    @TELUS why are your customer support hours only until 4pm pacific? I just spent 2 hours on hold to be disconnected at 4:20 and your chat assistant closes at 4pm. You are a west coast company!

    So done with @FreedomMobile. Worst coverage in Canada,by FAR. Literally can't WAIT to switch back to @TELUS.

    @TELUS, so it’s 2 dollars for a customer service call. This is my third call today because the website and the app don’t work. So my 3 hours of lost time is apparently worth about 65 cents an hour. No wonder a company that charges 150 bucks a month is profitable.

    @TELUS I got the shittiest customer service today. Repulsive. I hung up. You need better people in your HR if the reps I spoke to were suppose to deescalate and solve the situation.

    @ClairesOwner I love long distance convos with random call center support. Yesterday I chatted with “Rob” from metro Manilla, Philippines. Found out so much about the country while we waited for Telus to correct an account error.

    We can’t live in remote communities and utilize the Bring It Back program with Telus. They’ll tell you that you need to be patient with Canada Post delays and then turn around and ding you bc of it, give you no real help and then won’t send the phone back. @TELUSsupport

    Definitely not impressed with how Telus conducts their customer service. Right now I’d 10/10 never recommend their Bring it Back program wtf. 😐 @TELUSsupport

    @WatsonWork1 @ScharleyTina In my opinion it is Dix that is taking down the NDP - he condones Telus taking over our health care here in BC, he refers to the health act but of course is not specific -it is called gaslighting - shame on him #DefundTheCMPA
