I keep getting emails from @TELUS to refer coworkers to the EPP. Only issue with your system is that emails coming from Telus don't get through our corporate firewall. Fix your referral program.

@kevinmcdougald @jdobbin @TELUS If I was a benevolent dictator i would not only lower barriers but nationalize telecom infrastructure. I think it's absurd to have cell phone towers in triplicate, and it creates it's own barriers to entry and inhibits service to remote areas

@Bryson_M @DwarvenNonsense What file is this Bryson? On Mobile side, I spotted a few people who never received their "gift credit card", or the gift card was not valid when they used it. Spotted these the past month or so while looking at Sim Swap Fraud on the mobile forums. Both on Telus & Bell I believe.

@Vitormarciano @timquerengesser They’ve actually addressed this a bit -speaking as someone who lives downtown- Telus is now doing a lot of internet downtown now and as someone who works from home almost exclusively since March I have had no issues since I switched over

@TELUS You have some of the worst sales tactics I have ever encountered. Call to say you want to upgrade the cables, and then try to issue a new 2yr contract, with no mention of it.

@infidelatheist @TELUS But the service must be improving so much.

Anyone else in Vancouver having problems with Telus? I'm being told there's an outage in the "area" but I haven't seen or heard any complaints from anyone else...

@kevinmcdougald @jdobbin @TELUS Nationalize the infrastructure but have open competition on the service side. Better coverage, lower prices, more choice. Maybe I'm crazy.
