    @TELUS 2/2 You are charging premium pricing in CDN for below-average customer support. If you were to charge us in PHP I would be a little less frustrated. Find a solution to this massive problem. I can only see your company losing customers if it's not fixed.

    Hey @TELUS I have always been pleased with your service (over 15 years) but with the data outages and now jumping from service, to no service, to SOS only: repeat. My contract just finished with you and I was on the fence about my new phone and plan. Bad timing for you.

    @CRTCeng I can’t believe telcos are now allowed to add a 1.5% credit card processing fee to their customer’s bill. Hearing that @TELUS is doing so when a smaller telco like @beanfield isnt, it makes me sick the CRTC lets big telcos stomp on Canadians to pad their greedy pockets

    @TELUS @TELUSsupport we keep our customers from enjoying the friendly future by making them wait on hold for a minimum of an hour, and then provide them subpar customer service #telussucks
