@TELUS why is it that camping on 5G I get 0.1 Mbps download while a Fido customer on LTE gets 150 Mbps? Sure your network didn't go down like Rogers/Fido, but I can't use it on the regular while I am at the lake.

@Brodie_Friesen @TELUSsupport LOL WHAT The last time I had a problem I had to escalate it to CCTS. They had to rule in favour of me before Telus would do anything.

@hedwigyitzhak Mine is out too. We got a call saying that it could be a while; we have already been disconnected for over twelve hours. Strangely, according to the outage map on Telus' own website, there is no outage here.

@BittiegirlDonna @RogersHelps Actually I kinda lied, we use Telus for cell, have for over 10 years and never once had a major issue, a couple of minor ones but customer service really was excellent, and they're always helpful when we have questions. Now if we could just ditch Rogers I'd be happy!

@jpmacnab @Rogers We were with Bell until we were two weeks without a phone due to line damage. We now have a smartphone with Telus, TV with Shaw, Internet with Xplornet, and are happy to diversify.

>Feds Order Rogers, Telus, Bell to Create Network Safety Plan within 60 Days What are the odds that this won't really address anything and is just the government public pandering to show they are addressing one of the biggest network collapses in years in infrastructure.

@awri125 @CBCNews I’ve been with Telus for nearly 20 years. I’ve had very good service. I think that if a customer shows loyalty instead of moving every other year, you’ll get better service.

@good_ridance22 @theJagmeetSingh I know people paying $60-70 dollars with virgin mobile and now $25-35 with Telus. Bell made people switch because they had an outage and never told anyone.

When my Canadian phone on the @Rogers network went down, I tried my American phone which usually roams on the Rogers network but it defaulted to @Telus and all I could get was 3G sporadically. So I am skeptical mutual assistance would work w/o significant network investments.💰
