    Called Telus to fix phone line. The call agent explained their covid protocol apologetically by saying. "ok, I just have to read this to you..." And then read out that their technicians will expect client to wear masks & distance etc...1/n

    @ShawInfo Telus anyone? Our bldg just got new @TELUS fibre installed and @ShawInfo is starting to take advantage of their customer base. News. We can still leave. Two days short of when they know I pay accordingly? Not acceptable. #YEG #YYC No personal customer service is not acceptable.

    Day 1 in #telus and the problems start immediately. Customer care sucks. Went to a store and the person literally told me she cannot "verify" I'm the right person but a person over call can!! @TELUS @TELUSsupport

    @Mikeggibbs I've been with Koodo for a couple of years and I'm happy, telus sub-brand and they share a network with bell so you get the same coverage. Still part of the Big 3 racket but so far better service than rogers

    @TELUS it took 3 different customer service agents and about two hours of my day, but my bill went from $493 to $113. Special thanks to the agent who took my concerns seriously and went through my entire bill and found all the overcharges and missed discounts.

    @TELUS can you please get your **** together? 2 bars LTE and I can’t load anything? It’s been getting progressively worse for the last 2 years.

    @LGIndia Dear LG customer RNP220817090688 is given to TELUS GLOBAL SOLUTIONS . The engineer is saying compressor is damaged and will take some days to change. Within 2 months of buying LG fridge this happened. I will never recommend to buy LG. I want my money back or new fridge.
