TheMiddleMarket: Telus International, a digital customer experience company and a subsidiary of Telus Corp., has acquired WillowTree, a digital product provider. WillowTree is headquartered in Charlottesville, Va. with 13 global studios across the U.S., …

@TristinHopper One way to make sure we won't get cheaper telecom (for example) is by forcing new entrants into the market, where they duplicate fixed costs and usually offer even poorer quality service. We have, basically 2 wireless networks: Rogers =1 Bell = 0.5 Telus = 0.5

@TELUSsupport One of my biggest nuisance calls is TELUS, repeatedly calling but never leaving a message.

  • Gingerbeef76 GingerBeef (@Gingerbeef76) reported

@SCUBADubois @TELUS I have like 6 devices running on the wifi at most times. Rarely have I had any sort of drop off of signal

  • rand_mike Michael Randall (@rand_mike) reported

@TELUS stop sending people around knocking on doors. It’s supper time. I don’t give a **** about your “good deal for 6 months” then back to full price. Same goes for you @Bell and you too @Eastlink. I’ll come to you. Alright? Alright.

  • ErikFredrickson Erik Fredrickson (@ErikFredrickson) reported

@SCUBADubois @TELUS I hear ya. If I ain't plugged it just drops. Different company but the same problem.

  • Gingerbeef76 GingerBeef (@Gingerbeef76) reported

@SCUBADubois @TELUS @TELUSsupport That’s weird. We had that issue with Shaw, the wifi was running on the same bandwidth as our Bluetooth stereo system for our TV, shaws router didn’t have the ability to switch the channel it ran on so it was one or the other. Eventually we switched and have no issues since.

@GrantHayter @ElizabethMay @AdamPOlsen I had an emergency refill this weekend at Shoppers Drug Mart and they suggested using the PC Optimum app "Maple" to get a prescription renewal as its supposedly much quicker to get a virtual appointment than Telus Heath. Haven't signed up yet but I will have to soon.

  • Iamwiths2pid Jerry (@Iamwiths2pid) reported

@jrfan1980 @siomoCTV Unfortunately for us, Walmart and Sobeys will raise prices to match them. See Bell, Telus and Rogers always shafting the customer.

  • GK_Fellows Kent Fellows (@GK_Fellows) reported

@TristinHopper (Telus and Bell "Share" a national network.) You are NEVER going to get an additional wholesale entrant there because we don't have the population to support one. Retail maybe, but they have and will end up paying high cost wholesale anyway.
