    @SassyKru @Bell_Support @JeffkSato I pay 165$ for home security, tv, internet 125, and cell service 20gig data Telus is way better than bell. Paid for my cell phone with 5gig was 100$ a month. Best switch ever. And now seeing the stunt they pulled on the workers at TSN they’ll never get 1 cent out of my pocket

  • ClintSteer Clint Steer (@ClintSteer) reported

    @notontvotoole Yesss! Preach, Dan! I hate @Bell for all the years of shitty service I have received from them and your firing might just put me over the top to make the change. Hey @Telus, gonna be a free agent soon, what ya offering me?

  • loweski94 Chris (@loweski94) reported

    After months of not having @TELUS plague my life with their bad equipment and even worse services they still managed to find a way to ******* in the ***. The only equipment left with me after I gave them the boot was one “smart” lock that died tonight when I changed the batteries

  • hounder55 Release the Hounds (@hounder55) reported

    @RSVanCity @TELUSsupport We are on a rural internet hub that uses cell service. Telus is aware that their infrastructure is insufficient to handle the extra bandwidth being used (especially during Covid). We often get download speeds of less than 5 Mbps during peak times😬

  • BrianFairbroth4 Brian Fairbrother (@BrianFairbroth4) reported

    Wow #Telus @TELUS 2 hours on hold for support with no answer. You force us to migrate from TELUS email to GMail and it doesn’t work with Apple mail on a Mac and we can’t get help! I bet Shaw Cable loves it.

  • SkillessMrT Justin Patten (@SkillessMrT) reported

    @TELUSsupport No problem, I hope we can fix it. The Telus provided Android box says it needs an update but there is no room. We've added nothing to the box. The box won't work without the update.

    @Water_Steve @PrivacyPrivee From what I see online, and only online from people caught in Sim Swaps, Telus is likely the worse CellCo out there. Of the Telus Brands, Koodo and Public Mobile (mobile for poor people, lack of better word) *appears* to be the worse.

  • tadmilmine Bullying Ends Here (@tadmilmine) reported

    (3) IMEI if it was from a phone. Even if the account is deleted the provider still has this information. This will also provide me the service provider (Telus for instance) on who provides the internet service used to send the messages.

    @Purge321 Oh and **** you Telus !
