@Marvin_Beatty @abccomm @TELUS You can renew the contract when it expires. Those rates are from renewing last month. I was paying more on the previous contract. They do have cheaper service plans, the 300 level is probably enough for your needs.

@David_Moscrop @TekSavvyBuzz @RogersHelps How old is your modem? If it’s been more than three years since you got it from Rogers it’s probably needing replacement. I had the same problem a while back and Telus sent out a newer modem. Problem solved.

@TELUS a few weeks ago we discovered how poor your coverage was on Vancouver Island. Now we are discovering how awful your coverage is in Eastern BC. Absolutely horrible.

@telusmobility Been scammed for months without realizing by a third party app I never registered for and you guys refuse to provide explanation or credit. Agents is saying telus is not responsible for third party charges even though its coming out of my telus bill.

Telecommunications in Canada is a disaster. There’s no loyalty or care for the customer. Prices are outrageous. Someone has to do something about that. Around 25yrs @TELUS and it doesn’t matter a cent.

@TELUS so just to clarify Telus can't offer 10$ off for 24 months or even attempt to match it on your most expensive plan, because Your agent did NOT call back as he promised. So this is the customer service Telus was known for? P. S. Promo expired yesterday for new activation

@xraydares @TELUS They’re awful. @Shawhelp is equally awful. Do not care if you’ve been loyal or not.

@Victoria59L @teririch Toronto closed wading pools as need cell phones during emergencies when Rogers was out, but they use Telus. Why do I assume it’s this level competency? Experience sucks so much of the time.

@Apple makes me so sad. I paid a bunch upfront for their coverage, then am told I don't have their coverage. Or not enough of it I guess? @TELUS doesn't seem to know there's tiers to this applecare. I am so sad. Never play with your kid, be glued to your iPhone is what they want.
