The most frustrating service I use is by far the #telus Pik TV app. Difficult to navigate and consistently locks me out. I don’t experience this with any other streaming service. I can’t believe how poorly it is designed.

Hey @ADT in Canada , I think you’re @TELUS now. Honest question here- are you only targeting security solutions for new or existing Telus customers? As a non-Telus, current ADT customer, it’s proven very hard to get service solutions.

@yul_native I assumed the urban area was well covered by Shaw and their Rodgers partner. Never had a problem with Telus service anywhere in Metro Vancouver
