Telus was supposed the fix the BC vaccine line. Fire that CEO. I've been dialing for four hours, now on hold for 35 minutes. This is a pain. They knew this would happen and haven't prepared adequately.

@revolutionvote @TELUS Bell did the same thing to me recently. Shaw is pushing their mobile lately, but their prices are fairly similar after the honeymoon phase where they give you huge discounts. We need more competition in the wireless market to make the prices come down.

Last Sunday, around 1pm, I reached out to @TELUSsupport about our terrible internet quality & was assured that my file had been escalated and I would be contacted by a manager “shortly”... it’s now Thursday at 9pm and no one has called... I get only excuses from #Telus. I’m done.

@JT_Fisherman @TELUS That was my deal too, I buy phones outright so I have had the same plans since 2016. They were never supposed to increase.

  • JT_Fisherman Armed and Adorable FLFO (@JT_Fisherman) reported

@revolutionvote @TELUS Plus they never increase the rate of my package. I even watch for deals to get better packages when they have them. Rn I'm $55 unlimited plus 8gb data before tax.

@Flagpole_Canada .@Fernpick would it happen to be you that brought up the MSRP issue? There was also a person who compared all of the devices Telus was selling and did the work to get all the MSRP's possible from the various brands. It showed issues exactly like what Videotron said.

  • giromonsale Giromon (@giromonsale) reported

@texfre @adriandix Blame Telus who is Contracted to provide that Service. Ministers cannot micromanage this although ultimately they are responsible. Telus screwed up.
