@NiceViolinBoy @eir @eircare Same. Just waiting for my kit. Got the same issue with Telus over here. Except their technicians actually admitted they oversold their mobile internet units and the network is toast because of it. lol.

@TELUS my bill for your poor wifi has gone up but the problem has not been fixed. And now you want to come rip up my house to put in fiber optics? I shouldn't have to pay more for the same low quality of service. Refund me for the increase & stop the increases. #telus

@76pedrosilva @jkenney @TELUS Maybe they can fix their customer service too. I'm sick of these "qualified technicians" doing nothing more than suggesting to unplug the modem then plug it back in. Like I never even thought of that Telus

Well moved to telus but will now will cancel as every time we want to call a friend in Grand Cayman it is blocked. When we finally get through to ask why, the answer is security! After much argument they put us through only to block us on the next call

@TELUSsupport I have made calls to your customer service. With responses justifying the increases being due to expanding telus infrastructure. My service has remained constant. No notable improvements. Just an increase in bills.

Disappointed with a company like @TELUS !! Ripping customers !! Shocked to get a bill of 200 dollars for not even using the service !! When I called to discuss , I was told there is nothing that can be done !! It surprises me how companies like @TELUS allow all of this ?

@jkenney @TELUS You can shove Telus up your derriere. They are behind that Babylon app, and absolutely no way would I want to work for them. Nor will I support this company in any aspect at all.

It makes me sad when customer service representatives think they need to constantly ask you to be patient with them without provocation. Why are people so rude to people that are trying to help them? Let's be a little kinder. Shout out to the incredibly helpful people at @TELUS
