"The number you dialed is within a number range that has been blocked for security reasons. If you need assistance please contact @TELUS at 611". WTF?! I have my roaming plan on and am using my Jamaican phone to call Jamaica! 😡 @DIGICELJamaica @TELUSsupport please fix this!

@TELUS I just tried using your chat to answer one question since I'm at work and can't spend a lot of time on the phone. It is useless and absolutely a shameful service for this day and age. Remove it.

@filomenag70 @TELUS They just sold me a "brand new" phone which I'm convinced is actually refurbished. It stopped working after a few weeks & @TELUSsupport told me it wasn't their problem.

@Allthingswhisky @TELUSsupport Telus support is a joke. Telus just sold me a phone that doesn't work. I called & spoke to @TELUSsupport who told me it wasn't their problem.

@HoHarbor I did. I think he thought he could sweet talk his way through my questions but when I mentioned I had friends who were police officers and knew his story didn't add up, he fled. Hope the cops caught him on the street. Will never know. Telus was alarmed when I called them.

AT&T is not that bad compared to Telus or Verizon. A few hiccups along the way. Its current dividend of 8.43% is mighty tempting. When the crash comes, I hope the *** will be 10% or more. I’ll buy some then.
