@PeterVogel I went into a renewal with shaw (internet/tv) expecting a battle and it was super easy with only a slight increase. Telus wouldn't budge on my Mom's phone price though. If I recall you had it down around 10/mo?

@TELUSsupport Telus charged us $150 for reporting the service outage and technician visit. The fault is because of Telus. If you cannot reverse my charges, I will switch it to Shaw.

@drex Sorry but Rogers has been a horrible company to deal with imo. Sadly we live in an area where TELUS doesn’t offer service but I will search all options. Rogers will never get another dime of my money. #oldguyanger

@randyw74 @drex i am moving from shaw to telus as the apartment complex i am moving to is offering 25% off each service for the lease term plus the extra 10 dollars off for my mobile service makes telus the winner in my book plus i can stream 15000 channels for $37.50 per year i am in

Hey @TELUS I’m pretty sure I just got a phishing phone call claiming to be from you offering me a deal (that’s not as good as my current service with you). Very loud call centre and hung up as soon as I started digging for more info. Just letting you know. @TELUSsupport

@CTVNews Hey @TELUS @TELUSsupport , your fibre optic service isn’t available in my neighbourhood yet. It is 1/4 of a kilometre away though. Fix that and I’ll switch. I’d prefer not to deal with Rogers.

@MPelletierCIO Received a Promotional Telus offer for Rural Internet Unlimited and WIFI using a hub ( off their cell lines). Plans starting at 120.00 a month plus Hub cost. I pay local company 68.00 a month where repairs are 8 hrs max, not 8 days. Tax $ should support local companies ALWAYS!
