    @koodo I don't have a passcode for DMs because I refuse to give my phone # to X. And since my Koodo phone is DEAD anyway thanks to Koodo, I'd have to give X my other phone service provider, which I won't do, either. I will have to stand in line at the Telus store to GET MY MONEY BACK.

    3 hours on the phone with tech support yesterday for a family member. He failed to mention moving the dsl cable from one port to a different one on the router. Service tech was here today and switched ports and fixed the issue. Do better @TELUS your customer service is a joke.

    @PsyopAnime Nah....just finally waking up and realizing that it has potential ( still lots to fix though like all the existing company monopolies ie: Bell , Rogers, telus etc )

    Today an @EPCOR garbage truck took out my phone landline in the back alley. I've witnessed them striking the overhead cables before, but today they broke one. Went through a rigamarole explaining to @telus to send a technician tomorrow. I loath both of these companies, BTW.🤬

    @JustMeJamie64 Indian/Moroccan call and Service centres. All Shaw/Rogers. Other companies like Telus are all Philippino or south American. All from my experiences...

    I work a side job for Telus International and I can’t even get support help. I wonder how the average customer feels. **** is so cooked.
