@TELUSsupport can you please tell me how I can contact Telus/ADT through twitter or internet? I cannot call back the 1855 number as its toll free and I'm outside of North America at the moment. Please help thanks

I feel like it's a bad sign that technical problems on their end are preventing me from signing up for telus fibre.

@Allthingswhisky @TELUSsupport Telus support is a joke. Telus just sold me a phone that doesn't work. I called & spoke to @TELUSsupport who told me it wasn't their problem.

@Fan_of_Gorton Yeah, it was my impression at the time that Telus was better, but IIRC Rogers was the only carrier with coverage in my area and the only one offering standalone internet service. It was this or dial-up and thankfully it worked pretty well.

@pr0cs @TELUSsupport Watch what you order. Telus advertises refurbished phones as brand new. I order a "brand new" S21+ but the phone stopped working a few weeks later & telus told me it's not their problem. I'm convinced they sold me a refurbished phone as a new one.

@hugoslabbert Haha yup. Nothing says trust us with your data like a little crypto on the side. Our Telus gig fiber service has been great. I’m just annoyed that they do this, and it likely scares a lot of non-technical folks into signing up.

@PNWPragmatist Rogers was so terrible, we only used it for a year and switched to Telus.

@YYCRed @TELUSsupport @TELUS Going on to day 8 tomorrow. They're supposed to call us at some point. Like they were supposed to yesterday. And today. Thats not even fixing the issue; that's just the call. And this is an issue that had been ESCALATED. Worst customer service in a long time.
