    @TELUS Question re your 5G service: Tried your 5G speeds on my new phone in Arnprior ON. Speed test to a Telus server got no more than 180Mb/s download. LTE - same spot peaked at 300Mb/s - quite good actually for LTE. Where's the high speed with the 5G? It was slower than LTE.

    @cdnbeer I’ve been a cellular customer of Bell, of Rogers and of Telus. I’d put Telus worlds above either any day, and now that they have cellular modems (which I haven’t tried yet), I’d expect even better. Telus rents property from my dad for a tower site, they’ve been great.

    An antenna to fix the issue. Unless you severely change the customer service and give us what we need, there is no way I will stay with Telus. If need be we WILL do everything in our power to influence our neighbours to switch to Starlink, and forget this **** fire @telussupport

    I don’t know if it’s a @TELUS problem or a @netflixcan problem, but at least once a week, it takes me a half hour longer to watch any movie because of how often it repeatedly stalls.

    @TELUSsupport @TELUSBusiness @TELUS your small business team is the worst small business team I have ever dealt with, my sales rep hasn't given me an update yet on my information and I have escalated 3 times and no manager has responded back. Time to call ombudsman.

    I am now not in contract & I don't see anything offered to me to stay with you. I just received gratitude email from Telus ,But I am not a happy customer . I was with you since 3 years.i am using pixel 2 and now have plans to buy pixel 5 but I don't see any offers to me 😑😒
