    literally all the money we had for bills. Now we have to go through the process of requesting a charge back. If a customer says $50 that mean $50....NOT $450. Further more we were owed credits to our account and telus found every way to ding us and deduce those credits...

    @TELUS my alarm went off @ 11pm saying a window was broken and carbon monoxide was detected. Neither was true but scared us - called the fire department myself. Telus did nothing. Never called authorities or me. I called them and was told someone would call me. #bullshit

    @GlobalBC I accessed insured medical services though the basic Telus program, without a fee, within 3 days. Renewed prescription and requisition for blood work and ECG. Done and dusted. Not happy that I no longer have a FD (he died), but happy with the FREE Telus service!

    @telus took a month to hook up our internet when we moved locations so they gave us a free month of service. Not a free month at all when we didn’t have access to it. Thanks for nothing Telus. Your customer service is brutal by any measure.

    @TELUSsupport @TELUS I am canceling everything I have with this company effective immediately. Internet is turned off and is paid for. Phones never work. Customer service doesn’t listen at all. Time for a new mobility plan

    17 years I’m finally leaving @TELUS @RogersHelps made me an offer I couldn’t refuse. Damn shame Telus didn’t appreciate my over paying bills every month and loyalty.
