Got love Telus when @telusmobility customer service tells us, they sent us a text (nope).. then backtracked we sent you an email (nope). Then can't actually tells us what day they sent it either. After we ran searches, then told oh well. Feel bad for their customers #telus #avoid

@JohnHaleCrimLaw When I called to cancel with TELUS, they put me through to ‘Customer Retention’ (I asked to speak to them on my first call, but they wouldn’t transfer me). All of a sudden, we had a great deal! So I canceled SHAW. 2/

Management team @TELUS is an absolute **** show. Requested to have services put in 2 weeks BEFORE my move in date.After 3 failed attempts I’ve spent 2 weeks living in a home without any wifi, phone, cable. Maybe if you coordinated your installation teams something would get done

@reliefinplace @JustinTrudeau It's was approved after Bell & Telus both revealed $700M is investments with Huawei over the last 3 years and they wanted the Feds to pay that back. I've ditched @telus after 15 years as a customer because of it.
