    @BarbaraDoduk @jodyvance @TELUS When I cancelled my mom's service after she passed away, I packaged up the equipment and went to the post office. The girl looked at the parcel and insisted I take a photo of the package with the receipt as proof based on her experience of lost returns. Mine was fine.

    @TELUSsupport @TELUS any idea when service is going to be restored to those of us not having internet in Medicine Hat? Itโ€™s been down all day. Even an acknowledgement that you know there is a problem would be nice

    @jodyvance @TELUS Telus is the worst, And Iโ€™m sure this lady has spent hrs on the phone with tech support, but theyre in Siri lanka and donโ€™t speak so good. The reboot is unplug your modem and wait as minute, never works, I gave up, more should

    @jodyvance @TELUS lol. Right. I had the PVR box changed out once and that improved things but the equipment is just crap. Not state of the art at all.
