Yet I was going to apply that credit of the bring it back and return towards my bill. But I’m still lost about my bill. After bringing out a iPhone 14 pro max @TELUSsupport @TELUS this really sucks. Service no good.

  • PekoesMom shoilgoil (@PekoesMom) reported

@GlobalBC Telus prices are stupid high. Any angle to extract more money from us.

  • Wontevertweet27 Matthew B (@Wontevertweet27) reported

@suzannealma @kates_brad @theJagmeetSingh By they way, have you seen the Telus television ads where they talk about their new service which tracks carbon from farm to table "for a more sustainable future"? So guess who is profiting from this decision? 🧐

  • BobMaillouxWRP Bob Mailloux (@BobMaillouxWRP) reported

@bradleishman @TELUSsupport Lol, still bad eh Brad. Years ago I emailed the Telus CEO describing the horrible Customer Service I was receiving. He actually read it and a Sr. VP from Telus called me within the hour. You might want to try it...

  • MOOMANiBE Aura🥨🥨🥨 (@MOOMANiBE) reported

@lesterleesm @TELUS they straight-up hung up on me last time I was like "I will literally never want a cable box stop trying to sell me one"

  • bcoversight BC Oversight (@bcoversight) reported

@Leah_Holiove @Shawhelp Ditched Shaw, crappy customer service. Telus isn't that bad unless they have a major outage and then you can't get through to customer service.

  • Mama__B Mama B (@Mama__B) reported

3/ When I was first diagnosed with MS, I had to stop and rest after walking from Telus to Old Navy. With a cane. On days when I could walk further, I’d still slow significantly & experience “foot drop.”

  • Leftisttearsco1 Leftisttearscollector (@Leftisttearsco1) reported

@theJagmeetSingh Truly the one thing that Bell, Telus and Rogers have going for them. Is that they are experts in laying off their staff. They are better at that than even providing their service.

  • NayZeus Nay zeus (@NayZeus) reported

@Leah_Holiove @Shawhelp Telus contracts their help overseas. Not hating on international people but it’s their way of saving money instead of paying local wages. It also makes it a pain when you’re trying to reference something locally and they pretend they know what you’re referring to.

  • dkelland1 #TrudeauMustGo-Lynx (@dkelland1) reported

@bcbluecon Never mind I just read the article. Basically the only thing Telus can't charge the fee on is home telephone services in certain smaller communities. So this ruling will affect very few people.
