Imagine being threatened with a 250$ bill, by a member at a foreign call centre if I'm not home to fix your terribel services. Most of the calls- unintelligible!

Why am I getting calls from a call center in India about my account? There are more than enough Canadians looking for work I will not accept calls from some call center in India about my service!
