@rupasubramanya LOTS in BC Rupa we have many emergency room doctors come & say exactly this .... but people condemn Telus health when the Drs in BC are almost exclusively "virtual" & have no problem downloading their patients to the hospitals as LON AS they get to write their scripts FROM HOME!

@PaulDoroshenko @TELUS Yes that’s extremely high. We switched to Telus cuz Shaw was terrible when covid hit & everyone started working from home. Telus was much better. You might regret moving to Shaw. I suggest what others said…call Shaw get quote then share with Telus…they’ll lower to keep you.

@MrFrankoTanko @nasso85 @CTVNews Your cell phone data was given to PHAC by TELUS. TELUS can collect data from other providers as it’s shared info. So yeah, the issue is TELUS giving away information. Not the government getting it.

@TELUS Ugh. Can you just put a streaming package together for us? Why break it down this way. Keep going, I’m so close to canceling my service with you. FRUSTRATING!

@PaulDoroshenko @TELUS Fiber 150 for $55.00. Speed tests have always been 160 - 175mbps up and down. Getting more speed than I'm paying for and solid cost. Are you sure you need what tier you're paying for? I'd look i to that.

@PaulDoroshenko @TELUS Whoa! That's a lot, especially for poor service. I have Xplornet. Terrible service for half the cost.

@TELUS you really ought do something about your door to door marketing staff. The response to “I don’t have time to talk to you” should never be “it’ll only take 2 seconds” that’s how you get a door slammed on your face, not how you make a sale.

@PaulDoroshenko @TELUS We have been over charged by (don’)Telus for over a year, and ghosted numerous times for installs. The promised service and equiptment is still not complete - 16months in. Customer service there is abismal and phone support is trained to be obtuse regarding billing. Good luck.

@Cat_Louuu @Naomi_with_an_a I work for Telus so I know when any carriers are down or are having problems as those are competitors. They also don’t use the towers, that’s a misconception, it’s just the tower itself the hardware is on and we rent that. Has nothing to do with bell at all.
