Telus:current message. The late shows are not available. They are at least scheduled but why this seeming breakdown so many times. Different problem every times. Some of us want to skip to Shaw. Maybe donate want to, but have to.

I just switched my family’s services to @Telus after literal decades with a competitor and am finding out that different lines within a single mobility account cannot have separate caller ID’s? Something their competitors have no issue with. Am I understanding this correctly?

@KikkiPlanet Telus asking me time and again to buy their security service is ALMOST as futile as the J-Dubs I met doing door to door when I lived in Utah. But I felt sorry for the J-Dubs, & having had relatives screw over other relatives while in that cult, that's saying something.

Hi @telus. Didn't hear back so re-requested a call on your virtual assistant at 3 pm. It was working again. Again was told that someone would call in 15 min. However, it's now 4:45 pm & no phone call. To recap, the phone number for cancelling service doesn't work...

Having to switch from my S21+ 5G to an LG G4 sucks so badly! I can't even make out what the emojis are. It's outrageous $475 for a new screen. But, had telus told me my device care didn't cover anything anymore, i would've gotten it fixed for $40/mo. 😠

@TwittleAir @Shawhelp @TELUS Shaw + Bad Customer service = epic fail. Quick call to TELUS and we have internet activated with Optik tv. Always have a backup plan. Shaw is a miserable failure. Wait still Rogers takes over — just gonna get worse.
