    What is wrong with Telus? 3 hours of "technicians" here on Saturday - fixing, allegedly our problems which have been ongoing for months. 3 hours on Sunday to tech support as NOTHING works. Now on hold again. 20 mins. UGH. 100% bill. 0% service.

    @TELUSsupport It was right. I called back and WASTED over an hour trying to get my order released. Now my order is delayed. Worst experience in my 20+ years with @TELUS and seriously had me considering options.

    @TELUSsupport The Telus tech who went to add internet to another unit in my building unplugged mine. And then a week later Telus after I complained finally sent a different tech to the fix it. Stop hiring contractors who don't GAF.

    I've been dealing with this for two month now. @TELUS is laughably under-staffed, and the staff they do have seem as baffled by the issue as I am. The company simply believes threatening emails are enough to shake someone down, and there's no recourse to challenge them.

    @TELUSsupport The service providers of telus are extremely rude and they are not concern with retaining there customers. Iwant to remain with telus but you guys are not providing any offer as compare to others and moreover increasing the price of the plan.

    @TELUSsupport The worst company and service ever. I tried to switch my internet and tv services to Telus they show up and don’t even have fiber run to my house. They had my front yard dug up for 1 1/2 years. They have a technician waste half my day and can’t even give me services

    @GreysonKnutson @stevensandor Yeah, I'm on Telus so we've were treated to it for free for most of the time... and it mainly just seems like one big informercial for their OTT service. Nothing compelling. It was like an afterthought. Even the guide listings were terrible
