  I just got new internet and it’s so ****. Telus Fibre Optic is suppose to be the fastest internet in Canada but I can’t even play a game of warzone 😤

  Carefull what you ask for. I was converted to fiber last Friday and have not had email sense and cannot get anyone at TELUS to help. Customer service at TELUS has left the country. #TELUSPureFiber

  @linusgsebastian Use the press # option where garbage callers have to press a random number to get through. Have it on my TELUS line and it’s glorious

  @ telus@ fiber optic well proud to say I have spent another 2 hours of my life trying to talk with someone at TELUS to fix my service that they messed up. Sad to say TELUS has no clue.

  @TELUSsupport I live in Edmonton an on Friday I ha a technician come in an convert me from copper to fiber. I have not had email service since then an TELUS has not been able to fix it. I have spent hours on the phone to no solution. Say no if TELUS phones to convert

  @TELUS We have been dealing with billing issues for our business acct for exactly one yr now. Since Feb 2020 Telus has been charging us double of our bundle rate & they still won’t give us proper adjustment/credit. Ridiculous! Why am I still with them? I have no idea 🙄

  @TELUS if tTelus contacts you to convert to fiber think carefully before you agree. I have been without email for 3 days now and they are doing nothing to fix it. I spend hours on the phone with no solutions.

  The world of TELUS fails once more! Call and ask if a service is available, and oh ghee, we don’t have your physical address on file. Had dozens of calls over the past years to them! And once again, “we will call you back”, and nothing! Unbelievable! Maybe CRTC is in store?

  Well my PVR is broken, sat for an hour on hold today with #telus for a guy to come and give me a box, gonna happen soon! So now I am watching #StargateAtlantis
