@cvangeyn Why is TNF not in my Telus cable service anymore? Too much balance and advocacy of access to information and liberty?

  • 3rdandOak Desmond Demosthenes (@3rdandOak) reported

@dustbobgod I switched over from Shaw to Telus... but... it was a location issue. Shaw's only offering into our building was beyond pathetic... and then Telus installed fibre. On top of that, Shaw's tech was really rude. After over 20 years, I had to dump them.

@TELUS Dude, it seems you've messed up really bad and as the result, Iranians are coming!

  • cmcalpine Cam McAlpine (@cmcalpine) reported

@TELUS @TELUSsupport isn’t. It’s actually the opposite of customer support. It should be called customer aggravation. Don’t be like @TELUS

  • Schlunkman Schlunk 🇺🇦 (@Schlunkman) reported

So the #Telus solution to over billing me by double for 2 months, is to not pay me back and offer lock me into a similar contract with punitive exit fees for 2 years? We desperately to break up these monopolies in Canada.
