@TELUSsupport Yes I’ve tried uninstalling/reinstalling many times. No luck on any iOS device (iPhone, or Apple TV) Old app worked fine. On the Telus neighbourhood forum they said there may be a “back end”problem with the account on the new app. Haven’t heard anything back from support yet…

@MoistlySpeaking @DanAshtonBC Not entirely. They shut down Dr “Money over people” Day (for now). They are investigating Telus Health for violating CHA. They funded massive care aide training. CommieKev would never have done those things.

Could not get online today for 12 hours. Bloody #Telus and their #SmartHub. They never take responsibility for it not working. My computer is 2 years old & the sun was shining today. What's their excuse now? They keep billing me for it. Promised a year ago to send out a tech.

@TELUS @TELUSsupport I called customer service today to ask why my bill increased and see if I can get it fixed. I basically had one of the worst customer service, agent was like I can do a discount then after few seconds unfortunately I can’t do and repeat it again and again.
