Thank you to Raj the @TELUS tech who had my internet and TV signal fixed less than 2 hours after I texted him. Top notch service means I can watch the Oilers game tonight! 👏👏👏

  • ABR9836 Abdulrahman Fattouh (@ABR9836) reported

@TELUS @TELUSsupport WORST. CHAT. EXPERIENCE. EVER. "Madian" didn't understand a single thing. Was just simply inquiring about the Bring-It-Back program and off she goes talking about postpaid and prepaid services. Said she'll transfer me to prepaid services regarding my inquiry.

Does Telus actually think it's ok to say they will provide a $200 credit for porting a phone number over 7 months ago and now not pay the money because they don't want to? I shouldn't have to fight to be a customer! Is this the Telus business model? Rip people off?

There is a reported 911 outage across the province, impacting Telus and Koodo mobile customers. Landlines are not affected. If you are experiencing an emergency, dial 9-1-1. If your call fails, please call back from another carrier or landline if possible. @Kamscan @Lampreau1

  • drjp81 JayPee. (@drjp81) reported

@TELUS So, someone logged into my account, activated #telusstreamplus and now support tells me that they can't trace it. This is disconcerting, to say the least. Seems like very basic security features to have an audit trail on account changes! Why don't you?

  • xSlickLy SlickLy (@xSlickLy) reported

@launders Bell has best data deals but **** service. Rogers is best service but low data. Telus is alright same with Koodo

  • AcornsJohnny Johnny Acorns (@AcornsJohnny) reported

@EComm911_info @TELUS @koodo Dial 911? I thought you guys hated police. Trick of the trade I guess. Call the men with guns when you're in ****....

  • EComm911_info E-Comm 9-1-1 (@EComm911_info) reported from Burnaby, British Columbia

UPDATE: @TELUS / @Koodo advising that this outage impacting their cellphone customers in #BC is now resolved and callers are getting through to 9-1-1. With service restored, anyone experiencing an emergency situation should call 9-1-1 right away to get the help they need. #911BC
