    @MichaelFarrace @residentjester @RogersHelps 911 would then go thru the Telus network, same would be for if Telus was down it would go thru another providers network.

    This Rogers Outage makes me realize how glad I am that I have #telus Internet service. Oof, this is crazy!

    @maej43 Don't quote me on this. But the emergency 911 is supposed to still work. It would use Telus or Bell.

    @BionicDancerJo Nope, it's just Rogers-based providers. Bell, Telus, and providers using their services are up. People complaining are probably trying to call Rogers users, and can't because that network is rejecting incoming calls.

    I was with Telus for 15 years. Rogers has way worse coverage, and now I have 0 cell service. The grass isn’t always greener.

    Can’t help but laugh that @Rogers is down across Canada right now Used to have a phone through them a few years ago but terrible customer service got me to switch, now I get to use my @TELUS phone freely today while still laughing at Rogers horrible service 😝
