Well less than a week with my S21 Ultra 5G and the phone is a dud, I talked with Telus tech support on why my brand new phone wasn't receiving proper network speeds, they did everything they could, time to replace phone! It happens I guess. @SamsungMobile @TELUSsupport

After being a @TELUS client for over 25 years & normally bringing my own hardware to the network, having no contract, they'd rather I leave them than fix the mistake they made by advising us OnePlus 5G phones would be supported. They've cost me over $2500 for unsupported phones.

@toobadkittens @TELUS @TELUSsupport That’s who they hire for customer service?

@TELUSsupport @TELUS why is Nippon TV currently playing what is clearly India TV, Bollywood Dancing? It’s so bad how Nippon TV gets dumped all over constantly

  • roxpacheco Rox (@roxpacheco) reported

Today Telus and Fido are fighting to figure out which one provides the most unstable internet. I guess it will be a productive offline day and a very not productive online day.

@SimTess @TELUS FYI Telus have turned off their 2G network, meaning that all of their towers have 3G already. Not sure about that, but I think the major part (if not all of them) also have LTE

  • thomasrandalbe1 thomasrandalbell@gmail.com (@thomasrandalbe1) reported

@LoveElizabest @iristel Same here. Threatening arrest if I don't press 1 to speak with an agent. I managed to stop the calls using Call Control with Telus. It's a fee service and a caller has to press a randomly generated number from 1 to 9 to complete their call. No more robo calls! :)

  • MacMarkkus MacMarkkus (@MacMarkkus) reported

@TELUS Links are broken? Everything returning and server error. Is the site down?

  • John1MD John MD (@John1MD) reported

@TELUS I hope it makes your network more robust. As a doctor, I commonly have to phone patients, nurse etc to relay confidential information and direct critical medical interventions. The rate of bad connections, dropped calls currently makes this verging on "unsafe"

Yet another lost signal @TELUS Optik TV during Global News. Something about the Covid variant. Why is Telus censoring their customers from learning about this?
