Newb @TELUS customer here. Wish y’all would’ve told me how terrible they are before I switched on. Ran up $780 of roaming fees in one day after they told me it was $12/flat and the response from @TELUSsupport was basically, “haha got you!”

  • SADBOITURTLESTV SadboiturtlesTTV (@SADBOITURTLESTV) reported

So the internet company I'm with installed fiber but they still only offer only 512 kbps to 9 mbps, they go from $40 to $115, hoping I can move to a new provider but they say they don't service out here but 2 other houses who were on same list are now with @TELUS or @Shawhelp

  • S2catz Stuart Wright (@S2catz) reported

@cassejarvis @TELUS @TELUSsupport Turn off the WiFi assist - which kicks in cell data to support a weak WiFi connec’tn. Also, make sure your WiFi connec’tn is set to auto-join if the signal drops and it doesn’t reconnect automatically. Go through your apps and turn off cell data for apps you don’t need off wifi.

@PeterVogel Pretty sure my provider is on the Telus network and it is about the same here. Maybe 1-2 bars outside, rare to get any indoors. 2FA via text can be a real pain!

@telus you’re useless. Absolutely the worst.

  • _Jydeman James (@_Jydeman) reported

Just when I think Telus is the worst telecom company in the world, someone reminds me of Globacom😬😬

  • TaLoKend TanyaK (@TaLoKend) reported

Seriously @TELUS @TELUSsupport your app to manage channels has been down all day. Do you not monitor this stuff? Why the heck am I paying for low level service?

  • AstralSpartan Spartan Team Astral (@AstralSpartan) reported

@chatrmobile You still do not understand! Credit is not what we want! We have to make sure your service is redundant and will be up 99.999% of the time. This outage proves you do not know what you are doing as a mobile provider. Telus did not go down! You did!
