@RogersHelps is the credit being given for the account or for each phone on the account....we have 4 people on acct that were put put by the outage...so it better be by phone...otherwise #telus is looking good right now!!

@alexposadzki These competitors spen billion trying to get one up on their competition. ROGERS is the major player in the banking sector, thet will not like having to share information with Telus, etc. On this complex issue, 60 day deadline is far from being a request, it is a demand.

@awri125 @CBCNews I’ve been with Telus for nearly 20 years. I’ve had very good service. I think that if a customer shows loyalty instead of moving every other year, you’ll get better service.

@RogersHelps @Rogers As a person with a disability, I need reliable service and that's why I have a cellphone and a home phone which didn't work and had no way to reach out for help! My contact is renewing & I'll find Telus or Public, but you lost my faith & trust. #rogersoutrage

@jjhorgan We need action from *you* before action from Trudeau. No more Telus Health, better plans for GPs, more GPs, support for nurses and HCW, N95+ in hospitals and schools, HEPAs in every room, CR filters. Upgraded ventilation with MERV 13 or better.
