    @danisu87 @TELUS Rogers owed me $50 or something and they never ever paid me even though they said the cheque was in the mail... I just took the hit and said whatever... I was just sick and tired of dealing with them

    PSA: Never, under any circumstances, get stuck with Telus Home Security. Crappy equipment. Very expensive. No support. Endless contract that costs a fortune to escape from. I’m told Arlo is cheaper and better by far.

    @TELUSsupport Telus charged us $150 for reporting the service outage and technician visit. The fault is because of Telus. If you cannot reverse my charges, I will switch it to Shaw.

    my telus service has just not existed and i cannot make any calls because it just evaporates and the online help :)) asked if i wanted a call back :)) where you going to call? :))))

    Hey @TELUS I’m pretty sure I just got a phishing phone call claiming to be from you offering me a deal (that’s not as good as my current service with you). Very loud call centre and hung up as soon as I started digging for more info. Just letting you know. @TELUSsupport

    I have everything Telus in our home. Wifi, cell phone TV and #TelusSecurity. Not satisfied with the security. Stops working every month half way through the month. Does anyone else have that problem? Maybe Telus can answer as well.

    @Michellesfunny Telus in Alberta tried this on me. Said I would be saving money by adding another service. I explained that I would be saving the landline charge if I didn’t have to pay it. Asked them to do the math and I’ll wait…
