    Me and the hubby are considering switching to Telus Fibre for our internet. We have no problems with the quality of Shaw, but b/c we’re mobility clients, Telus is offering GB fibre for $75 plus a bill credit. So honest opinions on quality plz! Anyone have Fibre w/Telus? 1/2

    @freedomsupport Will you be offering the Pixel 6 Pro on release day? If so, which colours & storage options? I'm a long time Freedom customer but Telus is offering pre-registration for the Pixel 6, and I need to upgrade to the 6 the moment it's released (my Pixel 2XL is dying)

    @SamsungCanada To be clear, this isn't an order placed directly by me to you. I'm talking about @SamsungCanada not supplying devices to providers in Canada (Bell, Telus, etc.) They are unable to fulfill orders and yet continue to market your phones. THAT Is the issue.

    . @TELUS @TELUSsupport honestly the worst service and customer support I’ve ever experienced. Multiple times now have promised to follow up and then nothing. I’m not one to go public about this kind of thing but this has been such a joke. Awful is an understatement

    @TELUSBusiness We have Telus Business with some of our work cell phones. The experience with the agents on the phone makes me hang up and say how much I hate Telus. Customer service has changed in the last five years with Telus to where I used to support Telus but not anymore.

    WOW @TELUSsupport @TELUS been trying to set up call control on my mobiles & have been waiting for an hr. I call the # on the website through my Telus for this purpose. Waited 30 mins, was flogged off as “it was the wrong dept” & now have been waiting 30 mons more.Horrible service

    @DavidDarcia @CHEK_News flip phones are outdated and don’t have the tech to function with our current infrastructure and society. it’s not just about making calls. maybe telus and apple are working together to bring down costs and if they aren’t then it’s a criticism of capitalism & profit over people
