Which a bad install could be messed up by weather (snow) at connection point. Good support call help can look at connection from their side but not sure if it tracks history or just live.

(Jon)ny Foozball (@jonathanwhudson) reported@hitthepost @TELUS We had issue in condo with ADSL when we got dual line version as one was shorting out randomly and dropping connection (visible via tv signal skipping). Took the right tech level to fix it. The simplest techs wanted to swap box inside when I kept telling them it was external.

CyKoore 🇺🇦 слава Україні 🇺🇦 (@CyKoore) reported@leighfromcanada Sounds about right. When I was a Telus customer many years ago, they sent me a box of chocolates and a card for Christmas one year. The next year, I got a bill falsely claiming $12,874 for data overages, which took 5 months to resolve.

I'm All for businesses doing whatever they have to make money, but when you're Goliath like they are, I'm sure you can afford $15/$20 hr to employ Canadians
