    @Donnchadhol Cut the crap. Housing allocated for locals was blocked by @TELUS in Mahon. Instead the local community which is already at breaking point for services was given an Xmas gift of refugees the community and the authorities know absolutely nothing about . No consultation. Nothing!

    Keep piling on Thursday.. after spending 2h on the phone with 5! (Yes 5) separate agents last week.. I call in to @TELUS again.. to find out my problem WASN’T solved and the solution is much different than presented by the previous agents. #yourekidding #wheredoisendmyinvoice

    @TELUSsupport @TELUS ++ give credit in the current bill for my loyalty and patience and cooperation for this issue. And record a complaint for the before csr who couldn’t solve the issue. BUT old services remain exist and next month I get a bill for double charges! ++

    P.s. Continuity of e-mail address was honestly the only reason we retained @Eastlink as an internet service provider. I mean that to be helpful, not spiteful. We are often approached by other companies such as @telus and to date continuity of e-mail was a strong reason to stay.

    Just a Reminder that @koodo (Koodo) is Owned by Telus and I moved to Koodo to get the hell away from Telus then they bought Koodo. I just had the same problem with Koodo I had with Telus 10 YEARS AGO trying to screw me on my bill. So remember Kodoo is now TELUS the WORST SUPPORT!

    @TELUS @TELUSsupport +++ after waiting over an hour with listening the announcement on the IVR. Really wonder what kind of theatre will be played this time!! It has being boring already. I’m really thinking to cancel all of my services!
