@KevinNiefer @telusmobility They need to take smart hub service off market. Telus deserves negative 10 in customer service. Very bad tech support, not trained and no one has any idea what they are supposed to do

Just to add, 1 year on and Telus is still crap in Airdrie and don’t send me a private message as it is just not some issue in small areas, it’s the whole of Airdrie. @TELUS @TELUSsupport wish I could move providers. Fix it as you guys are paid enough.

Just filed a complaint against @TELUS with the CRTC and this time I specifically mentioned how the Telus support staff on Twitter are useless. Thanks to them Telus is getting hit with complaints at all levels. Never ignore a pissed off customer!

@bertbakarac @TELUS It’s pretty bad. We can occasionally stream a movie but not without it buffering 400x. Absolutely infuriating.

@TELUS I’m a Telus customer in rural NE Ont and would love access to reliable, fairly priced, high speed internet. Your Twitter support ghosted me yesterday. But I suspect there is nothing they could do for my $400+ monthly bill.

@matpVI @TELUS @CDCofBC Telus sucks If they want more people to use their services then they should stop sucking But a lot of people have been exposing their scam of “upgrading” to fibre optics to have worse service. And requiring extra wifi boosters they sell As if their monopoly isn’t profitable

@matpVI @TELUS @CDCofBC The Katzie have closed gates and have been very open about closing their community to the public to protect their members. I'm assuming Telus actually needed to park on the street and walk in. Smh. Stupid.

@SamBrennand Was thinking the same thing. @TELUS @ADT Canada should be ashamed for launching this customer portal. Not acceptable.
