  @MrStache9 I ditched Telus over a year ago. My friends in Kitchener & my brother ditched Bell. Too expensive & ****** service. I haven’t had a land line for more than 10 years. I’m with Rogers now, for both home and cell service. Telus I was paying over $100 just for my cell. With Rogers I pay $25 for my cell. Cable wise, Rogers isn’t much cheaper but it is more reliable.

  @BenRabidoux The poor coverage quality was unbearable. Telus is cooked. Fibre internet is still solid.

  Telus took a $2.1 billion writedown on Telus Digital this quarter, the arm it built to sell AI and customer service work to other companies. Adjusted income still dropped 26 percent once you strip that out. I've built systems like this. The story sells long before anyone checks if the product holds up. Makes me wonder how many other Canadian telcos are carrying an AI unit priced on the same promise.

  @Mel02999853Mel @krisster8 @TELUS For me, it was the technicians dying in customers driveways on service calls that I had never heard about my entire career until the 💉 Customers calling where’s my technician, GPS shows them on site, dead in their truck in the driveway one in Ontario one in British Columbia.

  Me: please send a tech Telus: okay, but we think it’s a software/network issue on our back end, but the only way to report it is for you to remain on the line and I won’t send a tech till the backend teams says to. And that’s why I’ve been on this call for over 80 minutes now.

  @VanIsleInvestor @gulbraa24 @TELUS It's so bad. This is layer 1 of the onion. Share price needs to go below 9 for the directors of the company to realize the management is filled with people who pretend to know what they're doing. There is potential, but there would need to be an office space culling.
