    @TELUSsupport Telus, Last year, my lawn was dug up to get fibre optic service by June 2022. It's March 2023, do you have an ETA on offering fibre service to West Springs Calgary?

  • LakeErieVlogger Nigel Hay (@LakeErieVlogger) reported

    Living in a border town, @Rogers let me down with its poor service in many areas here. Unable to be mobile and Livestream events as the connection is better on a US signal in Canada than Rogers or Telus.

    @TELUSsupport Of course the issue is unresolved. Telus canceled lir appointment without telling us. Then they made another appointment and another no show. Then they say they can’t give us internet at all. Lol. But don’t worry. We are now Shaw customers. 3 Cell phones soon too.

    @VeganSteve420 @DrKateTO @Bell Does Telus force all their techs to wear some goofy useless thing on their face at the whim of a customer? What if the customer demanded no clothing at all? Or only pink shirts. Where would it end?

  • haejules Jules (@haejules) reported

    @TELUS Been on the phone for 2 hours & provided proof of purchase from Apple. Yet, being billed as if I purchased it from TELUS. This all happened because I tried to hook up my watch to the TELUS network and they must have miscoded it on my account as a purchase. #telusscam #crtc

  • Antelopeed Antiquated Antelope (@Antelopeed) reported

    @TELUS Oh sorry, I wasn’t clear. My iPhone said 5G, but theirs said 5G+. Why don’t I get 5G+ on @TELUS? Does @Bell have a better network?

  • Senstwutter Marnaensfan (@Senstwutter) reported

    @TELUS calling me with its usual “loyal customer call”. Every time they call now I say “ I’ve been with Telus, almost 20 years and all the times that you call me you’ve never offered me a loyal customer deal that was worthwhile. I do not want more stuff. I want lower rates.”
