    @TELUSsupport In future, please send these notifications as push messages through your Telus app. Had to wait for connection to back to find out if it’s major outage or my account. It will prevent calls to your centre and save Telus money.

    @TELUS @TELUSsupport has been nothing but awful transitioning over from another carrier. Sales associates lie and feed us unrealistic numbers with the hope we just lay down and take it. Not a good way to earn new customers or expect any manner of loyalty.

    No cell service for @koodo or @TELUS here in Sudbury for the past hour. Wonder if there are any other networks affected? Did a search and found outages throughout Ontario and into Manitoba. Anywhere else?
