    @RichardGrzela @TELUS @koodo @PublicMobile The Netflix app crashing on your mobile device has nothing to do with Telus servers.. uninstall the app and then reinstall it. That should fix your problem

    @Becky_is_fantas I’ve been with Telus for 10 years or so and never had this issue. Today is the first time I’ve not had service.

    It’s amazing how many @TELUS ads I’ve seen about how much they care about people while I’ve been back and forth with them since Nov over an issue they created and have been unwilling to fix by giving me the runaround. Also being lied to by the management team #badcustomerservice
