@TELUS @TELUSsupport Hi, Are you guys charging for inapp purchase of $20 from last 2 months. When I went to store about this thing they say call to 611 and when I call to customer service sorry we dont have excess to this details. Please refund my last month money else I switch.

  • penphoe Darren Yung (@penphoe) reported

@PeterVogel @Geekomak I don't even have a Telus connection to my house! Never bothered to get it re-connected when we tore and rebuilt our house.

  • PeterVogel Peter Vogel (@PeterVogel) reported

Annoyed that @TELUS has sent a letter to my mother saying she must upgrade her copper landline to the company's fibre network. The letter uses the phrasing "this upgrade is mandatory." Only when pressed at a supervisory level does Telus agree that this statement is not true.

  • McOilers McOilers (@McOilers) reported

It's quite likely that if a contest were to be held for the worst functioning website on Earth, Telus would win it in a landslide. That site is painful to try to use. Forget about it if you're on a mobile device, it ain't happening.

  • HaroldFeitNS Harold Feit (@HaroldFeitNS) reported

@PeterVogel @TELUS That definitely won't go over well in Atlantic Canada right now for customers of bell who are still on legacy copper for phone line. Outages of one service should NOT cripple all services offered, especially not when 911 access is being put in jeopardy.

@ShaneWilk41 Regional blackout here in Alberta. Fak. Wish TSN on Telus would be more clear on these on their guide.

  • odawgmech1 Odawg (@odawgmech1) reported

Thoughts on your phone provider please. @TELUS isn’t doing it for me 20 ish years can’t even get a hold of customer service 1 hr 20 mins and then they hung up on me

  • KPalmerGordon KPalmerGordon (@KPalmerGordon) reported

OK @TELUSsupport & @TELUS let's try this again. I can't get into live chat. The call-back booked for 7.30 happened, except that when I pressed 1 to speak to an agent, the call ended on me. You have incorrectly billed me for roaming in the US. Fix now (B4 I lose the will to live).

  • Carebags Carebags (@Carebags) reported

@telus super bad business move to charge a fee for credit card use. Businesses use CC for pain free tracking of expenses. What Credit cards charge you is your cost of doing business - NOT mine. YOU Will LOSE your customer base. We definitely be moving to @FidoSolutions

@peggy_blair I switched to Telus years ago, and have loved the fact that I get service where ever anyone else does!
