@TELUSsupport I am so frustrated with your service. I have recently switched back to Telus from Rogers and fear this was a terrible mistake. I have had problems w voice mail for 3 weeks I call tell long story again multi times you call bck I’m working lv vm don’t work 🤬🤬

@telus Please remove the deep black section on the TV screen that appears in the fast forward or fast reverse. It obscures any details on where to stop a fast forward or fast reverse. Sports are the worst cases. Please get that BLACK line off these algorithms. All the best.

I know we all like to complain about rogers after the outage, but my Telus phone consistently has a 15 min delay (texts, emergency alerts etc) regardless of location when compared to rogers.
