@TELUS with all the great advances your company has made, who made the decision to switch your email platform to Gmail? Huge step back. Worst email program I've ever used. Multiple emails, multiple **** shows. Your old platform worked just fine.

Many Canadian #telecom consumers deal with the issue of cell shadows. That said, repeated problems could be fixed, or #billing could be improved with smarter #AUTOMATION in my mind, which shows a smart organization learning from consumers. @TELUS 2/3

@TELUS @TELUS Charging me $26 for 10mb of data during a pandemic when I’ve already bought a 1GB data top up. Absolutely ridiculous and beyond horrible. Your solution? Sell me a more expensive plan. You’ve lost me as a long time customer

@girlieishtomboy @TELUSsupport Same issue here, still unresolved. Never happened before. There was an automated call from Telus immediately before.

@TELUS quite disappointed that your online deals I just saw on your site are not in store. I just replaced my wife phone this afternoon and updated my acount in store, as I wanted to shop local and support the local store and now I could have saved $100.00 if I bought online.

"sincere gratitude" from Telus would be giving me some free data, not some stupid email
