TV services, and we are a sports bar. Please fix this and get the attention of your managers as this is completely unacceptable @telus

  • Sophia80704196 Sophia (@Sophia80704196) reported

@dstevens1414 @TELUS Omg 😱 contact lucas_hackk on Instagram! He can help you get back your account. I just got mine back so happy

  • SavageBean Dr. Julie (@SavageBean) reported

@BMatB @mikamckinnon @DocDaoust Then yes, I for SURE recommend buying cell phone service from a Fido or Koodo instead of a Rogers, Bell, or Telus. Teksavvy contracted with Bell in my apartment building for internet service and (unprompted) LOWERED my rate while I was there

  • Candice65955386 Candi (@Candice65955386) reported

Hey @TELUSsupport @TELUS do you guys usually have issues with wifi speeds in apartment and condos. I had shaw and my old place no issues but moved to a place with telus and nothing but issues

  • BMatB Dr Ben Britton (@BMatB) reported

@mikamckinnon @SavageBean @DocDaoust Telus sales people were less awful than Rogers, so I'll probably go with Telus. But trying to sort this out while I am locked up is proving impossible...

  • celtic_juanjo Juan Martinez (@celtic_juanjo) reported

@ShawInfo customer support are useless. Does @TELUS provides real solutions? #bots #Canada

  • hales0104 Haley (@hales0104) reported

@wesdouglas @TELUS Nope! And was supposed to be called back this evening and, shockingly, no phone call. Quality customer service @TELUS.

  • giromonsale Giromon (@giromonsale) reported

@TELUS You never achieve 150mbs upload and Download. I CHECK with Telus Own App. So don’t believe advertising, I subscribe to Telus Fibreoptic network. Telus needs to come clean.

  • mikamckinnon Mika McKinnon (@mikamckinnon) reported

@BMatB @SavageBean @DocDaoust Telus (which owns Koodo) & Bell (which owns Virgin) all use the same network, which has better rural coverage than Rogers (which owns Fido) if you ever plan on leaving the lower mainland. Everyone else has even-shittier networks if you travel AT ALL.

@djdevo79 @BellMediaPR @TELUS Oh right!!? They pretend they are helping, then lay off a **** ton of staff. Completely unacceptable
