Is there no easy way to contact @TELUS at all? It is either a 3 hours wait on the phone or a useless virtual help and I can’t do anything on either your app or on your website regarding my plan. Is this how bad your situation as of the moment?

  • zotfot Arpad Hild (@zotfot) reported

@Penny36274714 @reaIDonaIdTru_ Well I had xplornet and was paying $140 for 300 GB but I switched to landline internet with telus and now I pay $70 a month with a home phone and get unlimited data and much better service now too

@SteveSaretsky @jesse_kleine Koodo runs on Telus network. It's a smart choice to go with Koodo.

@TELUSsupport is there an outage in Edmonton? My internet/tv has been out for a couple of hours. Been waiting on hold for nearly an hour. Not happy with #telus at all. Nothing but issues since I signed up with Telus in the summer. @TELUS

@koodo your customer service sucks 💩. When a customer schedules a callback, THAT MEANS CALL THEM BACK!!! Looking for a new service. Any friends have any recommendations? Not bell, telus or rogers proper, looking for alternative like public, virgin etc
