@toreobass If no beanfield in your building see if you have fibestream, it's the next best thing, Rogers/bell/Telus will gouge you, even if the customer service rep offered you something it rarely is as good as they say, or yeah it's only for the first little while

20 + minutes on hold with @TELUS . Returning their call. No idea why they called my company's customer line, rather than my direct line. Which they have. Because I'm unfortunatly with @TELUS. Complaining online b/c it usually means *someone* replies...

@johnkoetsier @CBCNews @cbcErica Right on! A Telus employee threatened my (elderly) friend that it would cost her $150 to enter her apartment to find out why Internet was not working. I interfered but it took almost a month before it was fixed (no discount on the bill).

@MCSnetAB What I don’t get. Is how you can charge 150 a month for 30 down and 5 up but then Telus can charge 105 for 150 up and 150 down. Your gouging rural residents and it’s WRONG.
