@TELUSsupport Another SNAFU by telus. Waited 1 hour to speak with someone only to be told I called the wrong number. My time is valuable! If you want to retain this customer please reply

  • _jeremy_sch Jeremy S (@_jeremy_sch) reported

Corporate vanity projects. No mitigating revisions. Telus only a 2-floor tenant. Lease rates will be expensive. Redeployment of a couple hundred workers is inappropriate. Not a sound economic argument in support of Victoria 3.0.

  • _jeremy_sch Jeremy S (@_jeremy_sch) reported

Talking about COVID CALUC process. 128 responses: 8.6% voiced unqualified support. Subsequent to CALUC, app did their own public feedback through Telus Ocean website. Instigated only letters of support. Over 50% of form support letters were employees

@dockevinmcleod @JanetBrown980 I stopped answering the phone for numbers I don’t recognize several years ago. The phone still rings almost daily, but I no longer talk to the scammers. I’ve concluded that Telus doesn’t care and has no intention of making any effort to eliminate this garbage.

I pay my iPhone messenger app dussssst. Those notifications are teewww alarming and plentiful. Every day 100 unread messages but it’s just pure access codes, Telus offers and people I’ve let down. WhatsApp is the life for me

  • Canadian_Guano Nobody's Fool (@Canadian_Guano) reported

Not upset with @TELUS mobility product, but their @TELUSsupport sucks. Everytime I go to change my plan, their system finds a way to screw it up.

  • BilukCyril Lord Octopus (@BilukCyril) reported

@TELUS One time I lost my phone, and Telus continued to charge me for another three months. Ten years later, they still have me in collections, where three months with interest has ballooned to $3000. **** Telus.

@dockevinmcleod Contact your provider. I have a service from Telus called call control. It's free. It works like Recaptcha for your phone. I have it on my personal phones (both landline and mobile) and haven't had a robocall since.

  • firstbrianagh landbackbitch (@firstbrianagh) reported

@TELUS needs to get less sensitive remotes i can’t even put my remote down half the time without it changing channels

  • TechnicsGuy Gary Khan (@TechnicsGuy) reported

@TELUSsupport I need to talk to someone about my bill. I'm paying nearly 200 dollars for 75 mbps down and barely getting that as it is. Telus does not offer Fibre in my area Shaw is offering 300 mbps up and down, with 114 channels for $30 a month less than what I'm paying now.
