@TELUS you people continue to give false promises and saying we don’t have access to ADT hence cannot help. 5 day have elapsed and no resolution at all.

  • iservice Ian Service (@iservice) reported

Anyone else notice that @TELUS/@Bell HSPA service is nearly useless recently? It's like they demoted the bandwidth to calls only so if your signal level falls back to HSPA you can't even get a couple hundred Kb/s.

  • rocky_rikhi Rocky Rikhi (@rocky_rikhi) reported

@TELUS your escalation and support continue to give incorrect info. Please see to it. Giving false info isn’t a good approach

@shandro For whatever reason, in due course, you're shifty lying *** will be out of a job. Well, at least THIS one. Still going to get your kickbacks from the stupid Telus app. And I loathe that grifters like you prey on the dumb posts that vote blue no matter what.

  • TheFarquaad Darcy Hope (@TheFarquaad) reported

@nessie12 @IRPlawyer @TELUS If it was so bad, way more people would be getting it than are. People have been interacting more than any point in the pandemic, yet cases still aren’t close to our peak. Explain that, if it was so bad we’d be at 1000’s of cases a day by now

  • TheFarquaad Darcy Hope (@TheFarquaad) reported

@IRPlawyer @TELUS Because they aren’t insane with paranoia. Contractors have been going into homes for 18 months with no issue.

  • trinighyul Nadia G she|her TEST, TRACE, ISOLATE (@trinighyul) reported

@Wildsau @TELUS Brutal. Loyal customer and this year is the first time I've thought about leaving because of their service :(

  • zahidripon Zahidul Islam (@zahidripon) reported

I took an offer from @telusmobility for a cellphone plan through my home services. The offer was a discount of $15 off from the monthly plan. Literally I have to call each month to get that discount! What an example of the worst customer service!! @TELUS

  • 882Ams Good Questions (@882Ams) reported

@elviralount @IRPlawyer @TELUS The old copper landlines qualify as basic service. In BC Telus is required under provincial regs to repair them in 48 hours. When our landline aerial cracked in the back lane pre-Covid it took them two weeks to re-establish service. They would like avoid these headaches -con’t
