  Bell is honestly terrible. I switched from TELUS after 10 years and the service from Bell makes me regret switching. They charged a payment from my acct without authorization

  @TELUS Don't get involved with this company. They are the worst for customer service. They have apps that don't work and if you ask for a paper bill you get zero information on it. Then you try to leave them and they harass you and charge you hundreds of dollars. Think illegal

  @lynnmercereau Try to cancel @TELUS You have to lie & say you want to change your plan, then you tell the flunky you are cancelling. It is the only way. Try to find a link for cancellations.

  @BenjaminDEKR Happy to hear your needs are met but I don't think that is the rule - or at least I think there's a legit market I live in a suburb of Toronto and take @GOtransit into the city Every day I have infuriating dead spots with @TELUS and these guys are a legit service

Rogers/Bell/Telus get to modernize Spacex gets all of Canadas wifi comms. Win win win, except for the billions Telestat already got

  Smart TVs also can be turned on remotely, including the Alexa microphone in your remote control. It can also hack your wifi network and all devices on it. China did it for years in the USA. My FireTV when connected to the computer was changing settings on my PC, when connected via an HDMI cable, BUT NOT TURNED ON. I could tell because my PC screen would change as if a new monitor was turned on and found out it was the TV doing it. So a TV not turned on was still interfacing with my computer without my permission. I also noticed my TV was doing updates despite the fact my TV was not connected to my wifi network. Instead it was doing the updates without my permission, using the 4K Telus digital box it was connected to.

  @araghougassian Too bad Freedom is not available in Montreal (at least they don't ship sim cards there) I had 60 gigs for 25 bucks with Telus, but they slapped an extra 5$ on and thought they would get away with it. I lowered it to 1gb with 25gb addon + data rollover and am at 52gb currently lol

  Hey @TELUS how is a customer supposed to know when to call you when your automated assistant AND your website do not give your hours of operation? I'm trying to sign up with a new service because I'm sick of @Rogers, and it's proving to be incredibly frustrating!
