@TELUSsupport @telus wtf?!?!?! When I approve a charge, u can't add on charges without telling me!!!

  • Canadian_Guano Nobody's Fool (@Canadian_Guano) reported

Told @TELUS to take a hike over year ago. Seems like they have a problem with understanding that. They conned a senior & they were paying a criminal amount for stuff they didn't need or know anything about. Never trust any of their door to door con people.

  • CPINetworks CPI Networks (@CPINetworks) reported

@TELUS Today I have spent 5+hours dealing with the most incompetent customer service reps in 10 + years while calling Telus Mobility. Trying to get a $10 dollar Tablet plan that shares my unlimited plan data. Regret leaving Rogers! Still don’t have CSR that can help😢

  • JPTN Jeremy PHAN (@JPTN) reported

Apparently only Bell supports transfering eSIMs. Time to buy a new Telus sSIM after less than 2 weeks of usage due to switching to the new Pixel 7 Pro. Ugh. @TELUS #FAIL.

  • Excel8686 Excel (@Excel8686) reported

@stephen_burtch If you’re with Telus they have an amazing call block feature on the service side and I’ve not gotten another spam call since. Not. A. Single. One.

  • roystonbruce Bruce Shearer (@roystonbruce) reported

@rodmickleburgh @TheTyee BFD…only deals with the Telus Life program, with about 4000 enrolled. Does not apply to the basic FREE Telus program that provides access to Fam Drs. Also diverts attention from the real issues around the lack of fam Drs.

  • Dwntwnbrwn50 Greg (@Dwntwnbrwn50) reported

@TELUS you’re really super frustrating to get a hold of. Currently at 1 hour 45 minutes on hold, and I can’t access my account online. This is trash customer service

  • sognogs Elaine Gamble (@sognogs) reported

@rodmickleburgh @TELUSHealth I believe that is Telus health plus which is a different service . Did you read the complete description by Telus ? Dix finally responded to nagging from the Green Party. There are many health services for which we pay such as physiotherapy.

@sailorgirl2017 It's happening every where so I'm not surprised. The problem is - that Dr. can't do anything except tell you to go to hospital or stay home. Can't order medication or even learn one damn thing about you that might make a difference. I'd rather have a nurse practitioner then Telus
