@Pierpoint20 @TELUS I have the same problem and when I called they also said there were no problems. The past two days I cant use internet and my texts don't send. It seems to be in one specific area but it's ridiculous.

In January of 2021 I filed a complaint with the CCTS against Telus. In an email CCed to my Federal MP Karen McCrimmon the Commissioner of the CCTS Howard Maker admitted that he intentionally violated the Procedural code of the CCTS in order to comply with Telus's demands.

So @TELUSsupport will disconnect your service and when you ask to speak to someone higher up they wont let you... but they will turn your service on to let them call you back but then turn it back off if you don’t pay right away.... so thats how you run a company? #telus

@entwistled Darren, I'm at my wits end with TELUS and am going straight to the top. I'm an IT Director that has burned ~60 hours with your "team" trying to get a simple change made for one of my users. TELUS has hit an all-time low for service on this one.
