  @icenineleafs @araghougassian how is the reception and is there ability for wifi calling? My daughter was on Freedom last year, but had poor reception at her school, and in other places she frequents (she's a rep hockey player, lots of arenas), where Telus has been great. It's a bit more money ($37/mth) tho

  Haven’t had a family doctor for over five years now. 🇨🇦 Try to sign up with some online company called Maple: sure no problem, take all my info….then they hit you with “join for $85 / mth.” Try sign up with Telus MyHealth: sure no problem, take all your info…no appointments available. Checked three months out. Canadian health care is so bad. Our BC government runs >$10B deficit, yet outcomes are simply terrible. Luckily, I live near Washington USA. Maybe I’ll just get a doctor down there to finally see how expensive it really is (or is not).

  @MPelletierCIO @TELUS is so badly run. I went months dealing with them installing fiber to my door and when it was finally time to light it up, a rep came to the door asking for my ID to run a hard credit check. Hard pass on that for a monthly subscription. So I am not a Telus customer.

  @ctvedmonton My house burned down in October and I too was charged ridiculous amounts of cancellation fees. Telus also was horrible to deal with and kept insisting they couldn’t cancel trying to force me to move the services to a new residence which at the time obvsiouslt didn’t have yet.

  @TELUS @mmabrey1 We finally checked with our neighbours, whose TELUS service is working perfectly. When we brought this up to your team on our latest call—which we have now been stuck on for over an hour—the story suddenly changed. Now we’re being told there hasn't been a disruption in our area.

  3 hours on the phone with tech support yesterday for a family member. He failed to mention moving the dsl cable from one port to a different one on the router. Service tech was here today and switched ports and fixed the issue. Do better @TELUS your customer service is a joke.
