@ShortsHoward @spacanpanman The press release doesn't disclose specific commercial terms like TELUS's investment amount, equity stake %, revenue share, or other financial details. It only states TELUS will invest in ground-based satellite infrastructure and become an equity shareholder in ASTS for long-term alignment. Service (text/voice/data via standard phones) planned for late 2026 in remote Canada areas. More may come in future filings.

@TELUSSupport I need help. I purchased a TELUS Video Subscription + Automation Subscription and I’m being charged monthly on my Mastercard, but your support team says they cannot see any subscription or transactions on my account. Because of this, I cannot activate my TELUS camera—no SmartHome Security account number was created. I’ve spent hours on the phone and was told to dispute the charges, but I still need the service I paid for. Can you escalate this to the Digital Subscriptions team? My subscriptions show in My TELUS on my end, but not in your system.

@TELUSsupport Thanks for replying. This is not an installation issue. I purchased a TELUS Video Subscription + Automation Subscription. I see both subscriptions in My TELUS and I am being charged monthly on my Mastercard. But TELUS support says they cannot see ANY subscription or transactions on my account in their system, so they cannot activate my camera or cancel the subscription. This looks like a Digital Subscriptions platform issue. Can you escalate this to the Digital Subscriptions / Digital Commerce backend team?

@TELUSsupport @koodo are scamming people. I was contacted by a Telus rep about switching back (I’m currently with Freedom). I never signed anything, received any confirmation emails, or activated a SIM. Four months later, I was notified that $500 was sent to collections. #yeg

We canceled our Telus tv, and subscribed to Sportsnet via Amazon. What a difference! Clearly picture, better resolution, no choppiness, stuttering or freezing. I was guaranteed getting a 20-30 second delay with Optik

@SpaceSector001 @Rogers @Bell That’s interesting. Don’t forget Telus is the ground infrastructure and support for starlink in Canada (hence “Telus internet” on WestJet planes)
