@Mark_Goldberg Ok only TELUS below 14%. Estimated 18% in 2023, I stand corrected. My point is they can be at 12% and still provide enough capacity/speed, coverage, better service for 40%+ Canadians that compromise because of high prices? #BIG3 among most inefficient companies, closed ones too.

Hey, @TELUSsupport! Is it possible to view my Telus security video stream on my TV via my OPTIK TV service? If not, that seems like a reasonably sensible feature to add.

Dear @Rogers I've already cancelled 3 of my cell lines, believe when I say Telus has been calling. You changed the due date of my phone bill so you could collect like $11 in late fees. Soon it's going to cost you $370/mo from a decade long customer.

@TELUSsupport They want me to wait one week to fix the internet. Please Telus. Tell me how I should run my business for a week with no internet service due to your screw up. Some advice. Pay more elsewhere. Avoid this company.

@lllaurenA @TELUSsupport If you’re getting prime through telus, shouldn’t need to sign up for a free trial, but to access your prime go to Ch. 424. To login via prime on your iPad or phone or tv app, you’ll need to use “login with a cable provider option” Then use your telus account info to login.

@lllaurenA @TELUSsupport Also shouldn’t need to sign up or pay for it again if it’s covered under telus. My crave is covered under mine and i just use my telus login to access it off my tv app and not the channel on your guide.
