@TELUSsupport May 15th and still not resolved. Technical Manager told me he would call me back with a solution…that was over a month ago!! If anyone is contemplating @TELUS fiber…think twice. The service and promises after the fact are garbage.

  • felix4402 Felix (@felix4402) reported

@lraitt Not sure what gov't has to do with it? Sounds like a customer service issue with Rogers/Telus/Bell

  • Mazikeen350 Mellanee (@Mazikeen350) reported

@TELUS Yeah well… you should start by having ALL your service everywhere in Canada to start with. Been decades now.

@TELUSsupport @TELUS You People Have Serious Problems Over At The Credit/Bill/Paying Why Can't I Pay My Bill? Let's Go To Court, Shall We? #LetsGo Destroying Credit Hassling People Is Disgusting Business Practice. Customer Service Sucks, Serving Soon, Ball Is In Your Court 3 Hrs

  • arvin46 Arvin (@arvin46) reported

@TELUSsupport Your tech team is well aware Telus is having poor signal issues in downtown Vancouver, there’s just no timeline for when the towers will be upgraded/repaired (even now, almost 2 years later). That’s what I was advised. There’s nothing more to investigate.

  • DarrenReadUFO Darren Read (@DarrenReadUFO) reported

@TELUS @TELUSsupport can you please explain to me how you can let 2 elderly people with health issues have no access to their phone line, which they need incase of an emergency, because of an incompetent repair team? 5 days no phone, really?

  • MsYouDoYou BdblE (@MsYouDoYou) reported from Burnaby, British Columbia

@moodyangela @dustbobgod And they will allow you to hire out for help with your cables, instead of saying they won’t touch the cables and don’t know any one they could recommend that does. We are just supposed to be able to sort it all magically with Telus

  • ibushfield Ian Bushfield (@ibushfield) reported

@denisagar @dustbobgod Problem in Canada is almost all the small companies just piggyback on Shaw/Rogers/Telus networks - only in parts of some downtowns can you get indie fibre

  • ElkeBabiuk Elke Babiuk (@ElkeBabiuk) reported

@thevinetway @1loriking I also remember that Telus never had cable long ago & don't remember when they finally offered cable packages. If I remember correctly, there was a big court thing on whether Telus could use existing infrastructure for their internet.
