@TELUS @TELUSsupport I am beyond frustration. 5 bills I have been paying for a phone thar UPS lost 5 months ago. I keep being told it will be fixed after I retell the situation every time I call. Time to complain to CRTC. Horrible service

@Qualifyfor @TELUSsupport Terrible service from ADT by Telus. ADT used to be excellent. I have spent literally hours trying to get an additional few decals. I don’t recommend this service to anyone. Look elsewhere.

@TELUS @TELUSsupport when someone is taking a ferry from Victoria to Vancouver they aren’t in US. That’s your issue. And the fact that you send me an email with no opportunity to reply makes it worse.

Thinking of switching our cell plans to Shaw mobility. (Happy with our Telus service except for the $$$!). Anyone else have their cell plans with Shaw? Looking for reviews on reliability, cell coverage, dropped calls, etc.

@JordanMRoberts Trust Telus?? How about with even a security alert account for mother who lives in another area? Named 3 contact ppl in event of emergency. Alarm on bracelet went off. Telus called me. I explained they needed to call contact ppl (1 was a neighbour). Employee didn't understand. 😵💫

@TELUSsupport Terrible service from ADT by Telus. Customer Service totally overwhelmed. Please tell me what it takes to get a few additional decals because I have literally spent HOURS on this
