    @AlexDividend Do you believe in bce? People cutting cable, landlines. Really internet and cell service all that remains. I prefer Telus for that reason. Focused.

    Child is covid + Needs meds for unrelated routine issue Exhausted all avenues to get the med and have been told our only option is wait or go to ER. It's not an ER issue but will be if we wait. 🤬 I refuse to use Telus health so ... I don't know what to do.

    @TELUSsupport I submitted my a ticket aka complaint to Telus fibre build team no one has gotten back to me. Because y’all can continue to offer me copper but not fibre 🥲

    @TELUS I’ve been a customer for almost 30 years & am frustrated by the inability to reach support. It’s 8 pm …the site says 24/7 support… so untrue. Situation requiring the ability to speak with someone. Tried more than once this week. Looking for a new provider.

    I don't have internet today like i thought i would because @TELUS has piss poor inter-departmental communication, and out of date building records, and the technicians have to wait on hold in order to get anything done. Thanks for the excellent service!!

    @telus you’ve dropped the ball huge. No call back. No proper explanation why MLB network isn’t on, regardless the fact I paid for it a week ago. Call me back even tho your number says “we are closed” when I know y’all answer calls 24/7 6049970636 Maybe I can catch the last inning

    @Novusnow The network is acting up again around 6pm 7th April . Download speed is around 15mbps. It was painful to work on it. Now seems recovered. I need stability novus. The recent network seems not quite stable . I am concern. If I have to pay more to Telus , I may have to
