@JennaNicholAT @Crackmacs I was going to recommend Shaw, but I see you’re looking to move away from them. In my neighbourhood (beltline), Shaw has been FAR superior to Telus. I once tried to get TekSavvy and it was a disaster too, so... I can’t be of much help. 😬

@MarcScott @OpenMediaOrg @CRTCeng I hear you. Telus is the only gig in town (if you aren't in the local line of sight internet provider) and our town has been told (I have the emails) that it would take 10-12 years to see a profit.. in 2 years, I won't be able to run internet.. too slow.

@demonhvac @shaun_vids Man we have the worst prices for telecom services in the world. Well sometimes you guys are #1, but goddamn is it a similar problem. I wonder why 3 companies control it all, but you cant get a Bell plan out West, and can't get a Telus plan out east? 🤔🤔🤔

@johnsonave LOL I only ever had one issue and it was when Telus had a legit outage! I honestly have more issues by university area if anything!

@J_L_Walker I spent more than 2 hrs on the phone with @telus on Friday, & booked a service call for Saturday & THEY DIDN’T SHOW UP. It took another hour on the phone, & 3 different depts for them to finally tell me the appointment hadn’t been booked properly on their end. Brutal.

Super happy I am paying @TELUS for terrible internet. I have been calling to have it fixed with no resolution. My #telushub sucks. They don’t even offer a discount.
