@SaskTel Telus is unlimited data cap at 20gb and then slowed down for 75 a month and if you have multiple lines you save 15$ a month for each 1

Communications companies, if you wanna lose a customer fast, maybe don't gaslight them with some crap about inflation when they ask for a minor price adjustment: you guys did just fine in the pandemic. Also doubly true if that customer isn't on contract. Bye, Telus!

"Phone" issues like some #Telus employees "tried" telling him. I also was right partially about how his internet issues weren't his fault too. So...on #bratvibes ...I think @wolfe69err should be nice to me since i "only" put #money in his pocket like the good

I will be cancelling your service soon and Move with other providers who are helpful like @TELUS. With your worst customer support and your hunger to just take money from customers even during financial crisis is loosing you a customer and I willnever recommend rogers to anyone

@BeanBoBean I've worked in 2 unionized environments. 1st one was Telus. That was toxic AF, relationship (at the time, not sure about now) was broken and how mgmt treated employees was brutal. My current one is a lot less confrontational and has been good to us. You're right: good AND bad.

@MrSmith400 @TELUS Ping is the core problem, I think. It means the connection back and forth from device to router is really bad. Try wired device... Same problem is Telus, no problem is the Telus/your WIFI or device. Good luck!

New phone comes tomorrow. I purchased a phone through Mobile Klinik, will use it for 6mos & upgrade. They sell/buy refurbished phones, great accessibility statement & owned by Telus, who provides service for youth leaving care, low-income fams, PWDs & seniors. Happy to support it
