@bcbluecon Never mind I just read the article. Basically the only thing Telus can't charge the fee on is home telephone services in certain smaller communities. So this ruling will affect very few people.

So I’ve been on hold with @TELUS @TELUSsupport for an hour now listening to their horrible music. This is the second time doing this just so that I can get my final bill, pay it and be done with them. Such poor customer service. Can’t find an email so I can do it that way. UGH!

@CRTCeng CRTC should not allow #telus to charge additional fee for credit card payment no matter what service. CRTC’s interest should be to look after public interest and it is totally against it.

@Leah_Holiove @Shawhelp Telus contracts their help overseas. Not hating on international people but it’s their way of saving money instead of paying local wages. It also makes it a pain when you’re trying to reference something locally and they pretend they know what you’re referring to.

A complaint.. I upgraded my son’s phone as a Christmas gift. via #telusmobility a day later, he gets a text thanking him for upgrading, and providing the instructions to back up and swap SIM. Thanks for ruining the surprise, #telus! …2

@hakimostudio @BFMradio proses evaluation tak telus, same issue will still happen. So appoinment of the Tender Comittee must be transparent.
