New phone comes tomorrow. I purchased a phone through Mobile Klinik, will use it for 6mos & upgrade. They sell/buy refurbished phones, great accessibility statement & owned by Telus, who provides service for youth leaving care, low-income fams, PWDs & seniors. Happy to support it

TELUS mobility is the most rudest and hardest to work with as a business owner I would think they for one be understanding but no they rather see your family business be nothing then to help for shame

@SaskTel Telus is unlimited data cap at 20gb and then slowed down for 75 a month and if you have multiple lines you save 15$ a month for each 1

@TELUSsupport I was charged 50$ for LESS THAN 10MB of data used. INSANITY! I'm taking both my and my husbands account off Telus and going to Rogers. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. The customer rep was so rude in his tone too!!! HORRIBEL SERVICE

Still can’t get a PS5 and now they’re RAISING the price in Canada to punish me further?!? Maybe I’ll jump ship and get an XBOX instead. Always said I’d never do that. Well, the times they are a-changing! Not impressed with this @PlayStation. I dumped Telus for Shaw. You’re next.
