A ******* Leaf (@LeafusMaximus) reported@PsudoMike telus just charged me $20 in store for a sim card the other day, this is unfortunately already a thing. the worst part is this law was passed years ago but they were given an undetermined grace period until now
-
Shazad Atcha (@ShazadTech) reported@JakeLandauTO @PsudoMike Telus I believe still charges for eSIM, which is absurd. Up until recently, Telus was having people buy plastic eSIM “voucher” cards for $20 a pop. **** Rogers, Bell, and Telus!
-
Spaced Alien (@VedderFreddy) reported@JonFraserTF @TELUS I ditched them over 20 years ago and told them I would never go back.
-
Justin H (@HJustin21410) reported@JonFraserTF @TELUS Only reason I switched Telus is because of the service..used to call in Nd issues or questions were dealt with immediately. Over the last few years it seems they just took the Bell / Rogers playbook. Foreign customer support. If pay more for good service
-
Redbeard (@Southpontiac) reported@TELUS @DanielHill71510 Your “reduced service levels” are the reason you are losing customers. Just saying.
-
StressfulGengar (@StressfulGengar) reported@JonFraserTF @TELUS And yet I've had no issues at all. Literally had no issues with getting my phone at the beginning of the month with bring it back.
-
Ben Leonard (@dailygallows) reported@JonFraserTF @TELUS Had the same issue with Rogers last month. It ended with me uttering the words ‘I’ve been a customer for 13 years and don’t want to leave, do you not see how insane this is?’
-
PsudoMike 🇨🇦 (@PsudoMike) reported@KerrGordon Not typically — SIM cards are separate from the device. The phone connects to the network via the SIM (or eSIM). Telus framing it as hardware doesn't change that it's a mandatory access fee.
-
Wilbur (@TwoFirstNames85) reported@JTracer @JonFraserTF @TELUS oh look.. a joke from a mid 2000s movie ...grats...you ******* retard... just say it *****, you are a retard...and its okay..

Half Cash Half Stock (@mcgamblefield) reportedIs it just me, or do chat bots piss off everyone else just as equally? $EBAY, auto respond with an outdated chat message. $TU , chat bot for customer service. I could go on and on, but companies replacing humans with a ****** customer experience will lose my business permanently. @eBay @TELUS
