@TELUS for the 4th time. My tech to fix my broken service has not show up... this matter was escalated to EMT before. Still broken services and still no tech... no one answers the phone when I call. I've currently been on hold for 1 hour 45 minutes

So thanks to Telus cancelling my tv and internet package all in one blow when I only wanted to cancel the internet and charging me extra for it, I have no way to watch the final and can’t even find a ****** stream.
