    @hotglassofskank @RonnyTheSinner i used to work for telus and had a widow come in to cancel her late husbands cell phone so i had to call corporate and they’re like “we need proof” and she’s like “he died two days ago i don’t have any yet & can’t afford the bill coming out tomorrow” and they said “well too bad!”

    it’s crazy that telus can charge me $135 to cancel my internet service when they do not offer the service at my new house. like that’s a YOU problem.

    How often does everyone else get calls from Telus, or another phone provider? Weekly? I just don't answer anymore. I always told them, don't bother me unless you can give me the same thing I have for less $ or a better plan for the same $. And no, I don't want a new damn phone

    @JustMeJamie64 Indian/Moroccan call and Service centres. All Shaw/Rogers. Other companies like Telus are all Philippino or south American. All from my experiences...

    @TELUS @TELUSsupport 1 hr later no call do had to call in. The frustrating thing is that she didn't want to change anything but Telus is switching boxes, so they force her to upgrade. She told the agent that she's 84 and doesn't understand tech and they told her she'd have to pay to have someone help

    @TELUS all I want to do is cancel. Can’t do it in store. Call and wait 30 minute to be told it’s closed now. Can’t wait to never go back
