    @TELUSsupport @TELUS Just moved into a basement suite. Been waiting two weeks to have our internet set up, we verified with your braindead online support agents that the tech WOULD NOT need access to the owners house upstairs.....hahahaha ******* jk they have to put a hole in the side of their house

    So much for being a @TELUS loyalty customer. What happened Telus? Been a customer for 20 years. Can't get a small deal on a new contract.

    @GlobalCalgary what is going on with the news. I watch daily and it’s all messed up. There’s a glitch happening with the service. It’s all scrambled, not sure if it’s a Telus thing or a Global thing. I’ve had to switch to CTV a few times(which I don’t enjoy).

    I've tried all the carriers and this one is the best deal. It's the lowest-tier of the Telus system; I've been on it for five years with no issues whatsoever.

    @jodyvance @TELUS 1-888-811-2323. Telus is awful, but I get best results by calling. And check your bill, too. Because that's often wrong.

    @TELUS trying to call telus mobility for support and when being transferred to agent I get generic message that offices are closed. It's 734pm eastern, 434pm pacific, how are your offices closed? Is telus bankrupt?

    @raygaurca as much as Id like to believe this... i don't think so. Telus has burned me over and over again the past 5 years... I think Canadian telcos are going down the drain.. its unbelievable how a monopoly can be run so poorly
