@kirst_alyssa @TELUS I think it’s the same with anyone. I was a Shaw customer for 15 years and all of a sudden my rates skyrocketed after a 2 year contract. After multiple calls I left for Telus. Only when I cancelled on them did they offer a discount. They are both the same IMO

@kirst_alyssa @TELUS Oh no. We did this, LOTS cheaper. And then found out we couldn't get cell service all over the place. Called and screamed; Shaw will admit they don't have the towers for good coverage. Had to go back to Telus. Koodo actually. Same diff.

@TELUS @FriendlyFuture You don't put your communities or customers first all you do is contract out union jobs and pay ppl overseas a fraction of what you should. Keep Canadian customers money in Canada by paying Canadians, **** telus.

@calgarytransit You should have a shuttle bus running to telus spark. It is a bit of a walk to get there, and if someone has mobility issues, the distance is a bit too much.

@Gavin_Needham How useful. I'ma be switching over to Telus or Bell next summer after my contract is up. Rogers barely has service outside of major cities/towns and I know any company could have an outage but that was ridiculous.

@ShawInfo @PrideatWorkCAN How about trying to keep straight people using Shaw internet even after using The services for over 10 years and offer them good rates? You lost us as customers when Telus offered us 1000gb for $79/month. And u wanted $89/mo for 500gb!! Shaw sucks . Keep the pride happy I guess

a @TELUS Support employee was pushing a security deal when my family had a technical problem and we were trying politely trying to tell him that we're not interested. Yet, he was continuing to push it and I think that the employee doesn't know no thanks means no thanks

@kirst_alyssa @TELUS Really, I just switched to them. Saving $75 a month. Shaw was terrible. Terrible customer service.

When you google "Shaw outage" to check if wifi is back up, the first hit is a Telus ad saying "another outage?". Well played Telus. 👏👏
