  @RichardGrzela @TELUS @koodo @PublicMobile The Netflix app crashing on your mobile device has nothing to do with Telus servers.. uninstall the app and then reinstall it. That should fix your problem

  @fordnation Listen up, your rhetoric about our data was beyond moronic. EVERY SINGLE CANADIAN COMPANY sells our data to whomever they CHOOSE to because YOU half wits allow them to. Rogers/Shaw, Telus, Bell and the list goes on have been doing this for decades. You know since phone books were invented? Clearly you never read the pages in those books, wherein you had to write a letter and mail it in to a PO Box and OPT OUT to prevent them from doing so. Now you're acting like you're concerned about it and think that it just remains in Canada because we're in Canada? EVERY ONE of those corporations has AMERICAN INVESTORS you half wit! There will be NONE left because you keep spewing nonsense you know NOTHING about! NONE of those corporations would survive or even exist without American investors, again because YOU all allowed them to. How many businesses and investments do you have in the US, Doug?   @TELUSsupport thank you Telus for zero help on my technical issues. Almost 3 hours in hold. Talked to rep. He took my number in case of disconnection. Lost call no call back. I hate Telus. Looking for alternative. Internet, phone, tv. Telus hates customers.

  @TELUS @TELUSsupport Is the most frustrating & awful company to deal with. Every other utility allows you to cancel services online. I've been transferred to 3 service reps and on hold for an hour and still cannot cancel. Ridiculous! #telussucks

  God my internet is so slow :/ I have Telus purefibre 250 Mbps and man it is sooo slow to download games or stuff on my laptop like it takes an hour plus. tbh i kinda did forgot what internet plan i actually had (lol) but i thankfully will probably upgrade to either purefibre 1 gigabit or 1.5 gigabit and hopefully i will have much faster speeds :) and once i do that, i will only have to get an Ethernet port installed in my bedroom and then i will finally not have to worry about internet speeds again :3

  @SonyaPaterson Oh geez Sonya, sounds like you've been thru the ringer! We've also had issues with Rogers/Shaw so we moved over to Telus for our cable & internet.

  @JustMeJamie64 Telus is the same. And not always do you get impeccable English. The last time it was India & the background noise was so loud I couldn’t make out what the fellow was saying. Horrible.
