On a call with @TELUS sales rep, trying to sell us a service, call kept dropping, guy calls back and the previous quoted price goes up. I am an existing customer ! Not impressed !!

@kimpagegluckie I get home, and I have a $2k bill. I'm like, wtf. Call Telus. First contact doesn't have authority to wave so they escalate. The manager dude I talked to is literally the worst customer rep I've ever dealt with. He blamed me, threatened me. Told me it was my fault.
