Telus Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • SoulfulHarmony N. (@SoulfulHarmony) reported from Calgary, Alberta

I repeat! No one should become a customer of @TELUS they have no idea how to support their customers, let alone loyalty members during this pendamic @TELUSsupport you could learn from your competitor @ShawInfo

  • mckitrick_annie Annie McKitrick (@mckitrick_annie) reported from Strathcona County, Alberta

@jkenney How come eg. @Telus and @DirectEnergy use overseas call centres? They are not hiring Albertans but use $ they earn in Alberta to hire staff who spent it overseas. Someone needs to explain to me why TFW who contribute to our communities are bad but overseas call centres good.

  • blaine Blaine Cook (@blaine) reported from Nelson, British Columbia

@infil00p @doctorow That's not to say that Telus et al won't do what they've done in Nelson and squat on municipal fibre, charging people way over for the privilege of an email address, limited tech support, and I guess a digital TV subscription. They definitely will.

  • OtarineMusic otty (@OtarineMusic) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@lav_sunrise Yeah it seriously sucks. Even if you go third party (I’m with Teksavvy for internet) the service is still distributed by Rogers/Bell/Telus/Shaw.

  • Blakesunn00 blakeloudoun (@Blakesunn00) reported from West Kelowna, British Columbia

Switched to Telus today, Worst decision of my life

  • JonAreias Jon Areias (@JonAreias) reported from Richmond Hill, Ontario

@TELUS horrible customer service experience! I just was speaking to Iris and was on the phone for one hour, all I want to do is extend my contract that expires in 2 Weeks! SHOULD NOT BE THAT DIFFICULT #telus

  • RossFlats Ross Flats Vintage Apparel (@RossFlats) reported from Edmonton, Alberta

@EdmFootballTeam @TELUS “It’s all how you look at it, we’re either short 5 yards for a 1st down or we only need 5 yards to keep the chains moving”

  • philwhln Phil Whelan 😷🇨🇦🦕🚀 (@philwhln) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia

@nbennett_biv @CraveTVHelp @AppleTV I had a lot of issues through Telus too. Directly through Crave is the only thing that consistently worked for me.

  • loganryan44 RG for Life (@loganryan44) reported from Toronto, Ontario

I understand that companies sell information to third parties but come on @telus, no one has my son’s phone number that he should be getting texts to a local dentist we’ve never gone to asking us to return

  • RobertT93347663 Robert Tremblay (@RobertT93347663) reported from Cache Creek, British Columbia

@tim_of_ottawa Tim of Ottawa. I got highjacked by Koodo (more like Voodo) an offspring of Telus. Worst expérience in my entire twitter years. I am going to fire Telus tomorrow. My brief encounter with them was downright piracy and rudeness. If you don't hear from me again, l've been assinated.
