@kyulls @TELUS Congratulations! I have to say, even during those periods where Telus had huge waits (fixed since), the people who answered were rockstars. I'm sure they took a lot of angry calls, but you'd never know it.

Thanks @koodo @TELUS for banning the Jamaican area code. Can't see my husband and can't even talk to him on the phone now. Might be time to find a new cell service provider.

@TELUSsupport The frustrating part is, I didn't ask for this. I didn't ask for my email to be "administered" by Telus, and run by Google, and thereby lose control of my YT, GoogleDrive, and now not even have access to the webpage GoogleMaps. I didn't ask for that. This wasn't my 'poor choice'

@Ryan24198128 @doneff72 @RachelNotley Yeah, I get that it's hard to understand that.I'll try and simplify it best I can. Telus is a company. They have service trucks. Those trucks use gas and oil. Gas prices are up. Thus, Telus has increased expenses. Telus then raises prices to maintain a GM, and voila, you pay more

@TELUSsupport I migrated to Telus email some time ago; issue was lack of access to Google maps while signed into Telus email. Appears to be working now.

Hey @ShawInfo, I’ve been away from my apartment for three weeks. Got home, my network can’t be found by any device. Texting tech support. We’ve rebooted, restarted, recycled, nothing. I’m told a tech has to come. Earliest is APRIL 10. I bet I can get Telus here faster. Unreal.

@TELUS how is it that a mobile internet service is available through Bell, and I'm being refused that service? Very disappointed.
