@TELUS @koodo @TELUSHealth On Saturday Peter from escalation team suggested that they reduce my data by two gigs and that will reduce my monthly bill by five dollars. I asked him how is that going to improve my cell phone service? His responses it’s not, you’ll have a cheaper bill. Not helpful whatsoever

My service provider Telus has advised me that has been a security breach potentially affecting 5.4 million Twitter accounts. I haven’t seen any any communication Twiter.

@TELUSsupport one way to ruin your weekend is to talk to a Telus customer care representative. I had to adk a question about my plan and why other carriers have a better price. The representative told me we do not price match, I told her it's not a grocery store

@TELUS @koodo @TELUSHealth Then talk to Sky from your escalation team yesterday. I asked her what happens if there’s a 911 call And the operator on the other side can’t hear us. Her response “nothing” We have had a tower down in our area since February. No one gave us the courtesy of letting us know

Another fake text on my cell phone telling me my Amazon account is suspended for too many log on attempts. The other day it was Netflix. Sick of Telus not being able to control this crap. I've unplugged my house phone for the same reason

What has been going on with @TELUS/@koodo service lately. Can't make or receive calls, and have zero data on LTE and 1mbps on 3G. Never use to be this bad and service has just been getting worse and worse since October.
