    @TELUS Hi @telus internet service I am really fed up with your billing process. You kept on sending one sided new contract every month sometime multiple times in a month. Please assign some senior executives who can analyze my case and resolve the issue and refund over payments.

    So @Telus and @TELUSsupport has been giving me the Kafkaesque runaround since FRIDAY noon and still, nearly 72 hours later I have NO a answers as to when my service will be restored. Absolutely the single worst support experience I have ever had.

    @EdmontonOilers @ScotiabankArena Between the Oilers deciding to just shutting off their brains for 3 minutes straight and the zebras absolute refusal to let the Oilers have a PP I now have a broken telus remote.

    Who thinks Bell, Telus and Rogers should repay the over $240M they received in pandemic wage subsidies? Taxpayers subsidized their share prices and dividends. The government should have never given the money in the first place.

    @ShawInfo has to be the worst cable and internet provider in Calgary. Switched from #telus and their customer service reps are useless. Time to switch back to Telus after only a week.

    So the latest in the never ending saga is that @TELUSsupport has been lying all weekend and hadn’t done anything. Got a call this morning from a 3rd party contractor whom @Telus has asked to address the issue. They can’t even get here until Wednesday.

    @TELUSsupport UNBELIEVABLE !!! Telus customer care is currently the "worst" I have ever experienced from any company I have EVER dealt with. 2 solid weeks TRYING to order two phones ....pathetic

    @valid_heart_art Hi Val, this feature is free! To turn on call control:Login to My TELUS Plans & Devices>Select the user/phone number that you wish to modify>Select the Call Control tab>Select Start Using Call Control>Select the Call Control toggle on/ turn on call control. Hope that helps!

    @MooseBeSocial @Shawhelp Careful if you cancel with Shaw. They didn't send me a final bill with a correct total until after they sent it to collections. They said I should have over paid them beforehand so this didn't happen. Telus isn't great but better than trying to screw with your customers
