    The @TELUS app is such a garbage POS !!! Like for a phone company you think they would have an app that works. Doesnt even make it past the loading screen. #garbage

    Why is @TELUSsupport charging over $80 in tax to order a phone online when I can order the EXACT SAME PHONE with more colour options from @Bell_Support and not be charged any tax? And I’m already a Telus customer! 😡

    @pewpewpew @TELUSsupport @Bell_Support I had been with Telus since they were Clearnet (I am aging myself) & after HORRID customer service policies I left. I had been a customer for almost 20 yrs...they gave ZERO fs, actually told me to look for another provider if I wasn't "happy"!

    @Aly_B_YYC I had that problem but related to Telus which would freeze. I ended up having to wire my laptop to the modem at home to be able to share, and I didn’t realize that until I tried to share as the host. Also I was fine with having 10 or 12 people but at 30 it was unmanageable
