    @RichardGrzela @TELUS @koodo @PublicMobile The Netflix app crashing on your mobile device has nothing to do with Telus servers.. uninstall the app and then reinstall it. That should fix your problem

    @TELUS I keep trying to report an area in Nova Scotia that says it should have 5G, but there isn’t any cell service -at all- The map won’t work and I can’t seem to report. What do I do? Building a house and Id like to be able to use my phone?

    The CRTC's decision is in response to a complaint from Videotron against Bell, Rogers and Telus, claiming that the Big Three were inflating the costs of wireless devices in order to charge higher cancellation fees.

    @TELUSsupport after two years of paying enormously for "premium" Telus service, I found out my house had no reception (tech support confirmed) and I've been making all my calls over WIFI. Solution was to offer me a worse plan for more money than the competitors. Solutions?

    The new OS upgrade is still holding my computer hostage. I can't do much of anything while a download is in progress. The slowness is a Telus problem, their Hub only goes as fast as dial up did. It's frustrating.
