I’ve been a loyal @TELUS customer for a decade..,in the past YEAR I’ve had the Telus guy here every other month. Someone was here last week to replace my box, replaced it with an older version than I had annnd now my @PrimeVideo is gone. I think it’s time to break up Telus.

@Bell_Support I like how it took bell 6 hours After the service went down to say and mean while Telus and others providers Notified the customer as soon as possible. People pay a lot of money for there phone service. And I still only got one Reception bar
