Bev Bursey (@bcb490) reported from Massey Drive, Newfoundland and Labrador@yvonneparsley I would be calling Telus on him and my neighbors to cancel their service. His aggressiveness is totally unwarranted anywhere. I know he has a job to do and a living to make but not need to harass you
-
David Gluzman (@D4V) reported@IANRHARDING @TELUS Have I said this to you before? Because I say exactly the same thing! Problem is, most people HATE writing, or think they don’t know how. Writing is such an important skill, especially as a designer.

Sharon Hunt (@sharon_604) reported@TELUS @TELUSsupport as a 30 year customer was hoping you would be smarter than to start charging for credit card. I will now start paying by cheque which will increase your processing cost far above what you pay in credit card fees which allow you efficient receipt of funds.

Todger Strunk (@WaxEBuildup) reported from Toronto, OntarioZOMG I have cell phone service again. I may have waited on hold for 2 hours, but the woman who attended to my account was ******* amazing and she clearly should be running the company, not just answering inbound customer service. @TELUS, can you please promote the helpful woman?

Kyle Georgeneau (@KyleGeorgeneau) reported@TELUSsupport 1 hour wait time! I'm shocked! Hey Telus, I was incorrectly billed for US data even though I was not in the US. Please fix.

mofongo con carne (@acidwashjorts) reported@TELUS I had to ask two of your alarm salesmen to stop talking and get off my property for the second time this summer and you're losing me for a customer if I have to do it again. The aggressive door-to-door pitch is pretty pathetic for a company of your size

SheldonCarl (@SheldonCarl60) reported@Isuckatpicking @TELUSsupport @TELUS Thank you. I thought it was illegal to use these service charge techniques. Defeats the purpose of my Air-miles program.
