    @TELUS @TELUSsupport I’m not sure what is going on with your company anymore but I just had the most horrific incident with one of your telephone agents. I was gaslit, lied to, and treated like scum. I’m almost in tears. @Shawhelp can you do better? I give up.

    @raeintheworld @TELUSsupport Telus screwed me over twice trying to get it installed. Twice I tried to give them my business & they dropped the ball by just not showing up. First time they cancelled the appt the day before, but didn't bother to notify me as I took day off work. Terrible customer service.
