@TELUSsupport I'm 1 hour and 20 min waiting for a salesperson to help fix my prepaid billing. Unacceptable. No sign that that anyone will pickup soon, no callback offer horrible service and not the first time my phone stopped working without notice due to TELUS billing issue

@Mark_Goldberg @MobileSyrup It's not about pricing. Telus filed an application with the CRTC in Aug. to add credit card processing fees to bills. A decision is expected on Sep. 29. The story highlights customer frustration with Telus over the added charge (maybe because their bills are already so high)

@erimegsmom Hey Kathleen, to avoid roaming notifications, you can set up the Network Mode to Manual - TELUS, from the settings of the phone and keep the data roaming off.
