    @Durmo2010 @TELUSsupport I’ve been on the phone with them for an hour trying to book an appointment to get set up for service. Waited hours for callback that never came. Tried again, waited, then they asked for my DL or SIN. Telus can verify my identity without that information. Not a good start Telus.

    @canmericanized @Rogers @CRTCeng try Bell, then Telus etc. They are relentless. If anyone ever calls claiming to be a company (utilities, bank etc), never call back the number they give you. Look at your bill or card & call that number. 2/2

    @TELUS …so excited for tomorrow to see if my EXPEDITED order will show up tomorrow. The crack team @TELUSsupport is on the case. Next step…cancelling @TELUS service and making sure as many people as possible know how bad you are

    In case you're wondering about your Internet, phone service or TV service not working, flooding has created issues for @TELUS customers in the downtown area and for @Rogers customers, in the Greisbach, Londonderry and Beaumaris lake areas. Check their websites for more details #Yeg

    @tylerpaduraru @Prominent_Bryan @TELUSsupport Have had to deal with their customer service and tech support a couple of times in the last year and it's been absolute trash. A few years ago, I thought Telus had good customer service. Outsourcing it to AI has made it terrible.

    @LoveMy7Wood @TELUS My error.. Telus is Philippines and Rogers, India. AI helps them..: note the hold time out; AI explains issues and responses provided for them. So cool; so Canadian.
