    Dealing with @TELUS is HORRIBLE. We keep getting promised things by representatives and then them not following through. Really regretting switching to them right now. Really tempting to go back to our old provider

    @AkraM_PoweR @koodo This company is absolute crap. Leave if you can. I was with them since the start, and their move to Telus in the last couple of years has ruined them. Do not but a certified pre owned phone from them. They will send you an old phone.

    @neilsingh121 @TELUS @TELUSsupport I have never experienced more contemptible service. The discounts they gave me haven’t been worth it. Likely going to change phone providers too based on how awful this experience has been.

    My building is getting @TELUS fibre installed. Last week they held an event in our lobby to get us to sign up, which I did. I was told they would come to install tomorrow at 3pm. 10 minutes ago, I got an email confirming an appointment for NEXT WEEK?? What the actual ****, Telus.

    @woody_VA We are with Telus and all was well; then new phones about 3 weeks ago and now reception is awful. Dead zones and dropped calls. I thought it was the new phones but sounds system wide?
