@mlindsay65 @TELUS Unrelated but same, I have 3 TV boxes and they can't all be on at the same time in the evenings. Solution buy boosters, I have 3 now. Did not solve anything, still have diel up speeds most evenings and TV freezing.

@JohnHaleCrimLaw When I called to cancel with TELUS, they put me through to ‘Customer Retention’ (I asked to speak to them on my first call, but they wouldn’t transfer me). All of a sudden, we had a great deal! So I canceled SHAW. 2/

@poliright2 @StepUPnow_ca could be worse when you call @telus service you get someone from another country with a major language issue. We need to keep our jobs in Canada.

@TELUSsupport The problem is these acammers keep using a different number each time. I keep getting calls from Telus saying I can upgrade my phone. and it's always a different number.

@TELUSsupport I recommend reading the recent reviews in the iOS App Store. These issues are impacting any Telus user that has iOS. I can’t see my optik tv theme packs or premium channels, nor can I make changes to any of my Telus home services. This is not just a single user issue.

A human answered. Put in another call & requested a callback (because I'm a glutton for punishment). Have been waiting for over 2 hrs. Trying to help a senior who has no computer or email & who cannot navigate their prompts sign up for @Telus mobility. @Telus SUCKS!!!!

@reliefinplace @JustinTrudeau It's was approved after Bell & Telus both revealed $700M is investments with Huawei over the last 3 years and they wanted the Feds to pay that back. I've ditched @telus after 15 years as a customer because of it.

@KGYEG Not mine, but I'm in Kelowna. Best of luck to you. If your neighbor's Telus net went down at the same time, that suggests that somebody screwed up big time with a backhoe or something comparable.
