@ProvoGal01 @TELUS @TELUSsupport they did this years ago. The only company that stopped this was Rogers back in early 2018. I believe it was then, they had so many complaints about overseas, when Guy Lawrence took over he made all these jobs come back to Canada. Bell Media and Telus have always had overseas support. That's why I never dealt with them.

@MelissaLMRogers Yep elbows up!...but also Rogers treats it users as a source of revenue only, bad customer service, no innovation, just higher prices. As soon as I can get away from Bell & Telus (same IMO) -- think Starlink for internet and cell phone, I will.

@NorthugCapital @danielfoch Telcos are on the rocks. BCE took major hit (maybe not enough yet). Rogers is a **** show, not sure about Telus, and Quebecor/Freedom isnโ€™t spending sufficiently on Network but plenty of spending in future. How long is long?

@TELUSsupport Working with Telus is not awesome. Getting technical support is impossible.

Frustrated about Telus customer service. After they acquired ADT they donโ€™t know how to restore a portal password. 7 hours on the phone with 9 different agents over the last 30 days No one knows how to do it. @TELUS @TELUSsupport @TELUSBusiness

@LukaszukAB So youโ€™ve never heard of a phone book? That was a magical document that contained your name AND your address and you could just walk into Telus and grab one. For free. Crazy.

Rogers took ~$82M via Canada Emergency Wage Subsidy program, with top three telcos (Rogers, Bell, Telus) receiving >$240M while paying billions in dividends. Individuals receiving CERB had to repay over-payments, white collar welfare industry did not. Now mass layoffs.

@ProvoGal01 @TELUS @TELUSsupport Every single call center now is in India. It's so frustrating when you get someone who really can't speak the language but thinks saying "I'm sorry Miss" over and over is how they'll fix whatever problem I'm having.

@ProvoGal01 @TELUS @TELUSsupport Cancel Telus. I did years ago. If everyone does this then they go broke. Itโ€™s that simple

@cdntradegrljenn I'm on a $50/mo unlimited plan with Rogers that includes no roaming charges. Absolutely NONE! Longtime Telus customer and they couldn't give me free roaming. Rogers is the devil but Telus got to $17/day for roaming.
