  @ColbyCakesss Went through similar a couple months ago with switching from Shaw to Telus for TV and internet. Shaw didn't want to do the basic customer service stuff UNTIL they saw that Telus had put fibre in our neighbourhood and was offering insane buyout deals. Too late. Switched.

  came with our internet plan thing and also some channels but idk the telus login so now I have an Apple TV that does the exact same thing our Samsung smart TV does by itself
