@Bzubyk We all know it’s drivel damage control written by a PR hack. What it didn’t say was how they were going to remedy to situation. Probably because that cost $ & everyone knows @Telus is loathe to spend $ on much but virtue signalling PR campaigns.

@richardzussman Finally got thru to the elevator music this morning, then to a real VCH/Telus? person around lunchtime. She was very nice and helpful, but I was obviously her first customer. Took her a long time to wade thru her computer and find the right questions to ask me.

@riarenouf @NEWS1130 @TELUS They actually can't do better, if there home service is any indication

  • LesliBoldt Lesli Boldt (@LesliBoldt) reported

Serious question: did Telus also run the call-centre program in Alberta (one would guess yes)? Did they encounter the same issues there? If not, why not? #bcpoli

  • fslalani Farrukh Lalani (@fslalani) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@TELUSsupport you did not provide ADT service, left us vulnerable, now we call to cancel you tell us breach of contract? I say you breached it. Cancel our account now! #telus #adt #Security

  • Fromthe6041 Fromthe604 (@Fromthe6041) reported

@richardzussman How come the phone is working now. Yesterday he said Telus sucks. Worst rollout ever

  • Baseballma_woo Baseball Mama (@Baseballma_woo) reported

@LizaYuzda @TELUS @NEWS1130 Need to know when Telus was contracted the job and what volume were expected as per contract. Contractor will never blame their employer unless they want to be fired.

  • robbahd Rob Bahd (@robbahd) reported from Delta, British Columbia

@RobShaw_BC @VaughnPalmer @TELUS So these call center agents are Telus employees? Adding agents to answer over a million calls is not going to solve the problem. A supplementary online system would have helped.

  • hockeydraft411 Ron Jones (@hockeydraft411) reported

@richardzussman Who uses Telus and doesn't expect lousy customer service?

  • wendyannasmith wendysmith (@wendyannasmith) reported

@ReneeMerrifiel3 It was a Telus issue, but Of course, you’d make it a bc ndp one. Sad
