@TELUSsupport Sorry just saw this…so we are extremely frustrated with telus, between our mobile and home services we are now paying almost $500 a month for a service that constantly goes down…

  • VeryScott Scott Troudt (@VeryScott) reported

So, @TELUS has been incorrectly billing me since I switched back from @RogersHelps. Calling in has not helped, as the reps are clueless. Tried escalating on their website and they have disabled that option due to Boxing Week sales. WHAT? TELUS has really gone down hill-and fast!

  • JozsefScott Scott (@JozsefScott) reported

    Telus 5G, more like 3G #slow

  • KenneaPaul PK (@KenneaPaul) reported

@WhistlerBlckcmb @TELUS Open Chick Peak, open Raven, open some options for us to eat on the mountain! Your reservation system for VERY limited tables is ridiculous. You’ve closed steeps, closed lower roundhouse, closed chick pea, closed Raven you are killing our reputation with horrific service.

I swear Telus just had a 30 minute outage in Langley BC but I can't find anyone else talking about it. Either way it fixed itself... @TELUSsupport

  • VeryScott Scott Troudt (@VeryScott) reported

@gfinockio @koodo Oh, that's definitely what will happen. @TELUS has been on a swift decline this past year. If I didn't love their fibre, I would have been long gone. Soon, I'll have to make the tough decision to switch to a lesser service with the competition.

  • rmmtenterprises Ralph (@rmmtenterprises) reported

@AlbertBouchal @ArcticBasecamp Well 1930 we had snow in white rock bc. In Calgary we had 2 weeks of cold temps end Jan to Feb. Telus paid us to stay home early 2000. Your solar green power stuff not working while it's cold solar panels covered in snow.
