    @koodo That is not the problem. You should stop telling people that. It was a Telus and Koodo issue. It went out just after 2:00 am for internet and came back on after 6:00 am. Texting was still available, but internet was out.

    @TELUS what’s up with your monitoring system? I’ve signed up to new unit installed 3 days ago and it’s still not working right! I’ve called your support on numerous occasions and can’t help either.

    @entwistled is CEO of @telus perhaps worst company in Canada. More interested in PR & virtue signalling than actually serving customers. Inept, bureaucratic, misleading, hopelessly horrid customer service & actually bankrupt of purpose & direction. Avoid this clown show of a co!

    I’ve had plenty of issues like this with Shaw, but PRI support was generally fairly easy to get a hold of. This is totally unacceptable Telus! This is one example but this is not the first time at ALL. Please do better @TELUS @TELUSsupport This should be a VERY simple request.

    I came back this morning, called Telus, got through to technical support pretty quickly, they gave my the info I needed and I said I’d call back when I made the changes. I fixed my issue so called them back NEARLY 3 HOURS AGO!!
