@LanceStorm @TELUS Ohhhhhh yeah I think I've had a similar issue. For me it like... cycles through a couple web pages as it attempts to log in before getting hung up on a blank page.

PSA: If any other #Telus customers have Internet connection issues today where the hardware says everything is fine but it clearly isn’t, try changing your DNS server to 8.8.8.8 instead of the Telus default. Not how I wanted to spend #BCDay.

@TELUSsupport I've been waiting since May 12 letter from Telus for someone who is supposed to be in contact with me on the slow email. Obviously Telus and I have had widely different opinions on defining "as soon as possible".

@LanceStorm I had the same issue Lance. I am also with Telus. I had gotten the new Norton anti-virus through Telus as my old Norton expired. I started playing around with VPN (which doesn’t do crap) and accidentally accessed the network while the VPN was on. (Cont)
