For a phone company @TELUS sure is hard to get ahold of. Is ****** customer service a valid reason to cancel a contract? #telusholdtime #telus

  • Homekitgeek Chris Young (@Homekitgeek) reported

@pvrfan @ShaneOSullivan I’ve had it in Rogers for more than a decade. Telus also support for sure.

  • scienceSkori Logan Skori (@scienceSkori) reported

@dshaydon1 @elonmusk Telus hub was $130/month and starlink $150/month. For the extra $20/mo it’s well justified. Average speed with the telus hub was just under 10 mbps which is garbage

I've noticed at some point that Telus no longer blocks access to the external IP of your router from your internal network. I can finally stop using dnsmasq to override Route53 when I'm at home, one less thing to deal with (and it's just web pages, performance isn't a concern).

  • MistialD Mistial Developer (@MistialD) reported

@TELUSsupport I was trying to file a ticket about Static IPs. The #telus ticket system broke. I spent nearly two hours on phone instead, transferred to multiple people who couldn’t help, and the guy who said he’d call back in 15 minutes didn’t. I think the IP allocation was wrong too.

Cool! Just got off the phone with @TELUS @TELUSBusiness and found out that my former ADT business alarm system has not been communicating or monitored since APRIL, but nobody told me, and they have been charging me the whole time. Is CRTC the place to make a complaint?

@TELUS you have the worst home internet in the world. THE WORLD I TELL YOU

  • originalroyboy Ross Roy 🇨🇦 (@originalroyboy) reported

@TELUSsupport Nope. Not visiting your website or troubleshooting @TELUSsupport It’s not my issue to fix, it’s yours. Surely you are aware of the terrible service dozens of us Telus subscribers are experiencing. I’ve heard from many people who say it’s been going on for months. Fix it please.

  • nellis1963 dayrdee (@nellis1963) reported

Amazing here in Canada we pay some of the highest rates for mobile and internet in the world. One would think #telus would have better customer service from customers that have no service. My home business has lost a days revenue because #telussupport can't fix the internet.
