@TELUSsupport You duplicated a charge for a service with an account number I am not aware of. You are telling me I haven't paid for it. I do pay for it on my official account. Why would I need to same service twice. Now they have cancelled both because they can't figure it out! OMG! @TELUS

After about 10 years with @TELUS, I feel I am officially done. Which Canadian smart phone and data provider would you recommend switching to? I'm tired of them selling me stuff I don't need, and having to wait on hold when I do need a resolution. Are they all the same?
