I went months dealing with them installing fiber to my door and when it was finally time to light it up, a rep came to the door asking for my ID to run a hard credit check. Hard pass on that for a monthly subscription. So I am not a Telus customer.

They pay landlords to give them a key to our maiboxes so they can stuff them with ****. Plus they robocall several times per week from different numbers.

They tell me I should have told them first I was porting to another service so they could ‘prepare’ my bill but since I didn’t it’s more difficult
