@nbc_brian @richardzussman Agreed. Get someone from Telus to answer why they can’t support a call line.

  • BCTodayOfficial BC Today (@BCTodayOfficial) reported

Lee asks about contract for service provider developing BC-wide online #Covid vax booking option, which isn't set to be up and running until April 12. Then he wants to know if the gov's position is that Telus breached its contract with yesterday's issues #bcpoli

@CJAY92 As for paying bills, start a bill book, every time a bill comes in write down the amount and when due, break it up into payday chunks so every two weeks! Bills due March 10 - 24 Telus phone, due on the 15th, $9,000 (like that) P.S. you’re an adult now!

So I reset my wifi router cause it was acting up and now it’s barely starting back up. Don’t forget to mention that you’ll be unreliable in any emergency @TELUS

  • nbc_brian Brian (@nbc_brian) reported

@jenpoww @GlobalBC Answering the phones wasn't the issue. The calls weren't getting through due to a Telus issue.

  • BradyJChan Chang🇫🇯 (@BradyJChan) reported

I think having Sable Detect is genius for me, since I work for Telus. I lag test you, and you have bad Internet? I can just sell the laggy people better Internet as a solution.

  • simplyjustdoryy Dory. (@simplyjustdoryy) reported

Excuse me @TELUS but why should an iMessage that gets sent as an SMS, perhaps because the recipients internet network is unavailable, make me suffer the charges of the text?

  • MaxAmerongen Max Amerongen (@MaxAmerongen) reported

And this is with the ESCALATION team's help, not just the regular service. It's just wild. Imagine losing a customer you've had since 1973 (longer than it's been Telus) because you can't find a lift truck to fix a line.

Fast and reliable broadband Internet access is considered an essential service in Canada, yet these giants are still failing to provide adequate service in rural and remote areas while charging more for it at the same time. Yikes. @TELUS @TELUSsupport

@katiederosayyj @toddstonebc @shirleybond didn’t know you were a phone technician too quite impresssive. Why not volunteer and fix telus’ problems? 🙄
