@for_vaughan @TELUSsupport Yeah for over 5 years Telus has refused to fix our home setup or replace the equipment or even discount our bill for dropped service. The worst.

The outage map available via the internet that I couldn't turn my computer on to view and couldn't access even if I wanted to because the Eastlink, Telus, Rogers, and Bell towers had no power either?

@guyfelicella @TELUS *he messaged. It’s all AI and off shore, now. No direct route to inside support. I’ve spent weeks, perhaps months, of my time on hold/waiting for technical support/technicians/troubleshooting. It’s never consistently delivered the services I’ve paid for. It’s brutal

Today was NOT the day to FAIL my TV viewing, again @telus.

@bcbluecon Telus sucks as well. They all start you at a reduced rate and then keep jacking it up. Try Starlink if you can.

@Telus @TELUSsupport why is it taking 14 days for a technician to come to my house to fix my internet? 14 DAYS!!! I work from home and you’re a national corporation. Get it together!!

@jodyvance @TELUS Pixalating, freezing, and service going out during sports games. Should be telus slogan

@StuntmanStu @jodyvance @TELUS They sold it. Took me 3 months to get someone to cancel it. Supposed to have kept same price for two years and they jacked it up by $10/month. Brutal.
