@charlesadler I have to disagree. The leadership of the CPC & it's predecessors are / were full of evangelical nut jobs like Preston Manning & Stockwell Day. If this was widely known by the public, CPC support would drop dramatically. Proof? Day was dropped as a Telus director over 1 comment.

@AdamWylde So, I'm a little behind on my SDPN listening, but I thought Canada has 3 big telecommunications companies running all of the mobile market? Rogers, Bell & Telus. I have always heard it described as the big 3 not Big 2. Either way it still sucks.

Last year I switched to Public Mobile and now only pay $38/mon+tax for 5GB data on 3G network. Now they are offering $43/mon+tax for 6GB on 4G so I think I'll upgrade. Still way cheaper than I was paying for Telus. Here's my refer-a-friend code for $10 off first month. NKJ5X4

@TELUSsupport @TELUS for the last 48 hours we have been without internet at the new place because the previous resident did not cancel their internet despite telling TELUS well in advance about the move.

@TrueNorthCentre I am torn. Telus, Bell, Rogers, Shaw & Eastlink built the infrastructure in 🇨🇦 & in places rode in on each other’s work. 💰 recovery should be permitted. The market they serve is much smaller that that in the US. How is gouging defined? Who regulates profit? Lastly Rogers sucks.

But looks like your team does care about loyal customers. They are only stuck with your dated processes which make customer run from one channel to the other with no resolution. Time to switch. @TELUS @Bell do you guys care for customers? Or do you guys follow the @Fidomobile way

Experiencing an internet and cell outage here in Whitney, Ontario. Luckily we have Starlink as a backup here and this is the second time it's come in handy this month 🙃 Any insight @TELUS ? @Bell ?

The Telus health phone service is a gross step towards privatization. Adrian Dix, quit shrugging, we know doctor shortages won't be fixed quickly, but shut down the Telus service (yes, you can) and start a similar public service w/o $4000 annual fee they charge.
