@ADT by @TELUS is a ******* joke. Tech support is absolutely garbage. Beware people

Ugh @TELUS telemarketer calls us last night. Has a useless script she’s relentlessly following with no apparent direction. When I say “sorry can you get to the point because we’re eating dinner” she just hangs up on me. WTF? Great way to treat long term clients 🙄😡

  • iservice 𝙄𝙖𝙣 𝙎𝙚𝙧𝙫𝙞𝙘𝙚 (@iservice) reported

The process of switching to an eSIM with Telus is surprisingly stupid. If you order online, it's $10 + tax and then you have to wait days for them to mail you a card (instead of, y'know, just emailing you a QR code).

  • gbhicks gb hicks (@gbhicks) reported

@TELUSsupport question: if i'm a Canadian customer of Brinks Home Security, and I'm now under the Telus banner for billing, do I continue to contact BHS if i need anything replaced or repaired?

  • malcolm8 Malcolm van Delst (@malcolm8) reported

Hi @telus, still waiting for that call back, going on 3 hrs now. The number listed on your site for cancelling service doesn't work and I can't even re-request a call via your virtual assistant. It's not working either.

@kohkeymuncher That was me when I would use wifi with Shaw. Now wired with Telus and my network performance stays as flat as my singing.

  • fanCRTCProfling Commissioner Miner (@fanCRTCProfling) reported

@computra Telus said it was integrated into their network, which means a whole new slew of things. Yet, no notice, no nothing.

  • LouWow Linda Watkins (@LouWow) reported

@CanadianFlash54 Had the Telus guy here for another reason and he looked into the app. There is a problem at their end. You need to call support.

  • KatieIBLNathan1 Katie I. B. L. Nathan (@KatieIBLNathan1) reported

@TELUS @Telus their mistake. They put me through to Web services and I speak to Kathe who says “no, we can’t fix this You need customer care.” She says she will get customer service on the phone and explain the situation before she transfers me. Seconds later I am transferred…cont’d
