    @wjohnd @TELUS Same thing happened to me a few years ago. They misinform you and get you to pay the full bill promising discount on the second never happens. You’re now locked in to a contract they screwed you. @canadianseniors are targeted

  • GenghisOne23 Genghis® (@GenghisOne23) reported

    @AICommunitybyTI Everybody Telus is an evil corporation who owns real estate / flips / renovicts thousands of poor families, not to mention they are the greediest mobile company in Canada.

  • caparsons Christopher Parsons (@caparsons) reported

    In particular, it notes that TELUS never provided a technical briefing to the Commissioner’s office despite one being welcomed. Nor did TELUS work with the Commissioner’s ‘Business Advisory Directorate’ to obtain advice on its Data For Good program.

  • Kisai Kisai (@Kisai) reported

    There is definitely something happening between the TELUS tv box and the modem as every time a scheduled recording started the internet cut out and the recording was also wrecked.

  • WAbbott13 Wendy Abbott (@WAbbott13) reported

    @notthatkristen @TELUS Us too. WTF?

  • Norlaine Dr Norlaine Thomas (She/Her) (@Norlaine) reported

    @DavidTaylorNYC @Cat74458367 @jkenney Cell service was mostly pretty good. Our area doesn't have cable, so Telus offers internet via the phone line. The other option is satellite. Shaw does not serve our area at all.

  • Norlaine Dr Norlaine Thomas (She/Her) (@Norlaine) reported

    @DavidTaylorNYC @Cat74458367 @jkenney Where we are, Telus only offers internet service via the phone lines. Think about that. Dial-up speeds. And we are pretty close to a major city. They aren't properly servicing our area, how bad can it be in remote communities?

  • fanCRTCProfling Commissioner Miner (@fanCRTCProfling) reported

    @bdanks I can't even find it and I checked before the removals started (I don't use Bell, Telus, Shaw or Rogers TV). No clue if Cogeco carried it either. But hundreds of channels & I never even found it. Unsure if my provider had it. I had to see it online Don't know how it was bundled.

    @TELUS Your 5G network in my area ranges from 5mbps to 50mbps. If this is your 5G network, just skip it and focus on LTE

  • DavidTaylorNYC Guacamole Dave 🥑 (@DavidTaylorNYC) reported

    @Norlaine @Cat74458367 @jkenney Telus usually has Smart Hub service. $60 for 25/25 speed for 500Gb. How was your cellular 4G service before 5G came out?
