    Today, @TELUSsupport . Yes, there seems to be an issue with your lines coming from the Telus box into the home.. I then have to tell the technician to set up an appt time w/a technician to come out and check the lines. Then they try to tell me to switch to fibre optic. LOL.. OI!

    No internet for 26 hrs. No sign of repairs. No notifications. No eta. @TELUS @TELUSsupport to keep me as a customer, all you had to do was keep delivering your over-priced service. But you can't even do that. Tomorrow I switch to @Shawhelp along with my neighbours. Good riddance!

    @CJW_101 this might be the weirdest most random question ever but, do you have a computer with wake-on-LAN turned on? I had this exact problem with Telus years ago. They did everything. Turns out my computers wake-on-Lan was sending garbage data constantly bogging down the connection

    @TELUSsupport Hey Telus, I had issues with an account and You resolved the issue few months ago. Representative promised that my issue has been fixed and yet you guys are sending me another bill for freaking $1200 on a cancelled account which I am not suppos. to pay as per rep.

    @BrcDi4 The hypocrisy of this is incredible. He hands out tax cuts to large corporations, advertises for telus/Babylon healthcare app and then comes out with this ****. He has no shame.

    @CJW_101 Telus told me it was impossible that this was the reason but turning it off resolved all my problems and I haven’t had any since

    @StayGoulden @NickPerovic Telus has always been good service for me! Can’t say the same for Bell when I had it briefly

    @StayGoulden I’m with Telus and I’ve never had any issues with them! But yeah, I’ve had the 12 now for almost a month and I dig it
