@PCPressOffice @fordnation Run big count fibres right beside these tracks and roads, connect everyone, don't count on Bell or Rogers or Telus or Shaw (especially the losers at Shaw, I work for Freedom mobile, they were going to shut us down) there is no $ in it for them.

@TELUSsupport Is there any support left in Canada? How do I speak to someone in Loyalty in Canada? Do I really need to change providers to pay a reasonable price for home services? #Telus

you realise you’ve been socialised by nz mobile phone companies like @2degreesmobile into expecting to wait literally hours for customer service to pick up the phone - when you freak out that someone at telus picks up in five mins 😱

2/2. So now @Telus wants us to pay $480 to replace the free equip they provided us 😳. Oh, and continue to pay for the service. Trying to wrap my head around how their bad judgement call becomes my issue. #shoppingfornewinternet

The kicker is I don't even ******* have Telus internet! But I had to let them in to do this crap both days. Had to lose out on 3 hours of paid work over this, for a company I don't even use. Good job Telus 👍

@TELUSsupport what the hell is wrong with the @TELUS network in Ottawa? Only connectivity I’m getting is by tethering to my FIDO phone :( (and according to the Telus app: i have plenty of data left ) Network management is tough right now, but people are depending on you!!!

@TELUSsupport Yes. Years actually. I’ve been yelling at you guys (unfortunately you & your social media team who have nothing really to do with it get the worst) but since Feb 2021 I’ve been complaining to you guys just on Twitter. I’m going to be a former 20 year Telus customer real soon
