@cattleNcrops83 @RazMahTaz75 I have the 12 no problems but I’m with Telus here in Ontario

@coxey3492 @sarahkirby_yung @MikeKlassen As would we...there is many conflicting issues...dumpsters are the responsibility of the hauling company ( and they ignore it ), utility boxes of those folks, Coast Mountain on some poles, Telus on others, public property, private property, etc...and the ever present liability.

@CompBureau Having said that, despite the misleading “unlimited” claim, it is very compelling to see the “bundle” reduce the price from the “incumbent” pricing of $85 down to $25 for 25GB. And if someone moves from Shaw to Telus for wireline, their mobile price will go way up.

A red warning sign across the screen"you have no Internet". While I was sleeping Telus tried to install an app; (they & police can send me messages even though I don't have messaging service) but couldn't. Couldn't see what the app was just agree to the terms? Deleted it.

@TELUS You don't desserve any clients if you don't fix this outrageous customer care situation. Your agents are ripping you off, by not doing their job, putting people on hold for ever, or transferring line back in the queue. The level of incompetency ... This is ridiculous.

@gispatch @TELUS I see soft credit check but not a full credit check where it may effect your credit score. That’s way too damn far in my opinion. I have nothing to hide but come on.

@Mintmobile Canadian here. Telus charges me $9 a day to use my phone in the states. I got a free e-sim online with mint and a 3 month plan for $45. Unlimited texting, calling within US and to 🇨🇦 & 🇲🇽, unlimited data while I’m in the states. Great service everywhere I’ve gone in the US.

Ok…venting time. Trying to order Telus cable online. Why the flying **** do you need to pull a full credit check on me. Saying it may effect my credit score. It’s god damn cable, I’m not taking a damn mortgage through you. HARD PASS! 🤬 @TELUS

@TELUSsupport We have a business plan. The question is if the watch needs to have LTE. We have been told both yes and no by Telus support.

@TELUSsupport Today I called Telus customer support to resolve a billing issue. I talked with two representatives in Toronto and was shocked with customer service representatives arrogance. They demonstrated that they do not care for customer service. It is time to find another provider!
