@TELUS Cheating and lies are rampant in your sales team. They’re selling something called piktv telling it’s free with internet but just realized they’ve been charging me for the “service”.

@Kloud_ix @TELUS I need to use Telus for seek a referral to the BC Lung Screening Program. I've already tried 2 virtual clinics that said they could not help me, but I've been told Telus has provided others with this referral.

@TELUS would have been great if the tech that was here checked wifi strength yesterday sobi didn't have to spend half of my day off trying to get service.

@TELUS @SpeedtestAwards Not here it isn’t. Over 3 years waiting for you to upgrade so we get more than zero to one bar of service. Not sure how you can feel good about this.

  • Milka_Ran Milka R. (@Milka_Ran) reported

Hey @TELUS since your team seems unable to take my money after hours spent on the phone could you recommend a competitor for your home alarm services? This is beyond ridiculous and awful #CustomerService

  • glenwilford glen wilford (@glenwilford) reported

@Drewmaq @dangotoole Same here been with Telus since the late 80’s got rid of land line. Cell was good for years. Then terrible. Changed to Rogers this year all good.

  • TheBeardoTweets The Beardo🆒 (@TheBeardoTweets) reported

Just had a fella from Telus come by and lure me over to their freshly installed fiber optic internet. I’ll get the same gig service on a dedicated not shared line. Best part is that I’ll save $30/month on my bill. Thanks! 🙏

@cdnbeer Oh, don’t get me wrong - I’m a SaskTel diehard (for mobile - nothing else) in Canada. They keep our rates cheap & their roaming is the best bet going in Canada… literally flips to whichever carrier has the best signal at any given moment (Rogers/Bell/Telus), in my experience.
