    @CalgaryBluesky @ShawInfo They did that for me too, but the service was so bad when Shaw called me and offered me money to come back I agreed. Then Telus sent me a cheque to cover the free credit they gave me that I didn't use.

    @Donnchadhol Cut the crap. Housing allocated for locals was blocked by @TELUS in Mahon. Instead the local community which is already at breaking point for services was given an Xmas gift of refugees the community and the authorities know absolutely nothing about . No consultation. Nothing!

    @TELUSsupport Typical TERRIBLE TELUS service: online options not working, "chat" rep can't fix problem, on hold with loyalty for 30+ minutes no idea if there is a person on the other end. After 30 years, Bell is looking better than ever for all family, business and internet.

    @TELUS why did I have a Telus salesperson come to my door & relentlessly bug me to switch to Telus. Couldn’t take a hint even when I said I wasn’t interested. I didn’t know the exact price of a service & he said “oh the husband takes care of it?” Presumptuous on a few levels…

    Keep piling on Thursday.. after spending 2h on the phone with 5! (Yes 5) separate agents last week.. I call in to @TELUS again.. to find out my problem WASN’T solved and the solution is much different than presented by the previous agents. #yourekidding #wheredoisendmyinvoice

    @coL_Amazonian @Xfinity There are plenty of reasons for me to never move to the US, but a big one is that I haven't had a single internet interruption in the 3 years I've been with @TELUS, excluding 2am network maintenance (doesn't affect me) and 1 power outage. Seems like US ISPs are actual trash.
