    @TELUSsupport I called the "fibre support team" only to sit on hold for 30 minutes. I was assured at the end of the call "Natalie" from escalations was calling me immediately. I'm still waiting. #telus

    Woke today to find that someone has gone thru and stolen things from with 5-8 feet of Telus Doorbell camera and have spent 1 hour ob phone with support that try to upsell me on other equipment that does not work either as neighbor had picture of man's back stealing child's 1/2

    @TELUS has left my wife Denise on hold for 2:54 minutes now. She is trying to settle a billing issue with Payment Services. Since we first called we have been transferred 3X. What kind of user-friendly service are they running?

    Tried to contact Telus home support. After staying on the phone listening to it ring for over 6 minutes I got bored and hung up. Funny how the bills arrive on time and they expect to get paid on time but, if one needs help, radio silence. Was thinking of signing up. Not now!
