    @TELUSsupport He said no idea. Probably it is the cable which I use it to connect device and Model. I know he is wrong because I always use cable with no such issue before. Telus does not follow up.

    @TELUSsupport hi, sorry to bother you again, but I’m unable to log into My Telus account at all since Aug 2. When I try to reset my password or use the Login Link email feature, Telus doesn’t send me the emails for either. And yes, my email entered is correct. What is happening?

    When @TELUS sends out customer service surveys, the subject line of the email should be: “SURVEY - Telus about it”.

    @cashmobstalbert @TELUSBusiness Honestly. Telus sucks, when you talk to help desk they are in far away lands. Get cheap rates for the servive and so more profit for Telus. Service level???! Who cares.

    @TELUSsupport @brndntlrnlsn TELUS changed my internet plan from 1.5 Gbps to 1 Gbps without my knowledge or consent. There was no notice, no explanation—nothing. If I ask them to fix it, only results is they charge me $200, no improvement after the repair.

    God my internet is so slow :/ I have Telus purefibre 250 Mbps and man it is sooo slow to download games or stuff on my laptop like it takes an hour plus. tbh i kinda did forgot what internet plan i actually had (lol) but i thankfully will probably upgrade to either purefibre 1 gigabit or 1.5 gigabit and hopefully i will have much faster speeds :) and once i do that, i will only have to get an Ethernet port installed in my bedroom and then i will finally not have to worry about internet speeds again :3

    @ADT, the non-compete with Telus is almost over. PLEASE Come back to Canada with ADT Blu, direct to consumer. Self-install security, no branches, just solid customer service & professional monitoring without them wanting to bundle your services before dispatching for your alarm.

    BREAKING: $T.TO EARNINGS REPORT: FY26 CAPEX INCREASED FROM $2.3B TO $2.6B. FOCUS ON WIRELESS NETWORKS AND NETWORK INFRA UPGRADES! $AMPG just got best possible news from their biggest client 🔥 Telus just reported their earnings and increased their CAPEX from $2.3B to $2.6B. The old guide implied roughly $970M of H2 spending. The new guide implies roughly $1.27B. And the new CEO listed where money goes from here: the wireless networks, network infrastucture upgades and site enablememt is on the list. Telus just raised the one line that pays its equipment suppliers. I think I know one of those suppliers. Long AmpliTech 🔥🚀

    @Mel02999853Mel @krisster8 @TELUS In our office, we had two field service technicians that were diagnosed with aggressive brain cancer. They were dead within a year, another inventory specialist, wife dead in her sleep.

    @PsudoMike Seems like a big bath. Telus just bought back Telus digital after spinning it out. New ceo taking a big write down so big bonuses and results later on. Lower expectations, outperform.
