@SingularZeez Telus: The future is outsourced. Their old slogan was The future is friendly. I modified it years ago. It was the first place I was laid off from. They say you never forget your first.

@TELUS we have an older S7. We both need new phones. It's impossible to go to kiosk & get help. I keep my phones 5 yrs so "buy it back" sucks for me. Your website is confusing. The competition offers in-person help. Why should I stay?

  • inchinada KimmiAB (@inchinada) reported

hey @TELUSsupport is it TRUE that China is now part owner of Telus mobile service in Canada?? WE will find out.

  • TheSpinDoctor Daryl (@TheSpinDoctor) reported

@MizzJackson @TELUS Well, maybe the first thing they should reset is who their phone carrier is. That is disappointing. We have Telus and I’ve always been quite happy with them. They should call back. Another service person might have a solution.

  • MizzJackson sarah jackson (@MizzJackson) reported

@JulieMHelps @TELUS It was that call at about 7 am - that the Visa was compromised - but she just hung up on them. I would have thought they would hang up after all this time. They’re going to keep things unplugged and hopefully this will reset itself!

  • Photorrhorne Rick Horne (@Photorrhorne) reported

@TELUS @TELUSsupport As a long time customer I am very disappointed that you are currently offering new customers Canada/US plans at significantly lower costs then my current plan … why aren’t current customers also offered these plans?

  • DanLyrette DAN Lyrette (@DanLyrette) reported

@diana_murphy613 Another 2 Michaels China is playing. Maybe has something to do with CHINA MOBILE being ordered to vacate Canada. And the pending Huawei decision. CHINA MOBILE was using TELUS network. TELUS has Huawei equipment incorporated into their system. China Mobile is State Owned.

@Gab_H_R Easier to privatize and outsource when the system collapses How many aspects of service have they already privatized? In BC they outsourced some services to Telus rather than increasing funding and support for workers

  • BourgetGary Gary (@BourgetGary) reported

@SteveatTH I have Telus and I believe one can do the same on Sahw and rogers, bell I went into settings and removed everything CBC. Trudeau just gave them $21 million of your money to help the CBC stay afloat. Of the $21 mil, $6.5 went to friends to study why the CBCsucks sooo bad. @CBCNews

@VancouverSun @TELUS But then, @TELUS, there r edges of urban areas, with no wildfires, tornados, disasters, where one would expect cell service signal, but there is 0 or 1 signal bars, at best voices broken-up, usually dropped calls, & no surety of putting in that life saving phone call to 911!
