Fine @TELUS @TELUSsupport @Tonygeheran, mistakes happen but refusing to rectify it and then threatening about what “might” happen if you reconnect his service at his current home before he moves is shameful. But oh, he can’t cancel because he has a year left on his contract.

@Miss_vick_ Crappy customer service from Bell is the reason I switched to Telus years ago. Taken for granted as a customer. Unfortunately stuck with Bell for home phone and satellite as limited options in my area.

Hey @TELUS @TELUSsupport @Tonygeheran Please know that YOUR error in disconnecting my very elderly dad’s phone, TV and Internet a week before you were supposed to has left him completely isolated, stressed and at risk should he need emergency services.

@belladenjones @dja17 @GlobalBC Pretty typical for Telus. They've tried to bill me for services i had canceled years ago. They even tried to bill my mother for calls she never made. I don't think their billing department is well run
