@TELUSsupport someone has repeatedly been trying to hack into our Telus account this weekend and again today. What do I do? I changed our password just in case but the fact that they keep trying to log in is super annoying bc it keeps locking my account. Fix this ASAP.

@safeandsilent They also ignore the disability taxes we face to access messages: Visual Voicemail is built into iOS, but Telus charges you $5 a month to use it. Replaying messages is a pain because there's no way to skip past all the message info crap (time, date and phone number of caller).
