  I love @TELUS @TELUSsupport. Book an install for Friday past and they tell me there's an issue outside that there is no splitter installed when a @TELUS technician was paid to have 2 installed and put it in the system that he had done the work. 1/?

  @TELUSsupport We are a city owned rental building that was already PROMISED OPTIK TV in Oct 2019. Okay so COVID slows things down but TELUS has NO IDEA IF AT ALL if they will install OPTIK here. It was just a marketing SCAM. We all know it, TELUS knows it and now hopefully TWITTER knows it.

  @VanStreetDog #Telus is using workers from other countries yet many of them are not properly trained and working from home, leaving Cdns not getting clarification on their account problem. When you can hear the chickens in the background...just saying.
