@WhistlerBlckcmb @TELUS Unbelievable!! 1 hour waiting in the harmony line!! Thats something that shouldn’t happen at a ski resort that charges 200$ for a day pass. Either make ur passes cheaper so people know you are a bad resort or get new ski patrol.

@lllaurenA @TELUSsupport Also shouldn’t need to sign up or pay for it again if it’s covered under telus. My crave is covered under mine and i just use my telus login to access it off my tv app and not the channel on your guide.

@TELUS Hi. I just waited over an hour to speak to someone. This is after a callback. Please don't treat your customers this way. Have to go to work, else I'd probably still be on the line. Not cool

@JasonPYYC While I 100% agree they should pay it back, at least telus didn’t lay people off, let those with immune issues work from home, take quarantine leave if exposed, and paid them. Slightly misleading too. Telus got 38.6, Rogers 82.3 and bell 122.9.

@Mark_Goldberg Ok only TELUS below 14%. Estimated 18% in 2023, I stand corrected. My point is they can be at 12% and still provide enough capacity/speed, coverage, better service for 40%+ Canadians that compromise because of high prices? #BIG3 among most inefficient companies, closed ones too.

@TELUS the outage in Surrey BC cant be going this long with no official message?! If this cable damage (apparently) is so extensive we cant let it happen again. Baffling there hasnt been even a smidgeon of progress made after 12 hours??
