@TELUSsupport @Lilipop2023 During the severe conditions and unbelievably interrupted Internet connection, I was hoping Telus will help Iranian people keep connected with their beloved ones by continuing to waive the long-distance charges from Canada to Iran. Please don't let us get disappointed!

The only thing that makes this somewhat bearable is if/when you do get through to the 1-833 number the customer service reps are great. Thanks @TELUS for that.

@lcfrst2 Have you gotten the one from Rogers yet saying they are sending you $125 for the down network this summer? I got it…it seemed legit…except I’m a Telus customer.

  • Terrywiseman5 Eric The Red (@Terrywiseman5) reported

@JustinTrudeau Here's an idea Mr Telus. Let's charge the customer the credit card processing fee. We missed it when we set up that payment option. Trudeau won't intervene. He didn't intervene with the two airlines screwing people! Now, where's my bonus for profit ideas? Screw the public.

  • NakulMe96773257 Nakul Mehta (@NakulMe96773257) reported

@telus fraud done by their customer reps

  • tdemerse Trevor (@tdemerse) reported

@TELUSsupport how do I stop the weekly emails & texts telling me to activate TELUS Online Security? The service came with a bundle but I will not be using it. The tone of the emails stating "immediate action required" is unacceptable, as is the lack of an unsubscribe option.
