@ThinWhiteDork @Bell I inherited my phone and my contract from work when I left, so I ended up with Telus. That wouldn't have been my choice, but they've been quite good to the point where I haven't switched. The in-person service I've received has been very good.

@RogersBiz You're a terrible business with the worst customer service it's really upsetting that you're taking Shaw from western Canada and replacing it with your crap service. Just means telus gets more business I guess

@joshuahind @IshatReza And Telus wants to charge customers who use a credit card. A trifecta of telecom customer appreciation.

@mapleservo It’s the ‘new customer’ offer; “Hey Telus/bell/ATCO/Epcor/Shaw/ (any other private govt that used to be a public utility) that deal you offered. Can I get that? “No. You’re a loyal customer. Go away for 6 months and let us lure you back, or don’t. We don’t care. Now **** off”

@TELUS it took 3 different customer service agents and about two hours of my day, but my bill went from $493 to $113. Special thanks to the agent who took my concerns seriously and went through my entire bill and found all the overcharges and missed discounts.

@tedcamp I’ll never forget that fact. Reality is, it was all broken before. They just purposely made it worse to introduce a new business model. Virtual healthcare, driven by AI and backed by corporations like Telus (Babylon)
