. The incompetence from your side is inexcusable. Your departments don’t talk to each other leading me to coordinate everything. Hopefully I’ll be able to file a complaint against you with regulators. And you also have a cell tower on our site for which you’re currently asking for a lease extension. That’s gonna cost you big time.
