    @RichardGrzela @TELUS @koodo @PublicMobile The Netflix app crashing on your mobile device has nothing to do with Telus servers.. uninstall the app and then reinstall it. That should fix your problem

    @MAKHKHKHKHZOUMI @FreedomMobile Because their prices and value save thousands of dollars. I’m part of this outage but this is the first hiccup I’ve had with them in 6 or 7 years I’ve been with them. Compared to Rogers and Telus, freedom is far superior!

    @Bell Canada has the best customer service in Canada. Switched from @TELUS and am so happy. I really don’t like to put it on public domain but @telus has the worst customer service I have encountered. Theirs AI customer service is impossible.

    Hey @TELUS think maybe in southwestern Ontario we could get some better service? I’m dropping calls in the middle of my yard with nothing overhead blocking reception……. Been like this for a while now, nothing new… maybe @Rogers or @Bell can hook my buisness up better??

    @TELUS going on my third day without internet in ontario. I cal telus they blame bell. Call bell they say call telus. Serious flaw to your system buyers beware! Support for your telus home services are impossible. No accountability no control for service

    @Antza79 @JoeHema196604 @JOKAQARMY1 Rogers and Telus have satellite text. I use it all the time 100’s of kilometres away from cell service. Works boxed in by 4 walls with a clear view of the sky, doesn’t work with open surroundings if the sky is blocked by an awning or tree, ceiling of the truck.

    @startca what is with your service? Used to get someone in 30 secs now I've waited over 30 mins 3 days in a row on phone or chat.. such a great acquisition by @telus ruined for customers

    @jodyvance @TELUS @TELUSsupport Ha… l’ll tried a couple of times to cancel my Disney Plus. I pay for this service on my Telus bill and now another separate charge for Disney Plus shows up on my credit card. I can’t imagine what will happen when I call a third time.
