  @JulieRohrYEG @Shaybeerta @ShawInfo I have had problems when a neighbour is on the same Shaw or Telus channel as my router. Shaw would know how to fix that remotely by accessing your router .

  Hey @TELUS and @TELUSsupport - I have to bring my phone back and two different stores telling me I need to request a mailer to send it, two call centre operators told me there are no mailers, please get it together. Worst, most disorganized service ever.

  Is your DSL network having issues @TELUSsupport? Your reps don't give me a straight answer. My bonded connection has packet loss on the downstream, which is very noticeable on VOIP/video calls. Impossible to have a good quality call, regardless of being wired/wireless. #Telus

  @kootscrutinizer Hi Greg, Just curious if you're experiencing any issues with video calls or VOIP, due to the throttling you mentioned? Nothing with my connection has changed, but I'm having similar issues. I asked the support reps, but they refused to give a straight answer. @TELUSsupport #Telus

  I have never been so pissed off with a service provider. 5 hours and counting (plus being hung up on once) for internet help. Sitting on hold again. Peace out @TELUS , I’ve had a lot of time to look at different providers today.

  @koodo I received the utmost worst customer service from a Koodo/ @TELUS location now even 15 minutes ago. This young man was obnoxious, condescending, and outright rude to me. On top of that his mask was hanging below his nose.
