  @TELUS Hi @telus internet service I am really fed up with your billing process. You kept on sending one sided new contract every month sometime multiple times in a month. Please assign some senior executives who can analyze my case and resolve the issue and refund over payments.

  So the latest in the never ending saga is that @TELUSsupport has been lying all weekend and hadn’t done anything. Got a call this morning from a 3rd party contractor whom @Telus has asked to address the issue. They can’t even get here until Wednesday.

  @JasonPYYC While I 100% agree they should pay it back, at least telus didn’t lay people off, let those with immune issues work from home, take quarantine leave if exposed, and paid them. Slightly misleading too. Telus got 38.6, Rogers 82.3 and bell 122.9.

  @DebHolloway @Shawhelp Aww...that just sucks. I used to have shaw satellite tv, for 25 years. Not once did they ask if I was happy. Then they tell me I have to upgrade my receivers & it will cost me $1000. As much as I hated to I called Telus. I got Optic tv with 5 free PVR boxes. I fricken love it!

  @TELUSsupport I was using the Telus Smarhub service 3 months back and then I canceled it. However, Rep said I will get an email from Telus to return the equipment but so far I received nothing. I need to return the SmartHub, Security Camera. My Details: My account: 605471142
