@StrategicResrch When you turn off the automatic network selection, the device stays on the TELUS network. If another network is available you would then need to approve the changes via the push notification. Can you confirm that automatic network selection has been turned off?

@telus @TELUSsupport so you guys said you fixed the wireless problem in Acadia Calgary last week, after the news stepped in. It's still broken. Right now my phone keeps rapidly swapping from lte, lte+, and 5g. It's cycling multiple times a second, and dropping signal.

@TELUS @TELUSsupport is Pik TV always a choppy mess? it clips every 4-8 seconds. makes it almost unwatchable. really glad this was tossed into my service for free ‘cause if I was paying for it… hoo boy, I’d be fuming.

  • GracePastuck grace 🔅 (@GracePastuck) reported

The coolest part about how ****** @TELUS is, asked for a callback one day, never happened. You wait 35 mins after calling at 7am… On the phone just for the to hang up. Y’all suck.

  • d_a_keldsen Dak (D. A. Keldsen) (@d_a_keldsen) reported

@jmarcus_md @kkeshavjee Time to bail. That’s a vendor milking an obsolete cash cow and daring you to leave. Talk to others and see what they do to support migration. FWIW, my GP likes Telus. (I have no financial interest in any EMR, just a lively curiosity looking for the next problem to solve.)

  • HeadHunterRMT Robyn Hunter 🍁 (@HeadHunterRMT) reported

@HamiltonPolice This is what happens when communications companies insist on running phone lines through modems. If you're on Telus service, do they have an alternative solution until fixed?
