@decisivegarth I'm tired of beating my head against the wall with non empowered customer service folks that don't know how to solve problems or care. I'm afraid Telus internet is in for a marketshare awakening in rural areas but maybe it's not a big enough market to matter.....

  • Rad_Nikkiyvr Nikki (@Rad_Nikkiyvr) reported

@horbayj No, they are in e-health. So they create the electronic records programs for clinics and they have Telus Babylon which is an online doctor service.

  • jennylives Jennylives (@jennylives) reported

@elonmusk I currently only have Telus Smarthub as an option and my service suuucks. It's basically a cell phone signal and I live at 4,000 ft. I'm eligible and ordering Starlink this week. I need to be able to work from home dammit.

? if Telus owns Koodo and already with Telus and koodo wants me as a customer but needs credit check again when ran by Telus on credit limit will this hurt my score to have them run again?? for Koodo??

  • byers_judy Judy Byers (@byers_judy) reported

@TELUS Is anyone else having trouble with their personal hotspot not working?

  • zzyzyman Bruce Payan (@zzyzyman) reported

Not impressed w/@TELUS decision to remove copper-based phone service. Power outage: landlines can be powered indefinitely from the central office via batteries & diesel generators –– unlike Fibre. An incredibly poor decision from an emergency preparedness perspective. #bcpoli

  • i1n1 can't think (@i1n1) reported

@Bell #telus top ex employees run @Bell n bell uses telus infrastructure to make money. Bell cant be the best NEVER.

  • afterexposure Diamond Dog 'Aloha' Organa (@afterexposure) reported

Reminder: The UCP budget says they are going to use public money to fund TELUS to build out, so that TELUS Health / Babylon can be accessed by more Albertans. This is using taxpayer $'s to enable a foreign owned company to bill Albertans for health services. ****. This.

@TELUSsupport What a frigging joke Telus customer support is. Tried the live chat - doesn't recognise the question but recognised when I said I HATE TELUS. Called - over an hour wait - leave a number - oh no, can't leave a number so the system hangs up on me. Call back same BS

@Lefty_Mind Why exactly do you think Telus should nationalize itself. Do you think it would bring better service better prices or is it just to serve your far left agenda. you're out of touch of because the only province in Canada is Saskatchewan that has a government own telephone company
