@TELUSsupport so telus has epp sales agents that will sell you service on a weekend but no agents that can help you set up on a weekend. This is my first experience with Telus and I regret switching already. Terrible company terrible experience

I don’t know if I did a shout-out to my Telus support technician who came a couple weeks ago. He’d left his card in case his solutions didn’t work. I texted him a week later, & he finally came back this Wednesday & switched out my Optik for a different model. So much better.

@TELUSsupport Hello, I received my first bill and unfortunately the bill was never adjusted to reflect my original service agreement. Could you please look into why was not adjusted? I am not looking forward to spend more hours on the phone for someone to fix it. #telus @TELUSBusiness @TELUS

But @XploreMobile's solution is to call a client without service to help fix the issue. Once I get back to #winnipeg I plan on switching to @TELUS. I'd steer away from Xplorer Mobile if you plan on checking them out.
