@SeditiousMe It’s beyond ridiculous. If she could have simply deleted service for my dads cellphone online and kept the same account it would have been fine. So now a woman with ample money has to have her cell plan on my account (happy to do it). Joke’s on Telus though . .

Third quater Operating revenues & other income for #Telus increased by 10% (to $4.7 billion) over the same period last year. They will be penalizing their poor customers by charging fees if bill is paid using credit card. When will the #greed stop?

So @TELUSsupport said they could help resolve our problem of no tv service and no repairs until Feb 1st if I would DM them. I do so, 6 hrs ago, and have had no reply. Not my idea of how to keep your customers happy @TELUS

@Ms_Nyxia Rogers is so rough to deal with, I finally switched to Shaw because they seemed to be the only consistent ISP company on the west coast here, Rogers & Telus gave me nothing but problems

@TELUS long time customer (2005) here called you loyalty team yesterday , more like disloyalty team can’t find solutions and Rude service can’t at least try to find great options for your long time customers be looking in a month when my contracts is over to new provider..
