Did @Shawhelp seriously just tank Edmonton and surrounding area’s internet? Wow. I miss @TELUS. I never had any outages like this when I was with them. This is crazy.

  • BluePa1nt Martin (@BluePa1nt) reported

@TELUS Don’t worry @TELUS. @elonmusk and Starlink will be the solution. You and the other big two had plenty of time and investment to fix this. Move over.

  • rishionweb Rishi Bhasin (@rishionweb) reported

Pathetic customer service from @Fidomobile. It has been more than 2 weeks and they failed to ship my wife's new SIM because of incorrect address. After multiple call backs still there has been no progress. This is when she is transitioning from Telus to @Fidomobile. Sad

@TELUS telus internet has been dropping for two weeks and Tech Support says...there's an outage it's being worked on and there's no end date. Yet when I check the outage map there's nothing indicated. So, are they just jerking me around or incompetent.

  • cealsin Cealsin (@cealsin) reported

@ShawInfo How come my internet turns off every day for 10 or more minutes? I never had this issue with Telus. I work from home during the day and night and depend on my internet, I pay over a hundred dollars a month I expect better service. #straightenup #CustomerExperience

  • jarid_snow J. Snow (@jarid_snow) reported

@TELUS @TELUSsupport what the heck is going on with your mobile reception!! I’m outside, in the middle of town, atop a hill and there’s 1 bar of reception?! This has been ongoing for a week now! #fail #substandard #yyt

  • Lidsville Lindsay Brown (@Lidsville) reported

..Why do we never consider that BC Hydro could put solar panels on your roof? They'd belong to BC Hydro & you wouldn't have to shell out. You only pay for the service. It's like Telus or Shaw technically owning your modem. This is FAR cheaper than #SiteC for both BC Hydro & us...

@lockedlois Yea... our internet speed and prices are some of the shittiest available tbh. Bell/Rogers/Telus are so ******* bad

  • jfmezei Jean-François Mezei (@jfmezei) reported

So, from a lobbying point of view, Bell, Telus and Rogers will have a golf game with Minister and PMO staff to decide on how to proceed and what decisions the CRTC should be told to issue and when. None of the 3 want MVNO, would much prefer weak/indy Freedom.
