@TELUS Have been having poor connection for a couple of weeks. Unplug modem..reset a couples of time and still extremely poor Wi-Fi connecting—-even have two boosters in my house. Not very happy customer 🥺🥺

@RevJimCanCon @TELUS That’s really unfair. I just paid off my bring it back balance and when I upgraded my phone didn’t chose bring it back, that plan is horrible. Hopefully your phone comes soon.

@BCBawnee So, I made sure to notify Telus, gave them time, pictures etc. Told them they shouldn't be doing door-to-door during a pandemic, but I think the guy was full of crap.

@TELUS I'm buzzing with frustration dealing with you for weeks with no end in sight. No service but high cost. Useless.

@chinridge @TELUS Had so many problems with telus, and would go without service for months, no refund...4 years of landline hell. Last tech I had told me telus won't put any more money into rural, there's no money to be made there, so he encouraged me to look elsewhere, and I did. Happiness!
