    Played the @TELUS merry-go-round today looking for a new plan. After a hour of being bounced around from 3 different countries came to the opinion Telus didn't want me as a customer. Going Cell plan shopping.

    hey @telus what is with the 24 to 48 hour callback when there is a billing problem on your end? you have been billing us for 2 accounts and a number that does not exist...because this is unacceptable. you are a communications company...and yet have a hard time communicating..

Just home from hosp recovering from heart attack, had issue with Telus internet, called them & they refuse help w/o my DL# which was 13 flrs below in garage. Threw their $1,300 equip out 13th flr window, told them to pick it up, wrote letter to Telus exec, nvr billed

    @alexlovesburrs Thats what got me to Shaw from Telus, but then you realise why it's so cheap. I won't go back again. I never have service issues with Telus but Shaw was regular and I had billing issues numerous times

    Although Videotron (Quebec Co) is not eligible to bid for spectrum outside of QC, it was invited and urged to bid for spectrum at $0.92/MHz used for 5G outside Quebec. Bell and Telus were forced to pay $3.36/MHz (billions $ more) Humongous favouritism by Trudeau Another WTF...

    @stephenlautens @OrbitStudios Or he had an agreement with one of his buddies to give them the contract but couldn’t get around the Health Canada privacy laws. Wasn’t there an issue with Telus out west?
