@TELUSsupport This will be my last phone from @telus — after 10+ years really was hoping for a better customer experience. Thanks.

  • ColmerAlisa AlisavandenBiggelaar (@ColmerAlisa) reported

@TELUSsupport Sorry just saw this…so we are extremely frustrated with telus, between our mobile and home services we are now paying almost $500 a month for a service that constantly goes down…

  • ktownareacouncl ( ;- ) (@ktownareacouncl) reported

So @TELUS plz. Tell me why I would go to your sister company after you telling me there are no loyalty incentives for 13y+ customer. Wouldn't that be like Purolator telling me to go Canada Post instead of addressing the issue? #CustomerExperience

  • JozsefScott Scott (@JozsefScott) reported

    Telus 5G, more like 3G #slow

  • LeggoMyEggo_ Alexis Sampogna (@LeggoMyEggo_) reported

@TELUSsupport hey Telus, I haven't had stable internet in 6 days. Your tech who came out yesterday cut off my internet completely. I've been told it won't even be looked at for another 5 days. I work from home, I can't just take half a month off work while you fix this???

  • DrMarcusG Marcus Greatheart MD MSW (@DrMarcusG) reported

@LesliBoldt @DrRitaMc As a new-to-practice doctor, I got a landline as backup because I was paranoid I might miss something urgent when I was on-call. It rarely rang, and when it did, it was either spam calls or @TELUS trying to sell me some service I didn’t need. So basically more spam.

... I left Telus for their ****** service. But at least I could stream a 144p YouTube video!... or a simple audio file. Again, UP YOUR THROTTLED SPEEDS. I mean, Jesus, at least make them comparable to a McDonald's Wi-Fi!! ====

  • Vishal47280407 Vishal (@Vishal47280407) reported

@TELUS did Telus have deta breech, getting calls from scammers pretending to be telus with lot of info about the customer

  • ktownareacouncl ( ;- ) (@ktownareacouncl) reported

Must b the season,in true "Miracle on 34th Street"fashion, because @TELUS loyalty has nothing to offer for 13y+ customer, the rep kindly pointed me to Koodo for savings. I already knew, it aint 1947,plus in 2022 I'ld like a 5G network to go with my 5G mobile. #customerexperience
