DM (@DMfixedit) reported@Scottslifeeh @StoneyD When we got our last house it was still a party line! Not on purpose, old TELUS equipment being rigged to work as new. I would hear Betty say to Kay “Donna starts work now, we need to hang up” . Took months to get it fixed.

I call the # on the website through my Telus for this purpose. Waited 30 mins, was flogged off as “it was the wrong dept” & now have been waiting 30 mons more.Horrible service
