@Brennan_L_D Yep, same here. Have used SN Now for years (since we get it included with service provider) and it buffers and skips, drops quality on Shaw internet and Telus, across 5 different residences across 3 different cities in Alberta. Watching hockey you can’t even see the puck

newer eps are only free for 5 days otherwise you’ll have to sign in with a cable provider like bell or telus. it’s available on amazon prime through stacktv (paid) as well, but as of rn ep3 is not yet up on stacktv.

Not only could @adt by @telus not send a sales rep to my house to tell me what system they would recommend, but also made me a sign a 3 year contract just to move service to my new home.

@TELUSsupport So the solution to Telus adding a fraudulent charge to my buisiness phone bill, is for me to try and reason with some third party system that I have never signed up with, and therefore can't cancel anything with...?

@TELUSsupport hi Telus, still the same issue going in old Montreal, absolutely no LTE, no 5G here. Seems to be working outside that area. I already notify Telus online about this issue. Any resolution ?

@PaulthePedalist @TekSavvyNetwork you should check them out. On Shaw’s backbone but better customer service and prices. I hate Telus. They’ve screwed me 3 times.

should i use the same ISP for my office as for home? at home we use Lightspeed--it's fast, cheaper than Telus and has only gone down 2X in the past year. Telus is more expensive but it might be good to have a different one in case LIghtspeed goes down?
