    I am totally disgusted by the appalling lack of customer service from @AsurionCares . We have consistently paid for screen replacement insurance as sold by @TELUS in Yellowknife. Now when we really need what we paid for we are told its not available in our city! Who will help?

    @TELUS 🔥🔥🔥Telus is the worst company ever, sold us a phone that does not last the contract term, try to purchase new phone to continue using their service, they want to charge us termination fee + new admin fee so we can continue using their service, how crazy is that!!!🔥

    So.. after years of being with Fido... I may be switching back to Telus. The cell coverage in my work area is terrible and weirdly, Fido doesn't support WiFi Calling out of the box - you have to request it. And have the right SIMs. And it's really designed for iPhones...

    I was w Bell for awhile now and just made the switch to Telus. Ugggh Bell is such a ripoff, I asked as much questions as I could at Telus and the definitely had a better service than what I've been paying for w B
