@Rogers No thanks. We began switcing to Telus in January. Not touching a Roger's branded product with a two-foot pole. You already destroyed our local #ymm radio stations and we definately don't want your cable or cell service. Hopefully the @CRTCeng sees the harm this will do.

Each time I deal with the @TELUS escalated incident they insist it is resolved but I always have to wait until the next bill cycle to SEE IT. Four months later, still not right. This is pure incompetence. What are the Telus agents "inputting" when resolving my issue?

  • marialoi maria loi (@marialoi) reported

@cbcnewsbc Never use Rogers, I switched my mobile service to Telus a few years ago because Rogers' staff kept bothering me everyday during dinner time. I told them not too and Rogers fined me even when Rogers's staff was bad when I got out of Rogers! Now they are introducing 5G? I love

@RessyM Oh... thats gonna suck. I dont even have Rogers as an option here snd ive heard not great things, but my Shaw service has been great. Telus wasnt really an option either, they didn't have a line in. So sounds like im pretty getting screwed

  • KevinKlerk246 Kevin Klerk (@KevinKlerk246) reported

Hey @telus. Why does my home internet suck so much? We've caught you twice giving us half the actual amount of Mb as you promise in our contract, yet our internet is still horrible. How often do you screw people over?

  • DaniellaVanIsle Daniella (@DaniellaVanIsle) reported

@TELUS help a girl out. Why am I paying almost $300 per month and I can’t watch @CNN . Or you know. Anything else of interest

  • Kevy72D Kevin Mann (@Kevy72D) reported

@Coach_Hutton @TELUS @TELUSsupport It's Kevin and this has been as issue for a few days now

  • ddgrunau Daryl Grunau (@ddgrunau) reported

@dawngrunau @benyamen Cause amazon doesn’t know SK exists. Thankfully TELUS does and my phone never has issues

  • joshmacewen Josh MacEwen (@joshmacewen) reported

@peternowak A lot of those in Bell leadership consider the folks at Telus to be financially illiterate and look down on them, and they like that third player when it comes to ‘pressuring’ Rogers to go off-plan.

  • brenky Bonnie (@brenky) reported

@TELUSsupport Is there an issue going on with changing Optik TV packages via My Telus? I have been trying to for the past few days and keep getting the error "We were unable to make changes to your TV subscription, please try again later."
