So I call @TELUSsupport to say a part of my modem is broken and the Customer Service person says he'll send out a part... for $150. After telling him to go **** himself, I spoke to his supervisor, and the situation was quickly and kindly solved. So thank you, Supervisor. #Telus

@TELUS Your customer service being overseas is a really big inconvenience. The operators are super slow and don't know the answers to common questions. They need to put me on hold for 7 mins every time i ask a question. Your wait time are exceedingly long due to this.

@TELUS 2/2 You are charging premium pricing in CDN for below-average customer support. If you were to charge us in PHP I would be a little less frustrated. Find a solution to this massive problem. I can only see your company losing customers if it's not fixed.
