@SoniaSAslam Like! Yeah! Everyday.. sometimes 2x-3x’s complained to Telus..blocked! But… no effort to help the consumer due to their vulnerabilities and just not interested in trying to solve this menace!

@Fidomobile @Fidomobile Just received a $235.00 bill when you assured me all overages would be waived and I ‘didn’t have to do anything on my end.’ @TELUS directly emailed waiving ALL fees for us to end of year, never mind overages. Maybe you should do the same for not living up to ur word.

@scoopercooper @alexboutilier @amandacconn Instead of compensating Telus for what they should have known in the first place, it might be wiser to reward Shaw for not going down the Huawei disaster highway. At least switch providers.
