    @TELUSsupport Not sure why I continue with Telus. Their service is poor, their wifi is a joke. Things better drastically improve or Shaw- here I come!

    @TELUS Wi-Fi down for 3 days in January leading to a ridiculous bill as we had to rely on LTE. Any chance of a refund? for the overages?

    @SLN74849293 That’s what they are sitting on but why do they allow the big 3 (Bell, Telus,Rogers) to buy up any and all competition? This is an oligopoly through and through. It’s corrupt Australia and Ireland had this problem but their governments lived up to their promise to change it. 😳

    @GhostOf_J What network are you using if you don't mind me asking. I'm on Telus, and it's been wonky for a few weeks, even my home wifi cuts in and out erratically

    @TELUSsupport The only help you offer is the help yourself option where Telus gets more wealthier and their shareholders, while, us, the consumer, get to bear the brunt of the cost of doing business so you can get bonuses and pay increases, assuming you are using the same technologies we paid

    @Animus_Diagolon ****. We need to move ips providers closer to the top of our lists. Everyone has a list right? TELUS took 2400 outta my account by "accident"👀. Absolutely will not ever give it back. Instead I have a credit but I also got sent another bill! We should Kill Bill.
