@RuthKapelus @TELUSsupport Not that it's a competition, I truly believe Telus Support sucks as well.

  • JM_IMO JMM (@JM_IMO) reported

@TELUS hello Telus, why do a customer have to wait over an hr to talk to a CSR? This is totally unacceptable esp. when you started charging for making payments with credit card, yet ZERO improvement! Come on! Stop being a jerk company.

  • jbessonette John Bessonette (@jbessonette) reported

@DavisMaxjr @TELUS The bigger issue is what are you doing with an Apple Watch? GARMIN dude.

So update on my @TELUS / @Asurion issue. 21 days from my report that my "New" phone didn't work, I got my replacement device. Also got information that in the protection plan contract it says 'Replacement device will be refurbished or new if none are available'. (1/5)

@RuthKapelus @TELUSsupport Oof. I haven’t had to interact with them too much last few years but they weren’t too bad- my least fav thing about telus is the repetitive calls throughout the year to tell me about “deals” I qualify for. But generally I think quality of service support is declining everywhere

An hour and a half at work and still no internet or phones. Looks like a big Telus outage. Will we be sent home today?

  • AllLeafsAllDay All Leafs All Day (@AllLeafsAllDay) reported

@TELUSsupport Your Telus store told me they don't know if they sell Public Mobile sim cards. Didn't bother checking. I'm quite positive they do have them. Piss poor service, especially when the Koodo booth is closed early due to an "incident".

@HChristie2104 @thefrankjang Howdy Holly i got disturbed by Telus call centre in India, at early 7ish and still my long distance to my sister-in-law is not fixed! What a shame! Telus should use our kids in Vancouver to do the job! Our kids can ask our php for help! More jobs created too!

  • FrankvanNie Frank van Nie (@FrankvanNie) reported

I sure hate the Canadian mobility market. Every provider sucks. @rogers @bell @telus

  • BregmanPs PSBlaw (@BregmanPs) reported

@raghu_venugopal The govt is pushing policies that waste resources. Read the fine print on web sites out up by for-profit businesses like Telus. On line docs are limited in what they can diagnose. How many people do they send to the ER with problems that could be dealt with by a family doc?
