@TELUS is such a joke of an internet company and none of their agents have any customer service whatsoever. Definitely looking at switching companies after 30 years of being telus customer smh

@telus Trash company, trash customer service. Disconnected my internet for an apparent unpaid payment arrangement that isn't even due for 3 more days. Said they would reconnect my wifi within 48hrs. Been a 20yr customer, guess I'll be switching providers.

@ellenroseman Oligopolies tend to have poor customer service. Rogers, Telus and Bell Canadian Banks You would think one of them would decide to have good customer service so they could gain more customers. 🙄

@GamersNexus Here in Canada we only really have 3 maybe 4 options if we are lucky. And the big 3 (Telus, Rogers, Bell) all keep their prices the same as each other. Right now I am with Telus with 150 up/down and we started paying $100/month and we are now up to $120 now and we still have 1/?

@TELUS @TELUSsupport Escalated recurring 2 yr issue of telus home services to support & senior mgmt via countless documented emails w/ NO response for 6+ mths. Currently into hr 2 w/ tech support (AGAIN); still no working services, but we're consistently charged for extra usage?
