@TELUS @TELUSsupport How do I sign a contract with you for you to go and increase my rates after 8 months? Someone better reach out and correct this. Brutal service. @TELUSBusiness

@TELUS I would like for someone to actually respond to address the issues. I still did not hear back from Alejandro after I responded to his initial questions.

@TELUS @TELUSsupport With more of our population aging and companies moving more stuff to the cloud, these issues will continue to happen but without providing a way for the client to get support for a change they did not request, without paying for it, is pretty irresponsible as a corporation.

@TELUS @mmabrey1 No one is helping us, and no one is taking accountability. I work from home and have completely lost a full day of work because of this outage and your teamโ€™s conflicting information.

@Frid45 Yea buy some Canadian Tire? Or if you're able buy Bombardier Challenger Jet. Support Cameco by getting your very own ton of Uranium. Better yet sign up for a 2 year cell plan with Telus, wont work in Europe but who cares if it means helping 'elbows up' idiots with their ridiculous virtuous posts

@FrankP9915 @JohnRustad4BC This isn't true. Canada has similar problems as US healthcare does post Covid. Private telecoms have the worst service. Sasktel at least has far superior service and prices to that of Bell, Telus, etc.

@VoteCanadaCom I can see Telus hiring browns to go door to door with guns ordering you to buy their service or else. That tracks perfectly with their sense of corporate business ethic and general moral disposition of those in charge of the company.

@northopsss @LeafSingh I work for Telus and can help you if you want. I'm just a local tech (AB) but if you want to DM me I can give you pricing and if it works for you either ship SIM or activate esim.
