@TELUS @TELUSsupport after waiting over 24 hours for a service call. We were torn between 5 and 7 pm today we would have a talk show up. Not even a callback and no show, please explain#

  • poneilinOttawa Peter O'Neil (@poneilinOttawa) reported

Hey, people who know way more than me about mobile data plans since I always had a company phone: I found an apparently gr8 deal with Virgin. I'm often getting 1 or 2 bars -- in the centre of Ottawa! Big mistake? I got that kind of signal with Telus at the cottage.

@koodo It’s not only my phone. All 4 of our phones have terrible reception all over Beaumont and also on our community FB page it appears to be happening with all Koodo, Telus, and Bell customers.

@C19WorldNews Worst? My vote goes to Telus. Haven't flown Air Canada much, because they are always the most expensive choice.

I wanna curse at Telus so bad rn

  • Sam_J Sam_J (@Sam_J) reported

@TELUS why is it, that everytime, your phone number encourages your customers to use the virtual assistant/website, only to be told they can't help me and I have to phone in?

  • n9xmann Thomas (@n9xmann) reported

@TELUS man y’all are the worst got a new phone on christmas and y’all still didn’t find a way to make my data work. I call at 8pm just to have a bot answer me and tell me that they are still open until 9 pm and then it hangs up I hate y’all so much this company is ruining my day

@Bell_MTS Yea, no thanks. After 20+ years as a customer, moved to @TELUS. The eyeroll when being asked to help us and the repeated "sorry we can't do that" and finally the "go ahead and move" attitude, zero customer service from the store we visited, it was a lovely welcome to Telus.

  • castlelady2 Mrs. G. Kravitz (@castlelady2) reported

@ScholerinED Sad to say I had to give Telus guy a mask AND show him how to put it on (he put on upside down at first..WTF? 😳). This does not surprise me.. they have all been told the pandemic is over! 😡😡😡

@EndWokeness This, in addition to the fact that most premiers are corrupt and trying to dismantle the system to help their privatization friends like Galen Weston and Telus means that universal healthcare in Canada has officially broken for good.
