Reality is @BellMediaPR does not give a **** about the west. Support @telus and @shaw who considers us on the pacific actual people. I know we have our issues with these companies as well but at least we are a focus for them

I did a phone swap with @apple after some issues but can't send the old one back because I'm in quarantine. Their solution was to contact my carrier and see if they can pick it up and take it to Fedex... Ya, right.. Could you imagine that call to @Telus? "You guys busy today?.."

@Marisa_Ingemi the problem is you can't - the way Canadian telecom is set up is we essentially have three companies to choose from, Bell, Rogers and Telus. It's nearly impossible to switch companies and because of this these three companies pretty much just do whatever the hell they want.

@oiler_country @srheth Scott - do they do throttling like the Telus hub does? When ours was working (before that lunatic knocked down our tower), we were having brutal speeds at certain times of the day when more people were online - Telus says to protect the integrity of the cell system

My experiences with Bell have been mostly bad and we have TekSavvy internet and TV, TELUS for phone. But Bell still owns most of the best content like TSN, CTV, Crave and can do whatever they want there with no real risk of losing customers.

@MargaretGobert @hangarhockey @Bell Cell-went to Telus, internet and phone for my businesses went to Westman Cable (western Manitoba co-op). Service and prices far better. I live rural so Shaw Direct has been my provider since 1998 and I’m satisfied with service.

@billdozerbill Bell/Telus collected $123M in CEWS while increasing their earnings by 28.9% ($932M) in Q4. 200+ jobs cut including entire radio stations during a pandemic. Not just radio hosts. Bad take pal 🤡

@TylerStack @MrStache9 Bell and Telus are tied for worst, which is the only reason Shaw is first.
