    @jodyvance @TELUS We had visitors from the US to our home last week and we were talking about how our choices for service are minimal. Telus subscribers for almost 40 years for telephone and many years for TV and now Optic. Such poor communication.

    @TELUS you guys need better DB role management on your ticketing systems. Like why don't your support employees just know wtf i told the previous 4 regarding the same issue? Even passing PostIt notes would work better, but I guess your asses are too wide and brains too narrow

    @jodyvance @TELUS @TELUS is having multiple outages active for a while in Vancouver. They can't fix it apparently. My internet has been going out almost daily/
