Almost 50 and annoyed when people I PAY for services like @bellcanada @HydroOne and @TELUS send me a bill by email and REQUIRE me to log into their website to view and print my bill. It’s a **** move. Just email the dam bill. A pdf is great! Or MAIL it! I miss SERVICE!

@TELUS may have cheaper plans and deals, but it's all useless when nothing else functions. Self serve, account management, and customer support are so useles and unintuitive it's laughable. Can't add second emails for billing, can't authorize users, security page is all errors.

@TELUS I placed an online order for a small business mobility plan 5 days ago and I am now trying to get status(via web and phone chat) and it is so frustrating as agents keep transferring me to different departments. Even though I have a confirmation of my order no one can help!

@TELUSsupport What support really? Just got off the worst call you can imagine. Overcharged on my bill and when the rep couldn’t explain it, put me on hold and transferred knowing the office is already closed. Such a disappointment with you Telus
