@telus how many hours do I have to spend trying to prove the ‘you’ problem with my internet isn’t a ‘me’ problem before you acknowledge maybe you can’t fix it? I’m at 5 of the last 48 and counting.

Snow hasn't even hit, and we were almost plunged into #OffTheGrid2021 Bell and Telus service went down simultaneously, for a few minutes.
