@AppleSupport disappointing when @Bell and @TELUS do not actually support Apple Watch for your kids, unless the parent’s cellular plan is through them. Advertising otherwise is misrepresentation, to say the least.

  • LallyAd LallyA (@LallyAd) reported

@jkrider_ @TELUSsupport Don’t join Telus join @Bell there support never puts u on hold or lie bell has treated me like a loyal customer 40$ Canada us 200gb

  • RealAnwarAbdi Anwar Abdi (@RealAnwarAbdi) reported

@TELUS has the worst customer service. If I had known, I never would have left @Bell. Instead of helping me, your agent Ana spent the time arguing. Disappointed.

  • sandeep_iiml Sandeep Singh (@sandeep_iiml) reported

@TELUSsupport The person manning your store at CenterPoint mall, Toronto at 7 PM , July 23 was clueless about your apple standalone watch plan. He was rude and unhelpful. Even asked me to close my account with Telus and not to come back to Telus ever. When I asked his name..

Hey @Bell, I’ve been a loyal customer for years. Looking to upgrade to Fibe 500 + Better TV, but Rogers & Telus have better deals. Can you offer a loyalty promo or match? Ready to commit today if the value’s right. #BellCanada #Toronto #LoyalCustomer

@TELUS What a bunch of lies. Your company is absolute crap. You try & bilk seniors with your shady business practices & are a blight on society. Most of your workers are East Indians. Get the F out of AB & sell to a decent co like @TMobile

  • RulesTim TimRules! (@RulesTim) reported

@SueAnnLevy @Bell They’re all bad, but I’ve found Telus to be the least problematic … also, having your email address tied to your provider is kinda dumb, and it should be self-evident that you are going to lose it when you cancel your service!

  • TheSorryGirl1 TheSorryGirl (@TheSorryGirl1) reported

@TELUS @TELUSsupport @Bell Listen you guys, the service in Newfoundland for cell phones is absolutely atrocious. I’m paying 254$ a month for 3 phones and where I live if I don’t have internet I don’t have service. Figure this out or I’m not paying my bill anymore.

  • faxon99 Chris Faxon (@faxon99) reported

@Rogers after 20mins of navigating their maze of options they return "We are too busy to answer your call, try again another time, goodbye" #awful #disgraceful #shaw. Do yourself a favor a go to @TELUS or @Bell

@yellmapper Interesting. Right now, Bell and Telus developed a 3800 MHz limit; they can turn it on from March 31st, 2025. The reason why it’s taking them so long is that all the sites in the Greater Toronto Area have the panels installed that support 3800 MHz, they need the software licenses
