    @Amu3188 @TELUSsupport I'd like to know how this turned out. Had to drive over to make sure my parents were ok as their phone service has been down since Friday. Telus never showed up for a scheduled appointment. If there is a charge I'll switch them back to Shaw.

    @BigNasty6oh4 Internet is fast and reliable never had an issue or had to call in for something in the three years I’ve been with Telus. Tv is pretty good I like the packages

    @TELUSsupport a representative of Telus came to our door to sign us up for services. We said that we would think about it. Today we get an email we've signed up. We did NOT authorize this. Now I'm spending my Sunday calling to cancel something I never agreed to. Unsatisfactory.

    will probably not be active for the next few days, gonna be going to the cabin and its like a 4-5 hour drive up there. depends on my service provider, last i checked Telus didnt provide where im going SO YAH
