    @brittlestar My experience with Telus is that the company is incompetent. My experience with Rogers is that they don't care about their customer and are garbage. As a current Shaw customer I will be left with 2 options for my internet. Stay with the garbage or switch to the incompetent.

    To all my Canadian followers. Rogers and Bell have terrible customer service and not a great service at all which they are showing right now, @TELUS has been working throughout this entire lockout and they have an amazing team

    @PaulMitchell_AB I had no trouble .... but then, I'm with #Telus

    @esteetabernac Nope the Bell/Telus/Rogers monopoly will carry on. I wonder how many people couldn’t call 911 yesterday for an emergency?

    @zeeke55 @ltmcdies @FP_Champagne With privatization, income is prioritized. With public, service is prioritized. If Bell and Telus could've seamlessly taken Rogers traffic most the damage would've been mitigated

    @SGaibrie I’m confused…every example you gave…including Rogers…is not a monopoly. Everyone that was on Bell, Telus, and Freedom had service. Never-mind those that were in subsidiaries like Koodo or Virgin that also worked. How can AC/Westjet be monopolies…they are two companies!

    Sorry guys, I too was a victim of the unprecedented countrywide internet and cellphone outage yesterday courtesy of Rogers. Back in business but getting a Bell and Telus plan today.

    @TELUS why is it that I need LTE+ or 5G to have any data usage with my phones? When my signal drops to LTE or 4G, I am limited to phone & text only.

    @RogersHelps I don't care if they say they are sorry...Rogers should be fined or sued as their company outage cost millions to be impacted without access to bank cards, etransfer, and even emergency services. I will NEVER use Rogers and if they take over Shaw, I will use Bell or Telus first

    Wondering how we bill the carriers for their inability to offer service yesterday. Is it not funny how we get billed for paying our bills late, so what happens when they fail to provide us service? @TELUS I'm talking to you.
