    @TELUS hello Telus, why do a customer have to wait over an hr to talk to a CSR? This is totally unacceptable esp. when you started charging for making payments with credit card, yet ZERO improvement! Come on! Stop being a jerk company.

    @TELUS I want pik tv to work natively on my Samsung smart tv, or cancel my service. Your chatbot didn't know your hours, and your phone service didn't either. "We look forward to your call during regular business hours"...right, well tell me what they are then!

    @raghu_venugopal The govt is pushing policies that waste resources. Read the fine print on web sites out up by for-profit businesses like Telus. On line docs are limited in what they can diagnose. How many people do they send to the ER with problems that could be dealt with by a family doc?

    @TELUS Your service in Sechelt on Texada island is pathetic. As in dropped calls. So I switched to Rogers. At least they have connection here. Weird though because your company used the same cell tower AFAIK
