    @TELUSsupport Cancelled account almost a year ago for this lack of communication and horrendous customer service. Over an hour and a half on hold only to be met with rudeness. Reminded me why I'll never be a Telus customer again.

  • EntitledCanada Supporting local businesses and community (@EntitledCanada) reported

    @reporteremma @TELUS @CapitalDailyVic All Telus service is complete crap. Called because my HIGH SPEED WiFi is at 47.5. After 3 service people it's now at 9.5 SERIOUSLY??? Done

  • WildergardenBC Wildergarden (@WildergardenBC) reported

    @reporteremma @TELUS @CapitalDailyVic Yup - it’s such a problem -we had to call telus

  • reporteremma Emma Gilchrist (@reporteremma) reported

    @cageytodd @TELUS @CapitalDailyVic This. 💯. Why do I have to spend my time begging to speak to a manager? This time I was promised a call back from a manager and it never came.

  • Timeneverwasted Chris Noel (@Timeneverwasted) reported

    @reporteremma @TELUS @CapitalDailyVic Having worked with a few of the telco’s there should be no problem reversing the charges and setting it up to not happen again. Just need a CSR who knows what’s up. Big companies can’t always have the regional knowledge transferred to all employees.

  • amandaburkebiz Amanda Burke (@amandaburkebiz) reported

    @TELUSsupport my senior mom is having issues with her migrated email. We are trying to help her remotely. Who do we call if we need Telus help. She is the customer, not us.

  • tdachong T. Chong (@tdachong) reported

    @Shawhelp our sound has been going in and out intermittently for the past few weeks. We've been having issues ever since we've moved from @TELUS. We've had a technician come in and he suggested we need s new line...

  • nucks355 neha (@nucks355) reported

  • GrazzyGreen John Sutherland (@GrazzyGreen) reported

    @TELUS I wasn't aware that by signing up with you guys I would be subject to a never-ending stream of tele-marketing calls. Doesn't matter if it's a Friday night at 9pm or a Monday at 2pm - I don't need a new cellphone. Is there a way to opt out this?

    @Shawhelp copy paste updates on a outage with an eta of “some time” might be time to switch to Telus
