@ShawInfo As a long-term customer, I got over-charged after cancellation plus a threatening letter to pass it to a collection agency. Your custom service is as bad as Telus 20 years ago. People, if Shaw was good before, try not to deal with them now.

@TELUSsupport had a hilarious moment on a dark day. Telus agent calls to say I am a very valued customer and he was checking to e sure everything is alright. I have a billing error issue and I told him that.
