@koodo Koodo's response: "Thank you for your DM, Grant! To prevent this from happening, I suggest you to manually select the Koodo or Telus network from your phone's settings. This way your device will no longer automatically connect to a US tower. 1/

  • bow_en_arrow Grant Bowen 🇨🇦 (@bow_en_arrow) reported

@koodo ...You're also not limiting your network. You're a Koodo customer and you can also use the Telus network or any other network in Canada for free. I only suggested the 2 best networks available."

@TELUSsupport Thanks for that. My friends that have Rogers said that this issue has been fixed with rogers. Why not Telus? This is ridiculous

@TELUS someone contacted me and offered me to switch providers, we were halfway through registering, she had a problem said she would call back in two minutes and that was weeks ago.

  • thedartrunner Dartrunner (@thedartrunner) reported

Domain purchased, however @TELUS only lets you pick from two different dynamic DNS providers, neither of which I am with. Pretty pointless feature when the customer can't pick which DDNS service they want to use.
