@TELUS So we can pay your ridiculous credit card fee to pay our own bills? Ha. Pound sand. I’m taking my internet to Shaw. Even if it’s shittier it’s better than caving to your piss poor policy.

@TELUS ...and this one left in Q4, thanks to your 1.5% cash grab to pay my bill. TV, internet, cell...all moved to a competitor. Once you lose a customer, you almost never see the customer again. Hope it was worth it.

Is Telus withholding MSP services from anyone who isn't a paying customer? Are they reserving physicians for the "elite" who can afford to pay for what is essentially extended medical -- during a physician shortage crisis? THESE are the questions that need to be asked.

@43Masonic @sanpabloavenue BAI Communications already installed cell service infra along the entirety of Line 1 south of Bloor but Rogers, Telus and Bell won’t activate their networks ‘cause they’d rather “build their own infra” and not go through an intermediary…even though that’s how it’s done elsewhere

@casualmomsense @TELUS Just to clarify, I mean if you take a photo of it then I may be able to help; not that I need to see it in person - that would be creepy

@casualmomsense @TELUS I'm assuming your devices were working before, with no issues (or at least was better than what has been happening recently lol). Telus sends updates for the equipment occasionally (usually overnight). The update may have changed the settings from what was working.
