I've been with #telus for several months and called support for the first time. After 30 minutes, I wasn't any closer to solving my issue since their agent couldn't understand my simple question. Very frustrating. Can't wait until Quebecor comes to Ontario. @TELUSsupport

@telus business connect. Your service is a joke. We signed a contract in November and are still not installed. Lots of excuses. You are billing us for service we have not received. No one replies. Terrible service

@TELUSsupport I just got a call from Telus ADT dispatch and the technician is sick for the 3rd time. Telus ADT may actually be the worst service support I have ever seen in my life.

@TELUS Hi! Yes! I thought the cause was that I live in a basement apartment, but even when I step outside I have the same problem. I have to walk or drive to the end of the street, close to Hawthorne Street, to get reliable telephone reception.

@McMudder71 @TELUS No suggestions, I use Telus without any issues but I never had their phones, I always buy my own because I can get a better deal than they offer. I am wishing you luck though.

@McMudder71 @TELUS You should be able to change carriers anytime. If Telus financed the phone you may have to pay it off but many carriers will give you cash to help pay it off. Have had Eastlink for 5 years with no problems or price increases.
