I’ve had three techs out here. They installed a second ADSL line to compensate for the lack of signal strength. Yet I’ve been paying the same for 10 MB/s this whole time. I was promised Fibre a year ago in my neighborhood. Another promise @TELUS failed to keep.

@TELUSsupport Canadian phone companies are leeches. Not enough competition here like in USA/Asia, so y’all mistreat customers like GARBAGE. Nah. Not taking it anymore. I’m forever done w/telus after this. Imagine being hospitalized & Telus wants to cut you off for being 2 weeks late LOL gross.

@Rogers Can’t wait for my plan to end then I am going on the Telus Family Plan. Sick of my phone not working over 50 -70% of the time for over the last 11/2 yrs. It’s become a real safety issue for me. Too unreliable!

Worst customer service from @TELUS. They cancelled our account instead of putting it on hold while we are moving! And now they expect us to pay the charges. Do not recommend them

@cbcnewsbc @ItsBCJim This is a telus pysop blaming an innocent beaver for their outage caused by their experimental, and controversial, bit torrent limiters. The only thing being chewed is my *** with this overage fees from Telus!

Anywhere else in the world get screwed over for cell service the way we do in Canada by @Bell_Support @TELUS and @RogersHelps ? Approx. $90-100 for the calling plan alone. The Samsung Fold is either $40 a month & give it back after 2 yrs or pay $750 OR pay $90 a month for 2 yrs.

@jephjacques I always worry that I have annoyed people with being myself. I dont remember you ever making things awkward, I was probably worrying about myself making things awkward to a high degree. Sorry about our Doctor shortage. Ben has been using the Telus service.
