And I have an appointment with @Eastlink to do an install. They have an online chat which makes all the difference to those of us with hearing / audio processing issues. Telus has phoned me 3 times and it's just like, nope, I'm done with vocals for the day. Maybe tomorrow.

Dear @TELUSsupport @TELUS Why do you keep sending my monthly bill, even after cancelling 3 months ago. Already have spoken to customer care twice. Had your service for less than 10 days and for that I’m bearing this hassle.
