    @RichardGrzela @TELUS @koodo @PublicMobile I'm just a customer of theirs with @PublicMobile. I haven't worked in the mobile phone market since @BlackBerry was cool...

  • joshuahjeaton Joshua Eaton (约书亚伊顿) (@joshuahjeaton) reported from Gaspereau Mountain, Nova Scotia

@RichardGrzela @TELUS @koodo @PublicMobile The Netflix app crashing on your mobile device has nothing to do with Telus servers.. uninstall the app and then reinstall it. That should fix your problem

  • teledestron ★The Evermore Threads of Delusional Terror®★ (@teledestron) reported

Wow!! The Telus Internet connection just got cut and I had to switch to the Huawei mobile network.

  • Adam_James22 adam mcneilly (@Adam_James22) reported

@Nabatron @Sportsnet There's the issue. They rely on the internet to deliver your feed so there are latency issues. Shaw usually doesn't have those issues. Having a group text with people on Telus is hilarious.

  • JasonAMcLean Jason McLean (@JasonAMcLean) reported

The customer service provided by Shaw @Shawhelp is ridiculous. Ask for a bit of understanding and you get zero. If you are with Shaw or thinking about going to Shaw I highly suggest you rethink your options. Telus, Bell and Rogers look mighty attractive right now.

  • stephenbelanger Stephen Belanger (@stephenbelanger) reported

@brycebaril A family friend wrote some stuff on contract for BC Tel (pre-Telus merger) 30 years ago and still has a support contract with them for it that they keep renewing every couple years so presumably they’re still using it. 😱

  • myrealdark Real Dark (@myrealdark) reported

@TELUS How about stop all the feel good BS about "helping" and actually help your customers. You are not a social service agency, you are a business! Where is your customer service? Why not actually spent the extra 1 dollar to have a tracking number when sending SIM cards?

  • AlannaWo Alanna Wong (@AlannaWo) reported

Is there problem with landlines in downtown Vancouver @TELUS @TELUSsupport #phonesnotworking #nocustomersupprt

  • mediamorphis Dwayne Winseck (@mediamorphis) reported

@TraceyLauriault @GovCanHealth @OpenGovCan I would cast it as an issue of data governance that stems from the principle operations of a common carrier, Telus, that collects & commodifies data incidental to its main activity. As such, I think our analysis should start from there.

  • CaptPatrick01 Patrick Lloyd (@CaptPatrick01) reported

@PCBuildingSim After all the **** Telus put me through these last couple years, I would not put it beyond them to wrongfully treat Epic's communication requests to my computer as malicious.

  • ikkonX Brandon (@ikkonX) reported

@noahmt18 @Speirs_Official @Bell_Aliant Weird never seen anyone here with Telus

  • KDburner112 squirt principal (@KDburner112) reported

@WhistlerBlckcmb @TELUS Stfu what ******** are you talking about!? It’s pouring rain all the way to the top.
