    @TELUS worst customer service, scheduled a callback person called transferred me to a different department . Waited for over 20 minutes with no avail. I don't understand the reason of scheduling a callback

    @TELUS you have hands down the worse customer service of any major telecom service provider in Canada. I have spent over 8 hours of my personal time trying to resolve an order I placed online. The CEO should place a call and see what peeps are talking about. It’s shameful:(

    Have been a $T.TO (Telus) customer for 7 years as of this month. (Since I was 18) I’ve been trying to contact customer support for 3 days with promises of call backs and never getting them. Might be time to look at other providers 👀
