It became more evident during the outage that we need a signal booster or something as we won’t be able to call anyone during an outage.

Waited for 20-30 minutes a few times...and gave up. Then tried once more,waited for 40 minutes......before finally talking to someone I could hardly understand. Switched to Shaw
