    I need internet for my work. Can't even use my telus mobile data to tether to my pc. 4G is very slow.

    @TELUS worst customer service. Worst sale reps. We were promised a lower bill by the sales rep who signed us up for telus. We ate paying 100s more.We also wanted to play off our tab for our phones so we setup lumps sum payments ture out we cannot do that.

    @TELUSsupport with internet and cell service down in NE Calgary will Telus be offering credits for the disruption of service since myself and family work from home we now can't work today so now your outage is also taking money out of my pocket

    @TELUS 2/2 ..agent who answered said he only does US. Installer gave me a new number. Got slam dunked onto hold. Agent who answered filled out an “action request”, said I would hear back in 24 hours. Emailed the sales guy and told him to cancel the account and remove the system.

    @Minerkyle0118 @Epic_PB29 @TELUSsupport I'm in Redstone and my Telus services are out... my phone is Roger's and the internet seems to be slow as well.
