    @marcedge1 @CailinasEirinn @TELUS It doesn't often work anymore. Telus is not giving us what we pay for but they have no problem increasing the bills.

    @CailinasEirinn @marcedge1 @TELUS I had the same. Funny, because I lived in another unit in this building for 7 years and had minimal problems. When they hooked me up here, previously Shaw, I've had nothing but problems.

    @CailinasEirinn @TELUS THIS is why I, and thousands of others, call them if restarting the modem doesn't fix the problem. I'll hold for the requisite 1.5 hours in order to speak to a person.

    @MgtmMoisan @marcedge1 @TELUS And when we actually (rarely) manage to have them restart the modem remotely, think about it. We’re doing half the service call for them, while paying for the service. 🙄

    @Zone3Garden @Hallay_10 @AB_MD_WarRoom Why is privatization the only solution you can think of? Name me one example of privatizing an essential service that has made it more affordable? Insurance, electricity, Telus. Introducing a profit motive only drives up costs and reduces services.

    Anyone else's #Telus internet down? My shop on Tranquille dropped out at 3 and didn't come back up. No outages reported. Rebooted everything as well.

    @TELUS I bought a phone in November before black Friday and it was shipped and never arrived ....I have tried emailing the telus webstore twice and calling once and can't seem to get anyone to understand that the phone is lost ..I even have an email from Canada post confirming 🙄

    @TELUS Well it's too late now because my bring it back is over the return date and I'm being charged the $145 plus tax... Super disappointed in the service lately :(
