    @TELUSsupport @TELUS So, when did your "24/7 technical support" home internet become business hours only? It's not particularly confidence inspiring to see 24/7 on the site but get a "we're closed" message when calling in.

    @Shawhelp Re-booted 4 times. Was on with Tech-support chat. Went through the whole process. Disconnected only to have a new guy want to start over. Still not working. Off for 10 days holidays. When we return, switching to Telus.

    You know how some banks are said to be “too big to fail”? I think @Telus is too big to provide good customer service.

    @awong37 I was going to say "all parents". Mine screwed up her lifeline, I called Telus & dealt with it, so parent forwarded me the customer survey to fill in as thanks!

    We had no cell phone service until recently. Apparently a telephone line was cut. Possibly by Halkirk where some road construction was going on. There were Telus workers on site.

    A @TELUSsupport business technician supposedly couldn’t reach me on my Telus mobility phone (no missed call) and didn’t bother to call the main business number. Worst of all, they cancelled both the appointment and the ticket for support. Start from square one.

    It just kills me opening up my @Urban_fibre invoice that is $28 for unlimited gig internet. And to think I had to pay 5x that (for crappier) service from @TELUS and @shaw
