@TELUSsupport I have been deceived by a sales agent and the customer service rep I just spoke to told me @TELUS would rather I return the device and cancel service as opposed to honouring the agreement that was offered to me. They actually hung up on me when I requested a manager

After being a loyal, paying customer at @FreedomMobile for 22 years I'm forced to change carriers. The poor customer service I've received today showed no loyalty. Who is the best? Bell, Fido or Telus? I'm actually unhappy with Freedom for the first time. #freedommoblie #freedom

Well, I don't know what happened with this Cloud Star TV, based here in Edmonton. Because we've both been home all day and they never did call us like they were supposed to today about making an appointment to have their home services switched over from Telus! Not impressed.🤨🤔

@pozpiggy86 @koodo That's a sign of your new @telus service to come, with anything your get from Telus. Record it, complain... Isn't Telus the one that charges people 200$ if their tech shows up and no one is home? You have a no-show tech.

@TELUS I’ve been contacted twice by a representative in the past days to get me back as a customer. If you want me, have someone that speak fluently in English or French. He wasn’t friendly and the promo was too good to be true.

So get this telus has treated to cut my cell service of if I dont pay $100 dallors by the 29th of this month even though those greedy jerks know im on long-term disability that doesn't pay much and they're not even willing 2 put me on an affordable cell plan 4 ppl on disability!!

So apparently @TELUS took over the company that installed a security system at 1 of our properties. When asked to send a technician to resolve an issue, they informed us that they are unable to do so. Isn't this fraud if they accept monthly payments but fail to provide service?
