    Wow what crooks! I have officially just switched back to Shaw! Damn Telus for making promises they would NOT uphold! What stress & confusion they left in their wake! Curses for offering me a Visa gift card & then reneging! I bought stuff 'knowing' I had that $400 card coming! Grr

    @RagingLibNana @TheJenRollins I'm a Shaw customer too going way back to when they took over Videotron 70s, but everything I am reading says Telus is superior is Speed and reliability. I'm still debating, they are offering a 55" TV but I'm not getting cable do I still want a big TV where would I put stage lol

    @TELUSsupport I called in but never given what was promised. She told me 3 times that 'she' is a consumer too & maybe best to return to Shaw! You folks came to MY door 4 times to get me to switch service providers then 100% let me down! Lump of coal for sneaky door Telus sales people!

    @KyleGunderson Been with Telus for years...no issues! And have always had amazing customer service at the Centre Mall shop!

    @SunnnyBeeee @KyleGunderson Switched to Bell fairly recently, and while my plan isn't quite as good as it was under Telus, the coverage and service is equivalent (and I haven't had to deal with the aforementioned billing issue).

    Until and unless the big boys like Bell, Rogers and Telus are forced to put better high-speed CPs in rural spots, VIA is gonna have **** ******* WiFi. Or blame VIA for a national infrastructure that sucks ***** because nobody holds Bell, Rogers and Telus to account.

    @TELUSsupport Another month, and @telus still charging for a service they haven't provided since October 31. Now 3 bills later. How do you say consumer fraud. @crtceng

    @KyleGunderson I've been with Telus for about 6 years and they've been great. My customer service has been better than I was getting from SaskTel.

    Dear #Telus - you never cease to surprise me. You invite me to arrange a callback. And when it happens, you transfer me to another office, which is CLOSED. and my booked call is cancelled. Are you kidding me?
