    @TELUSsupport Ironic that a "how can we assist" reply doesn't reference anything I actually said. As for contacting Telus after-hours, outsourcing to other countries--those accents are too thick to make a conversation possible. Scripted responses to match scripted phone support, I guess.

    @ctvedmonton My house burned down in October and I too was charged ridiculous amounts of cancellation fees. Telus also was horrible to deal with and kept insisting they couldn’t cancel trying to force me to move the services to a new residence which at the time obvsiouslt didn’t have yet.

    Who else got sucked in to get the Telus TV Mini? My experience has been horrible. Technology should be better but this has seriously digressed #Telus

    I work a side job for Telus International and I can’t even get support help. I wonder how the average customer feels. **** is so cooked.

    @govt_corrupt Signed up to new internet provider after Rogers made Shaw turn to **** and it was included in the price. They're just giving cable away now (really it's just a Telus locked android box and "cable" and internet are the same physical wire and digital signals now anyway, it's all the same now) But if it cost anything we wouldn't have gotten it.

    @brianlilley @AirCanada Same with almost every large company now. Telus, banks, etc. The best part is that your call is taken from another country with an awful connection and speaking very little English.

    @BrandonWealth Switch from $hbie to utes it's a good buy with telus being down that 8-9 price tag is so good.
