@TELUS @TELUSsupport received an email that my #TelusHub has been blocked for being removed from its service location. It has not moved from my living room?? Would love if you could at least TRY to provide me with the internet services I pay for.

  • Byrun_nuryB B👁🏃🏻 (@Byrun_nuryB) reported

@TomPark1n Agreed, but we have throw the BC NDP in there, too. They are allowing health care to fail and Telus to monopolize access.

  • OperatorDX Davidoff (@OperatorDX) reported

@RogersHelps Oh I did contact tech support. They opened a ticket, took 4 days to only close it and say there is no issue meanwhile I was still getting dropped calls and interruptions. Had enough and switched my whole family to Telus.

  • RealBealangi Bernie (@RealBealangi) reported

@pens1487 @TELUS I'm with public mobile. My plan started at $25/month but I've been with them long enough it's down to $20/month. Highly recommend them. (My wife has a plan with them for $10/month).

  • faria_wong Steven (@faria_wong) reported

@TELUS ADT by Telus service is very poor. I seldom call or require assistance. But I dont have the time to be calling. I dont have access to adt by telus app. I never received any instructions. For $60 a month when I have an issue I expect to call ADT once

  • safety1222 Safety First (@safety1222) reported

.@PublicMobile Day 12!! No help yet. Very sad that such a large corporation does not have a single human being for customer support. My issue cannot be resolved with opening a ticket. @TELUS instructed me to tweet to get assistance as the last resort. Still waiting.

  • stuckincentre Bill McStravick (@stuckincentre) reported

@RealAndyLeeShow Telus & Bell share their wireless network, so if Telus is tracking you so is Bell, come on over to Freedom mobile, looks like our new name was kinda prophetic.

  • TELUSsupport TELUS Support (@TELUSsupport) reported

@kehlp Hi! To avoid roaming notifications or charges, you can set up the Network Mode to Manual > TELUS, from the settings of the phone.

  • DFortais Teddy (@DFortais) reported

@michael_byers @adriandix You are spreading false information. This is a private service through Telus which has nothing to do with the BC Govt.

  • faria_wong Steven (@faria_wong) reported

@TELUS service sucks. In 15 years no issues with ADT. Telus ADT down for the past 2 days. No word from TELUS. Unable to control any of my security while travelling. Get out of the business
