  @HotStoveD I just went through the same problem a few weeks ago. Phone agents were even less helpful and unwilling to retain my business. Decided to finally switch to Telus. Unfortunately, they have been just slightly better so far. The telecommunications monopoly in 🇨🇦 is a huge problem.

  @TELUS @mmabrey1 We finally checked with our neighbours, whose TELUS service is working perfectly. When we brought this up to your team on our latest call—which we have now been stuck on for over an hour—the story suddenly changed. Now we’re being told there hasn't been a disruption in our area.

  How to ruin a business by @telus a business moves & brings telus they state same # but lie & then stated same accnt # but lied & then cut off the bus bc bus was paying old accnt # and telus not set back up 10 days later !!! WTF on hold for 8 hours not fixed

  @TELUS Nobody gave me an asset calling, and the support team in the app is really slow, I did had an answer but I’m not happy with the service attention.

  After a month since reporting quarterly results and cutting the dividend $T Telus is down -10.74% For the folks that continued to say the dividend cut was already baked in...it wasn't. Many aren't in the price of the stock despite the price drop leading up to the anticipated cut. Many experts on BNN were wrong and did not sell anticipating a quick reversal once the dividend was cut. After 30 days an approx. 17% spread between Telus and $BCE BCE & $RCI.b Rogers.
