@TELUSsupport Why? Your agent already told me on the phone there’s NO way for her to reach a supervisor - never heard of not being able to reach your own supervisor before - but she submitted a ticket and hopefully someone will call me back in a few days she said 🙄 #Telus #TelusDoesntCare

I should add #shaw was on time, no screw ups ahead of time, took 30 minutes to get it working. #telus disconnected us two weeks too soon and had to reconnect the old address, arrived on time for install that took over two hours, had fibre problems but fixed, only wifi & TV.

@TELUSsupport i have just been scammed by telus .. i never opted in for a plan an unknown agent left a note that i called in to make changes to plan .. DO NOT CHEAT PEOPLE .. I AM REALLY UPSET AND DISAPPOINTED WITH TELUS. I wish I never had done any business with you.
