hey @telus what is with the 24 to 48 hour callback when there is a billing problem on your end? you have been billing us for 2 accounts and a number that does not exist...because this is unacceptable. you are a communications company...and yet have a hard time communicating..

@AlbertaOtoole @erinotoole @JustinTrudeau It was a stupid question. Verizon used to own Telus shares; sold them years ago. And before that, GTE ( a precursor of Verizon) owned the majority of shares in BC Tel.

I got spam email from Telus Health yesterday. I don’t have and have never had any association with Telus before and never got spam emails from them before either. But I did sign up for MyHealth records two weeks ago. Coincidence?

@TELUS Your door to door sales people are beyond aggressive. If you're looking to have people cancel all services, you should keep sending them out to knock on doors.

@TELUSsupport As soon as possible isn't good enough anymore. Three weeks of this nonsense, we're going to walk away. You contact me - you have my DM's already. We are FED UP. There are other options for TV and mobile service and I have no contract obligations with @Telus anymore.
